My first time ordering from this location (Jan2025) and I ordered the 40 nuggets and filet o fish to reach $15 to get the McDonald's app's free 10 nuggets through McDelivery. I got my order within 15 minutes (I live 5 minutes away only) but it was missing 10 nuggets. My partner ordered nuggets as well and got all his but didn't get any sauces he selected. I called the McDonald's 800 line from the app and the person offered to return the deal to my app to use again! What?? I don't want another coupon for a bogus deal I want my nuggets or a refund....which is what I told her. She placed me on hold for a minute or two. Came back and said she could refund the filet o fish I paid for which is like $4. Not even the price of 10 nuggets. Which I was supposed to have. Absurd. Mind you, we placed these orders specifically to get 100 nuggets to complete the 100 nugget challenge. So with 90 nuggets, we called the site number for McDonalds. They answered and said we could come back and get the 10 nuggets. So even though we ordered delivery, we ended up going to the McDonald's to get those 10 nuggets to make 100. (Around 820pm on a Tuesday) Upon arrival someone was already waiting after having spoken to a cashier. We waited probably 3 minutes before we even saw someone come to register. She gave us the 10 nuggets without requiring a receipt (which I brought) so that was nice and problem free. Location was clean and high tech with the order kiosk. Rating took a big hit for the huge inconvenience. We order Mc delivery. Paid the service fee. Tipped driver. And still had to drive to that location to get our full order. read more

As far as I know, 4PM on a Saturday is not in any way a busy or rush time for a food establishment. If it had been, I could be more forgiving. It was a Saturday afternoon and I hadn't really had lunch and dinner was a question mark. We needed a quick bite and were driving by, so we stopped at the drive thru. The person on the intercom mumble-yelled something unintelligible after ten seconds of static blasts. Not off to a great start. I asked them to repeat, and I managed to understand (another mumble-yell) "Mo-bile?" I took this to mean that the person on the other end wanted to know if I was ordering through the mobile app. I said no. "Go-hed" was the response. Communication was lacking on this one. Regardless, I gave my order. A 2 cheeseburger meal, with a large Diet Coke, Quarter Pounder with cheese no pickle and a 10 piece nugget with two sauces. I made sure to check the display for accuracy, based on the conversation thus far. The person impressed me, the display showed my order perfectly. The first window went smoothly, as did the second, we drove away with a bag of stuff and a soda. Sadly, this order was a disaster. The burgers (all three, even the 'special order' were STONE COLD and the buns on mine were clearly going stale. They had been prepared a LONG time ago, maybe during the lunch rush a few hours earlier. The fries were hot, but not salted. The nuggets were stone cold. Nasty. And not a single sauce packet was provided. In positive news, the soda was correct and I was given a straw and a few napkins. Yikes. We swung through the drive thru for breakfast on our way out of town. The staff was the most pleasant and polite I had ever experienced at any McDonald's. My husband's code didn't work on his app (no big deal) and the lady at the mic was very apologetic. The next two ladies at the windows were fun and engaging. This McDonald's needs to have their crew members retrained in proper work ethic and customer service. I ordered a McDouble through the mobile app just to find out it was a single. When I went back to the counter to tell them what happened I was ignored for a few minutes while crew is on their cell phones and doing personal stuff when in fact crew should be working and taking care of the customer. What happened to get the order right, especially if this was a mobile order? What happened to do your job right? Typical Caspers Company owned McDonald's franchise. Caspers Company needs to shut this restaurant down for one day to retrain all crew from the manager on down on how to render proper customer service including how to get orders right. Had the WORST EXPERIENCE at this location last night 12/28/22 just before 10pm. I witnessed one employee about the size of a toothpick, handing over a DoorDash order to a gentleman that was there waiting. She gets so annoyed because she dropped the bag! Yeah, now you have to redo the bag. Literally took her sweet time making him to wait longer. Then out comes my order I was waiting on. I asked a simple question. Was the two mc chickens in the bag? With an attitude everything is in the bag!! There was know need for the rudeness. It's part of our job too making sure the order is correct for the DoorDash customer. I asked what her name was? So my husband and I decided it give this Mcdonald's a try in February 2020 we decided to both Have a cheeseburger for lunch, something just didn't taste right about it going down. The bread tasted days old and the burger was moderately lukewarm, I should've sent it back but I was so hungry, I didn't want to wait any longer than I already had, since I waited more than 10 minutes in the seating area as it is. I decided to try Mobile orderung today since the app offerred such a great deal. Buy a medium McCafe and receive a free breakfast sandwich. So I paid $1.28 for a hot tea and my sandwich was free. WINNING!!! This mobile app is a must have for great savings. The ordering process was easy through the app. You're given a choice of curbside or drive-thru pick-up. I chose curbside since the drive-thru line was so long. My order was delivered to my car within two minutes of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She even returned with requested condiments and continued to have a smile on her face. This experience was a great beginning to my morning. I will definitely frequent this restaurant. Order my food at the drive thru and waited for thirty minutes went inside to get my food then stood in line and no one was in the front they were all in the back looking at the line then my husband told me to they gave him the food I walked to the truck and when I seen I was missing a Big Mac I went back in and waited again to get it , then I got home and realized they forgot to give us a smoothie that was payed for Also my chicken sandwich was just thrown to box with lettuce thrown everywhere and the bun was burnt and they had closed the lid on it and was bent weird anyways I had to assemble my own sandwich before eating it because it was obviously just the ingredients thrown in there . This isn't the first time that it has took forever to get attended there last time I was told to give them a sec to order and that sec took also about 30 mins , was so mad I just went home but lost my time trying to get dinner after work . Been in lots of McDonalds, but this was about the best. Very clean, very organized, fast and friendly staff. It's still just a McDonalds which are fine for what they are, but this is the best I've ever seen. For the food offered at McDonalds, the quality here was on the very high end. The manager was unbelievably organized and in control of the fast paced environment during a very busy breakfast, and the people behind the counter very helpful and personable. I usually have a good experience here Joyce is always great and her morning crew during the week , but today in partial I did not receive such good service. At the speaker I placed my order and one item was wrong so I corrected with the DT order taker and made sure it was right on the screen , we pull up to pay for the order and it goes through on the app which I used a code with that's perfect , but idk if the girl was death or something yelling instead of speaking. The problem is when we got to the pickup window , I checked the bag to make sure the order was correct and the sandwhich I had corrected at the speaker was wrong. So I tell the boy at the window and that's when a manager behind him starts giving ME so much attitude , she says "she charged you for that not what you wanted" so I correct her and tell her that I corrected her order taker and saw the screen . That she could reprint the receipt to double check I never have tried getting anything I haven't paid for. So she continues being rude and having attitude ! She tells me she has to pull me up for my receipt and I tell her that's fine , then she gives me a rude smirk if I want the right sandwich or not which I say yes obviously! Haven't been to a McDonald's in years so wasn't even sure what to get. Went through the drive through for a quick bite while shopping. Decided on a cheddar onion burger for $1.00 and a small drink. Hard to judge any place on such a small order. Burgers have shrunk quite a bit in size since I last got McDonald's but for a dollar who can complain. 2 drive through lanes moving fast so very efficient despite a long line. Typically the SunCityCenter location is pretty good, considering the amount of business they do, help is the big problem at times --while the gfood order was ready, they were out of diet coke, so asked i wait at the yellow line while they refilled. That turned into a 10 minute wait, so now the gfood is cold, went inside asked for a manager who redid the order and hgave me large cups. Again all about the help. I have learned good help in florida is hard to come by, nobody here seems to want to work hard and do the job right. Today we got food and ice cream on the drive thru and when we got our 2 McFlurry's there was half of the cup missing. The ice cream only came to half of the cup. At this point I didn't want to wait to get a new one since it was late. As soon as I got home less than 5 minutes I attempt to begin to eat this and realize that it's a big ball of ice cream and it is melted at the bottom. Worst Mickey D's ever - avoid this one and go to the one down the road in Ruskin. I have given this restaurant multiple chances and, yes, I eat a MacDonald's, so I am not a fast food snob. But, today was the last straw. Available seats were so dirty that I had to use ice and napkins to scrape off the crud; I had already purchased my food or I wouldn't have bothered. Went to get my drink and got sprayed by the dispenser. When I finally found someone to let them know - believe it or not there was no one at the counter and I had to yell for assistance. Oh and yes, before all of this occurred my meal was left alone one the counter where anyone could have taken it or worse. This is a "table service" test restaurant... however my meal was abandoned. This morning (8:15AM) I stopped at this Mcdonalds for breakfast meals. I like McDonalds breakfast meals and get them once or twice a week. Every time I ordered at the drive up, I ask for multiple condiments, one being Splenda. The girl who took my order and the ordering Kiosk put on my condiments on the ticket. And she was very pleasant as always when she process my credit card. Then I go to the pickup windows where again I encounter MISS ATTITUDE. She proceed to give me my 2 medium coffees and I ask for a carrier. She rolls her eyes and proceed with attitude to get the carrier and place my coffees. I proceed to check the bag for my condiments especially the Splenda and again this week and same as last week there was sugar. I pulled a sugar out of the bag and told her this was not Splenda. She the blatantly lied and told me sugar was on my ticket and my receipt clearly displays Splenda. I have spoken to manager at this location on multiple time about this girl and others in the passed about the poor service at the delivery windows. I have ordered food from this location on many occasions and I have yet to get hot food. Each time I say I wont go back, but end up doing it anyway. There service stinks, and I have been to many locations all over the country, but this has to be the worst I have even been to. My house is only about five blocks behind this location, and before I get home, the food is always cold. Today I sat in a line of cars for almost 15 minutes. After ordering, I figured with this much flow of traffic, the food will be hot. Well guess what? I was WRONG~ Both of my burgers are so cold, the double cheese burger still have cool cheese on it~ You need better management or something.
