I have a huge crush on the barista here.. if anyone has his number help a girl out! ;) An important note is that the "brew" in Local Brew does not only stand for beers & ciders on tap, it's also for coffee brews! So yes, they're open early morning to serve delicious coffee drinks and some breakfast snacks. But the best part? Their barista, Jarvis. What a cutie- ever been served by a robot barista? I hadn't either, but it was a door experience. Aaron, the owner, came over to chat with us as well and tell us about how it works. The robot is AI trained and has a camera on its arm to see what's it's doing and assure pin point accuracy with the measurements and whole coffee making process. It was kinda nuts. Jarvis can even make latte art! And the coffee itself was splendid. It was strong but had a nice touch of flavor for a well balanced brew overall. And the thing that's even better- the coffee should pretty much taste the exact same every time because it's being made by a robot that sticks to an exact process- no human error or deference based on what barista may be making your drink. Just fascinating stuff. Between the neat coffee experience, the nice indoor ambience and the kind owner, this is a must come back to. Best coffee shop in the solar system. Perfect atmosphere. Very well lit with a modern look. Comfortable seating. Good people running this place. No issues with WiFi. Jarvis the robot who just turned 1 makes all the coffee. He could afford to be a little more sociable. Thats my only complaint. He does though have a nice hat and he dances when no one is looking. Ordered the pretzel which is filled with cheddar cheese thats made in a box. Came out fresh. Also ordered the iced salted caramel latte which they said was their most popular coffee. Tastes great. Very creamy and refreshing. Definitely plan to be here more often than not in the near future. read more

Comfortable setting to come in and relax. Aaron was friendly and excited to welcome his customers. Many options for drinks and snacks. I had the Hot Rose Yuzu and cronut, both quite tasty. Husband had the hot mocha and Cuban rolls and was pleased. The coffee/tea drinks and pastries are prepared by robotics which is fun to watch. They also have beer on tap, brewed on site. Awesome spot out in Ruskin - it's a brewery and a nice little coffee spot all in one. The barista bot by Artly coffee is a cool experience on its own, but the vibes inside of this brewery are also great - very relaxed, family-friendly, and the owner Aaron is great with his customers. He greeted us promptly when we walked in and walked me through the ordering process with the barista bot - it was quick and fun to watch the process. Very cool experience!! While on vacation, we stopped in for a coffee with family. The AI robot brewing our coffee was so cool to see, and even better, the coffee was delicious! I got a chance to talk with Aaron, the owner, who was super friendly, very knowledgeable. Walking in, I had no idea beer was brewed here as well, so not only did I get delicious coffee, I went back to our rental home with a couple crowlers of some great beers to enjoy by the pool! Had a few beers here. Everything was decent. Nothing wowed me. Had the Brut IPA, blended with wine. Real good but $11.50? Florida Juicy IPA was pretty good but $9? The other beers were in the $8-9 range. Comparable microbreweries in the area charge $7-8. I had a pretzel with beer cheese from the machine. Tasted like, just baked. Real good. What was impressive was , the customer service and how friendly Megan & the owner Aaron was. He was quite knowledgeable too. Haven't had the coffee yet, but heard its excellent. Im just worried with their high prices, they may price themselves out of the market. The owner is smart, friendly and knows his stuff. The products are good. I wish they had the Cherry Weisse but were out when I was there. (Not a dealbreaker) the customer service is good. The prices are high, so Im knocking a star off for that. I guess maybe because the automated things are pricey, they have to charge appropriately but, it could be an issue eventually. Hope not. Place is narrow, and parking can be tight , as they share a lot with other businesses , but they're worth a stop. Mom & Pop shop. Patronize them. read more

Wow! So impressed and so excited to have a Coffee/Wine, Beer, and Cider Shop so close here in Sun City Center. Aaron, the owner is so friendly! They've only been open a few months. They're still ironing out some kinks but working on getting fully staffed and offering longer hours. They brew their beer on site. It's so popular they ran out but I was able to try a really nice flavorful red blend wine which was 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet. I ordered a cup of Mocha to go compliments of Jarvis the Robot. They have a snack machine on site if you get the munchies. You can order your hot and cold teas/coffees from the Artly App. It's a cozy place to sit and chat with friends and neighbors. Located right across from the Cypress Creek Golf Club. Can't wait to try the beer. I'm eyeing the Kolsch! read more

The Coffee is good with a variety of flavors. Their food machine is incredible, as it makes it fresh baked goods for you & it is delicious. It gets 4 stars bc it's down half the time we're there, bc they're sold out. But the owner is soooo NICE! He comes out to greet each person. He's a delightful gentlemen. He shows you how the work the coffee making ROBOT, named Jarvis. It's really cool. Jarvis calls out your name and it shows up in the counter when ready. There is comfortable seating; couches, chairs, tables... and a bar for afternoon wine, beer, seltzers. It's all LOCALLY Made. My girlfriends and I meet here like once a month and we bring our special kids occasionally, bc they like coffee and donuts. Lol. It can get busy, with just one robot to make coffee. But it's so worth it! It's getting busier too, with people catching on. read more

I loved trying the different beers. Aaron was very outgoing and knows his beer. Watching the coffee robot make coffee was interesting. I was surprised you can on the app order your coffee and it's there waiting for you. My only con and really isn't a big deal, but I like my beer a little cooler and I think he's going to work it. What a great new spot in our little town! The owner was so knowledgeable and explained the whole process of creating his specialty beers. We had a flight and they were all so good, I'm absolutely not an IPA or craft beer kind of girl but these were delicious! We watched the coffee robot make drinks which was very cool! Friendly staff. Decent selection of beers. They are just starting out so I imagine efficiency will increase over time. I had an Amber and a Kolsch. Both tasted good. The only criticism I have is that the beer could be much colder. I will be back and would recommend. read more
