It's been several years since I visited an Arby's and I always used to really like their food, so since I was in the area one weekday, I stopped in for lunch. The staff working there were really friendly and helpful. The menu is still appetizing, I could only hope that the items I was about to order would be prepared to spec and be as awesome. I tried a couple of their sliders; the Buffalo Chicken and the Jalapeño beef and both were excellent. The Buffalo was fresh, piping hot, and spicy too. I also tried their curly fries and they were OK, but a little on the cool side, so they might have been sitting in the bin before being served. Finally, I tried their Smokehouse Brisket and it was decent, but not nearly as good as those sliders. The lobby was decent, but all the sauces were empty. I asked for sauce at the counter and they gave me packets, as well as came out and filled the containers in the lobby. Overall - it was a nice visit and I'd return. read more

Went today and tried the new items. The wrap without tomato is the perfect bite!! Flavorful, delightful, with each bite you could really enjoy that Cajun remoulade, this wrap did not disappoint at all. The new hush puppy battered fish sticks were perfection. They were fresh, crunchy, flaky and tasted simply amazing. I do not recommend their tartar sauce, but they don't even need it. I highly recommend trying the new items. I hope they add these items permanently. No other place fish sticks offered on their menu and Arby's usually only offers the fish sandwich during lent. Which I look forward to every year. They don't even deserve a star. If I come to an establishment at 9:30pm and the closing hours are 10pm I should not receive cold to the touch food. The young man who was respectful and yet still chose to serve me cold food. Food you can tell has been sitting there for a while. If the employees here don't want to work or serve food that is edible and up to the food safety standards people can get sick for eating things that they feel like they can just shove off to people. read more

I've gone to this Arby's for years now, and I understand some of the criticisms. However, I usually do a review when a place does something worthy of credit, and this Arby's deserves a shout out. They just provided one of the best fast food delivery experiences I've had. Food was hot and flavorful. The order was complete and well packed. Not a bad Arby's. Not the best, or the worse. Service can be slow at times, for example, there are only two of us in line for the drive thru and it is taking over 10 minutes. Ok folks, so I get the window, pay for and receive my food. I quickly glance in the bag and see most of my items. I then pull away from the window and pull over to check. Dang if I wasn't missing a sandwich. I had to drive around and go in and get my sandwich. So all that time waiting on my order, with only two of us in line, THEY SCREW IT UP!! On a positive note, once I got inside the manager, or supervisor was very apologetic and awarded my troubles with a free apple turnover. They just remodeled this and it looks pretty great. It has much more room than before. (Technically the same amount of room - but better organized to fit more people.) The food there is great. They always have wacky specials that suck you in. From sliders, to cheesy fries, the latest was some gyro fries - which were good but very unexpected flavors. I was not prepared for this. If you go into this place, you better prepare yourself for the flavor. You think you can just go in and eat a sandwich, but you are not ready. You better get in the zone. Practice and prepare your body and your mind for the amount of flavor you are going to stuff into your face. My favorite is Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. It rocks Oh damn, almost forgot about the sauce. The arbys sauce - the original is amazing. You will stray from this if you go there a few times, but eventually you will come back for this. That one is original. Like your first kiss, you will remember. Then they have honey mustard. This is pretty normal, but amazing. They have horseradish. You will eat one bite of that and say - "man, that's too much. Too much flavor". But you'll think about it a month later. You won't remember where you had that taste. It will plague your mind for weeks until you finally recall the time you ate horseradish. They also have 3-pepper sauce. I've only heard of one kind of pepper, so that's pretty fancy. It's a lot like the normal arby's sauce, but more spicy. This will be your go to until you are ready to go back to the original. They also have ketchup, but seriously, if you are over 8 years old and put ketchup on your sandwich - the owner will punch you in your gut. Just don't do it. read more

I stopped by this place for a quick number one combo meal Plus a mocha shake. The inside was closed due to lack of Staff. The drive-thru had an exceedingly long line but I really had nothing else to do so I waited... And waited... And waited. By the time I got to kiosk where you place your order I waited some more. I finally said hello? The person on the other end snapped and said sir we will be with you in a minute. Okay! I pulled around the corner paid and drove away. Ultimately I sat in my car and began to eat when I realized if they forgot my shake. The doors to the restaurant were closed and I wasn't going to sit in that long line again just to get something that I had already paid for they forgot to add it to my bag. I went around the back door which was open and poked my head in and explain to the young gentleman what happened he said sure hold on I'll make it for you. What size was it? I don't know medium is fine. Thank you. The next thing I know this older woman who I think was the manager and obviously having a bad day came over to me and started yelling that I couldn't be in the store. I literally was one step Across the Threshold waiting for my shake. I explained to her that he was making my shake and I would be on my way. She said I was trespassing and had to leave! She was obviously having a bad day. Then she told me I had to get back in line if I wanted to get my shake despite the fact he was making it. Really? I understand that customers at the back door is not normal but just give me my shake and I will be on my way. Long story short I never got it she threatened to call the police and I left. I called corporate and they offered me some gift cards restitution which I declined. Today I had the misfortune of stopping in this Arby's. Now the worker who took my order a blonde girl with colored streaks was nice enough it was the manager that wasn't. I've worked at Arby's when I was younger and know the people in black are the managers, she shoved my food at me and said have a good day even though I had not once been rude to her. Then walked away. Well I'm a paying customer and I wanted some sauce so I stayed there and eventually someone came back. This used to be one of our go-to places. But I think it's going to be a while before we try it again. The counter help has absolutely awful; the music was so loud that between the plexiglass, masks on the counter help and my mask it was absolutely impossible me to hear them or for them us. There were two of us ordering and we ended up with three sandwiches -- rather than go back and try to explain the problem to the two dummies working the counter, we brought the spare sandwich home -- we'll probably end up feeding it to the dog. Went here for a quick dinner. Ordered at the drive though. I really don't get why they chose this location. It's attached to other buildings and the drive through is right next to a teeny tiny side/back street. I think they'd get a ton more business if their restaurant was in a more accessible and prominent location. The drive through lady was nice, however kept repeating incorrect items. Although she may just not have heard me, the speaker system does sound a little fuzzy. But the food was great, nice hot fries, sandwich was made really well, lots of beef! Yummy. But I urge you guys!! You really should move to a more visible and accessible location. This town is getting more and more traffic as time goes on and I think your location is preventing you from getting all the business you could possibly get. We go to many different Arby's, all over Northern and Central Virginia, and have yet to be disappointed by any of them. The one on 610 can be a little slow on counter service, but the order is always correct and hot. I'd rather wait a few minutes and get MY order than "save some time" and get someone else's order. We've never used the drive through, so don't know how well that works. All in all, the Arby's chain runs a pretty tight ship in this region, and their unique menu sets them apart from all of the other fast food emporiums. read more

Stopped by after dropping the pup with family before heading for vacation. The people who work here are the nicest people I have experienced in a long time..anywhere.
