I purchased a medium white mocha shake for 4.99 when I got to the window that same shake suddenly cost 5.99 because a mocha shake cost an extra 1.00 it including tax. the 5.99 is not displayed on the menu board for a medium white mocha shake . We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 items. We drove to the window, paid and our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I had the chicken tender lunch combo, which was 3 chicken tenders, fries, a drink and a sundae. The tenders were good and I really liked the BBQ sauce. The fries were boring, but OK. Okay stop! I would not have even started this review if it wasn't so freaking delicious! My burger and onion rings were perfect. I got a loaded burger and it had meaty cheese, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and perfect pickles. Then the onion rings were crispy and so perfect! On top of delicious, they were NICE. At the request of my grandson after school for ice cream, we came to this DQ. We decided to eat inside because we didn't want the kids dripping ice cream all over our car. Hubby ordered a mint shake and said it was good. Grandson #1 ordered an Oreo Blizzard and enjoyed it very much. Yes they did turn it upside down and it passed. Grandson #2 ordered a strawberry sundae and I ordered a LARGE hot fudge sundae. Here is where the problems lie. Who makes sundaes without whipped cream, nuts and a cherry. DQ does. My large sundae was comparable to a small anywhere else. Both just had ice cream and the flavor you ordered, otherwise naked. I was quite upset. I told the guy that brought it to our table that I'd like nuts on mine, which he did. Then I noticed there was no whipped cream. I brought it back up to the counter and who I believe was the manager came over and asked if he could help. I said I'd like some whipped cream and he took my sundae and came back with whipped cream and nuts added. Nice. Then he said " We usually charge extra for this but I won't charge you today." Wha WHAT??? So I said "perhaps the person taking the order should ask you if you want these things." I've never ordered a sundae without these (although most ask about nuts because of allergies. And they DO NOT charge extra fo these things, it's part of the sundae. By the time I got back to my table I had ice cream soup. It did have plenty of chocolate however. Bill was $14.38. I ordered two medium size Dipped cones and they we're poorly made and the lady refused to remake them and I think it was because they were going to close in a few minutes which is unsatisfactory customer service when your are spending your hard earned money. I cant believe I had to add this place. It's been open 4 yrs the guy told me today. It's the cleanest, friendliest and most spacious DQ I've ever seen. I told the guy it was the cleanest and he said people usually say that about their bathrooms. I didnt check them out so I dont know. I'm guessing by the resturant and eat out patio they are. They have a huge patio that you can eat outside or a large clean area inside. The cashier at the time we were there was the manager I think. Ge was very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely drive 10 miles and bypass the 2 filthy dirty ones in my area if I'm ever craving a DQ Blizzard. read more

It's a new Dairy Queen, they have a great outdoor patio with torch heaters and large flat screen TV's. You can get the traditional blizzard or you can always order something from the grill like a chicken, a burger or grilled hotdog. This location has plenty of table seating, drive-thur, seating booths and a clean bathroom today. This place impressed me because the manager went out of her way to deliver everyone at the youth baseball fields coupons buy one get one free blizzard. My boys now believe they have to have a blizzard after every baseball practice LOL. It's normally not busy and they always present the blizzard to you upside down which is kind of cool. Just got a large blizzard and was surprised that they did not do their little "turn it upside down" routine before they handed it to me. I called them on it as the deal is, you get one free, and their response was that they ripped a hole in the side of the cup so they had to double cup it so they could not turn it upside down uhmmmm maybe remake it or put it inside a cup that is not leaking. But they made no comment about a free one. I think I'll tell them, if I go back, don't be flipping it upside down because it means nothing!!!!! read more

I've visited a number of times since it opened and it just keeps going downhill to the point that I'm done. Burger patties are burnt yet cold, fries are microwaved and limp. My boyfriend and I came here today ( 10/15 ) unknowing to the fact that it was spirit night. The place was PACKED, but the staff did an amazing job! It seemed to be a little bit understaffed but they handled the crowds like a champ, especially the assistant manager on duty, Miguel. We love going to this Dairy Queen! It's our go to place for a quick lunch or for a snack. However I have to give it three stars because I was so disappointed with the ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. I ordered the peanut butter blizzard cake. I asked for red writing on top for the message. Apparently someone there didn't like the color and made it white. It looked so plain and boring. I mentioned it to the cashier and he didn't seem to care. We will still come here for the food and ice cream but I will go somewhere else for a birthday cake. read more

Went outside because inside freezing (no qualm with that), every single table was open but also every single one was dirty. Order came out quickly, but no one came out to clean while we were there.
