Pros: Great food and service. The food was a great temperature, and as fresh as I could see it be served. The woman greeted is as soon as we came in, and the food was given to is very quickly. Cons: The sweet tea they use is syrup based, so it has a weird chemical flavor. I find that went I drink too much of it I get a nasty stomach ache... The sweet tea would have been better if it was the freshly brewed stuff. Really wish they stuck with it instead of being lazy!! Overall, great food. Bad drink. :) cheers!! read more

F this place. EVERYTIME not SOMETIMES I need to wait in some parking space for my food. Then when the order arrives sometimes 20 minutes later. I need to get back in-line to get the order corrected. Hamburger was not cooked thoroughly. I'm glad I noticed upon the first bite. Sad! How many people are grabbing their burger and eating and not noticing the fact that McDonalds isn't thoroughly cooking their food. How long has this gone on? How many people are sick and didn't know why. There are recalls on beef all across America and McDonald's can't even ensure that their burgers are thoroughly cooked. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place takes at least 10 minutes to order and receive your food even in the drive through and sometimes longer. Always check your food before leaving as my order has been wrong a number of times. I only keep coming back because it's the only one on the way home. read more

The only reason why we gave it a go after the negative comment written only nine hours earlier about a rude cashier and dry double cheeseburger was because we were extremely tired, hungry, and anxious to get the next three hours we would be on the road over with. Well, I guess the same guy worked at least 10 hours on that Tues.. This guy turned out to be the manager. The digital menu board went out seconds before he finally arrived at the register to take our order. When we told him there was no menu he quickly caught an attitude and said, "Yeah, it's the power." As he twisted up his face at us like it was our fault. We were eating at McDonalds because we were desperate not because we are regulars that know the menu. My daughter whispered to me,"That's the guy from the other review.". I was ready for him. After we got the order placed he told us that the receipt printer was down. I just gave him a blank look. Then he told me if I really needed it he could print it in the back. I told him to please get me my receipt because I always do my surveys for free food. His attitude changes real quick. Usually at fast food places they give you your cups after you place your order. Not this guy. Did I mention he was the manager. He was too busy barking out orders to the staff. We were the only customers inside at the time but about seven minutes later our sandwiches were ready. No one was manning the register so while we waited for those sandwiches we had no one to ask for cups. One man came in and he wasn't greeted after waiting for a minute or two he walked out. Anyway I had to wait another two to three minutes for fries while my sandwiches cooled. I'm not sure how you can have fresh out the oil warm fries but we did. Our quarter pounders were dry. While we ate I watched another man leave before ordering,him park every car at the drive thru to wait for food and all while he continued to bark orders to the staff. The time it took us to get our food here was way too long. We could have eaten at a restaurant. The managers personal issues were Waaaaay too much for anyone to have to deal with. I really felt bad for the staff that had to work under that guy. He tried to fix it all at the end by giving us free pies and cookies. This guy has issues and we didn't trust his kind gesture. We threw the sweets out. There are other burger places less than a mile away. I'm not sure who would let a disorganized tyrant that is disrespectful to customers and loses business be in charge. read more

I went through drive thru...ordered a #2 and an extra sweet tea and I got some kind of 1.00 meal chicken sandwich with fries basically a 4.00 meal for which I paid 7.00! I went back and forth on giving this two stars and not better. The store is always clean (almost immaculate) and the food is up to standards (not exactly "#$#@$##@@#$# amazing") but the employees are so hit-and-miss! Sometimes it's a latin crew and they're always fast and friendly. Other times it's an older crew and they're professional. But other times it's like they've hired every snotty, punk-ass, slackjawed loser teenager in the Harbour! Also, this has to be one of the busiest McDonald's I've ever been to with the exception of the Quantico McD's at lunchtime. I've pretty much given up on this one and go down to the one down on 610 just past the Stafford Marketplace. read more

This was by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I was at the front of the long line, and I waited 20 minutes before my order was even taken. I tried to be patient, but after a while I looked around to see if there was anyone to take my order and I saw five employees yelling at each other in the back of the establishment. After I flagged someone down, another five minutes passed before my small order was even taken. The two people who now decided to start working forgot half of my order and were then very rude to me when I came up to politely address it. I will most definitely never return. I don't usually write reviews for McD's but had to with this one! Bathroom was out of toilet paper and they sent a man in to change it when there were plenty of women working? He did keep yelling in to make sure all were out but when I was in there I had 4 people in front of me. He was yelling rude and obnoxiously. He was also the same guy that had an order up for someone that paid and started getting annoyed that no one came to the counter to get it. The guy was sitting at a both on a phone call and it was only there 2 minutes. The worker seemed ready to throw it in the trash and it was paid for. My double cheese burgers were super dry and the fries were not filled all of the way. This place was awful. read more

I went to this Mcdonald twice in one week for breakfast and the service was bad on both occasion. Both visits I had to wait 10 mins to get my order. Me and my grandfather walked into the restaurant and ordered our meals. I grabbed my moms drink and walked it out to her. Immediately after I walked back into the store I was immediately called by the Vice President of welburn management, Denice. She had rudely accused me of distracting her employees. When I told her I was just placing my order she began to harass me about the situation like I was her employee. I immediately took my order that I was gonna eat there and left. When I got home (5mins up the road) My food was already ice cold, my fries were soggy, and the lettuce on my sandwich is black and brown. I couldn't even eat the food I ordered. The worst service I've ever had from a fast food establishment. I arrived at the place at 1038 and didn't leave until 1138. The manager on duty had no idea of what she was supposed to be doing. I ordered a fish filet meal along with two pies and my brother ordered one pie as well. First my order was skipped and her excuse at first was that she had cleared the order on accident then blamed the workers for the mishap, and then proceeded to say that someone took my food. After she went to the back to make my meal and returned with two medium fries two cheeseburgers and a double quarter pounder, completely ignoring the fact my ticket said a fish filet meal. After correcting her again she had the nerve to look at me as if I was wrong about what I ordered. She proceeded to stand with a lost look on her face and then slide me my fish filet across the counter. I reminded her of the pies my brother and I ordered that weren't even in the oven yet. After 20 minutes they finally put the pies in which would take a extra 15 mins to cook. After waiting 30 minutes to receive the pies we ordered. A totally bad experience.
