Took so long to get my food and shit wasn't right had to take it back twice so I don't recommend this place at all

Not sure why other than to speed up service to put someone in the drive thru line. I don't like it as a service type. I want to look and the menu board from my front seat bc I just left a work site and don't want to get out until I get back home. Food was great! read more

Ordered my food around 2200, when I got my foo, everything was very old and stale. I ordered a 6 piece McNugget and a medium fry. The fries had absolutely zero salt and were just as old tasting as the nuggets. read more

My aunt and I were looking for a quick bite to eat on the way to Columbia. The food was ok--the fries were lukewarm. We went through the drive thru. It was quick but the service wasn't good. The employee seemed to be annoyed while taking our order and we felt rushed. Next time, we'll keep going and get something elsewhere. read more

This place only should have business because of its convenience, but even then it isn't good enough to warrant that! Every time I am disappointed and have sworn off going to this place ever again. This place makes me want to swear off McDonalds altogether. Food seems thrown together and multiple times I have gotten sick or felt worse after eating here. Both my 11 month old son and myself got food poisoning after eating french fries from the McDonald's on Pinewood in Sumter on 10/18/2021. I think the oil in the fryer needs to be changed. I've never had a problem with french fries, but after eating them other, both of us had explosive diarrhea and I had 4 bouts of projectile vomiting. I don't want to go through this again. read more

This McDonalds is the worst representation of all! All kinds of drama when THEIR cashier wrongly charged my credit card. I politely stated that I would wait at the drive-thru window since they still had my credit card. The Asst manager "intervened" finally, aggressively forcing my credit card into my hands and ordering me to move to an unsafe area where I was nearly hit twice! I asked for a copy of my receipt only to have it delivered by the General Manager, Justin M. who was even less professional. Then called ME rude AND attempted to come at me to fight!! We've gone multiple times only because It's cheap and close. They "NEVER" get our order right. My husband always has to make second trip all because they always get our order wrong or forget to put everything in the bag. And for the sauces for nuggets, they'll ask what you want, but you won't get it. read more

No stars, don't go here, placed a mobile order in the morning around 5 AM arrived at restaurant 5:20 AM which you would think would be enough time for them to have your order ready to go. When I arrived curbside was closed until 6 AM so I went through the drive-through when I pulled up to the drive-through I was asked if I had a mobile order I said yes I said it was LT 44 she then asked me to place my order I said I have a mobile order it's LT 44 she then asked me what my Order number was. I stated once again LT 44 she said I don't have an order for an LG 44, I said no ma'am LT 44 lima Thomas 44. By this time I was getting very upset and running late for work as I had placed the order so I could grab something to eat before work. I cursed unfortunately because I was that upset she then told me to pull around to the first window. I was met at the window by the associate and a manager. The manager then said we don't have an order for an LG 44 I then showed her my phone that's clearly said LT 44 and I repeated it again and said I had said it four times. I was then told by the associate that I only said it 3 times. Now the manager then said we don't have an order for an LT44 and clapped her hands together like oh well. I drove off. First off, if you don't want to use the mobile order system don't make it available, secondly get some people with customer service skills. Find a solution, don't just say oh we'll deal with it. She didn't even say hey could you possibly cancel the order and reorder because there might be something wrong with the system nor did she say I can just take your order here, honestly it felt like "we don't really feel like working right now could you just leave. I'd like to be contacted by a district manager or owner for this problem ASAP. read more

The food is always cold, if you even get what you order. Also, there is only one cashier who is nice. My last order the cheese was halfway off of the burger. I asked for ketchup & Mayo. When I got home there was none, and no straw or napkin. read more

i normally have great service but today i asked a women why my coffee was a small and not a large like i asked for and she mouthed off and continued to say "get back in line and pay for a bigger one" and as i was driving off said "that's your fault" . in my opinion that is not how anyone should be talking to paying customers. read more

Last night I visited this restaurant drive-thru and I was asked to park on the reserved parking spot for drive-thru orders. When the employee brought me the order, she only gave me one meal instead of the two meals I ordered. I notify the person about the mistake and show my receipt but she didn't want to believe me nor wanted to see the receipt. After I got someone else to bring me the rest of my order, the person told me that the other lady gave my order to someone else in the drive-thru parking spot that had order "one of the same meals I had". Once I arrive to my workplace and take out the two meals and noticed that the first meal they had given me was indeed the same combo I have ordered with the exception that I had paid for the bacon and cheese quarter pounder and I got the basic burger. This experience is very disappointing, specially when the restaurant wasn't busy. I had to wait longer for my drive-thru food just to get the wrong meal which was cheaper than what I payed for. But I'm glad I paid more for someone else to get what I ordered and I get called a lier when I have a receipt in my hand and my military uniform on. On top of all that, when you contact the online complaint department the website gives you an error when you submit and if you call they hang the phone on you. Definitely staying away from this franchise. The incompetence goes all the way up, sorry for the 5 good workers they have world wide. read more
