I didn't go inside so I can't speak on the ambiance(usually it's pet plain in there) but the food itself was correct which is a plus. They forgot to give me my drink and by the time I realized, I couldn't go back... so that's why I'm only giving 3 read more

This has to be the worst location of all because the employees are on a power trip. Don't yell at people at the drive-through like you are the boss when you can't handle a single delivery order with no customers at your restaurant at 3 AM. I give you the name of the order you shout at me for the code with a nasty attitude then I give you the code and then radio silence and then you ignore me and ignore me at the window. Pathetic. Only 4 stars because the PlayPlace is still closed and it is the BEST one around. Today, 7/15/22, I used my mobile app for the rewards and my BOGO free coupon for two egg McMuffins. The service was friendly (loved our cashier's beautiful smile), fast, and our food was hot and delicious. The inside is clean and functional. The parking lot has adequate parking, and the drive through is ALWAYS busy (2 lanes). read more

The girl. yes i said GIRL. because no way a grown woman will talk to a customer this way. was very rude at the drive thru. this is the worst mcdonald's in florida. they have horrible staff & hire quite literally anyone. i came through the drive thru around 11pm and had an online order and when i was having technical difficulties with my cellphone the GIRL was VERY impatient and kept rushing me. this was the worst experience i ever had at a mcdonald's and if you decide to order just make sure you go to the one 10 mins further down. and when we came around the GIRL was no where to be found. just know we gone catch you. read more

Recently went to the drive in just to grab a couple of sundaes...guess what...here comes a shocker...you're not even ready for this....THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS BROKEN. I can't believe it. So surprising. They just can't keep these running for some reason. I drive through every morning because I love their coffee. I gave them my app number. The girl said what is the number again so I gave her the number again on my phone it showed we got your order. Thanks, the girl said the code won't go through I said so what do I do? She said I'm sorry, but I can't control the Code machine so I said so. What do I do? She said you can't get it I said, but it said on my phone that it went through. So I drove up to the window where she was with my $20 bill and she gave me a really really dirty look and she said your coffee is free so I said is it possible for you to give me change of a 20 and she said to me " "I AM NOT AN ATM" So I said, could you please give me your name and she said "I AM NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE YOU MY NAME!" Went to order breakfast for my 6 year old that loves burritos with extra cheese. Every McDonald's I go to happily makes them for me when I request it. Unfortunately this McDonald's doesn't care about customer experience or value... the girl at the window was very unbecoming of a McDonald's employee and shouldn't be employed with the kind of attitude she carries herself with. I've been to this McDonalds a few times and I thought I just got lucky but all of the staff are super nice at this location! All of our food has been pretty fresh and precise but it was mainly the interaction with the employees that made me really happy. Best one in the area for sure. read more

Ok. I love the McDonald's oatmeal, and normally drive thru 2-3 days per week. Not only is the oatmeal tasty but the drive thru is normally quick and eff. Unfortunately my experience today was not acceptable after placing and paying for my order at 8:13 they gave me my drink and directed me into their waiting for order spot #1. After waiting for 13 minutes (an absolutely unacceptable amount of time) I called them 727-943-8721. When the phone was answered, I gave them my order #1309 and told them that i had been waiting for 13 minutes. The person who answered said we will get it right out. Then we get to the window to get our food and only one fry, not to mention she was too busy talking to her friend who was leaving and slammed the window on us before we could say anything. Told the girl we had BOGO fries and she asked for the code again and it was gone because it was already ran through the system and she told us we would have to pay for another. She tried to argue with us and said we won't get the other and got her manager. Manager was nice and just gave us second fry. But come on. Don't argue. I Come here all the time & have been for years. They do a good job & most of time are busy, they just revise this store so it is cleaner & up to date. This morning I went there & got an ice coffee & sausage biscuit. The lady did not even ask me how many creams or sugars I wanted in it so I had no idea how I was going to turn out. It breaks my heart to report that the two and a half starts this business has in its Yelp profile it's too much for the type of service you get here. I was on my way to a meeting and happened to see this McDonalds, so I said to myself "Hey, let's get a coffee" - so I went through the drive-thru. I was greeted with a "Order when you are ready" (Forget about welcome to McDonalds, or good morning) the whole experience felt wrong from the beginning but I proceeded to order my coffee. " Can I please have a medium coffee with cream and either Stevia or Splenda?" the computer then showed a small coffee, so I told the lady that it was a medium one, apparently ordering a coffee was too much to take because all I got from her was one big sigh! After an ackward silence, she said to me " is that all you want? then I said no, I would also want a Bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. Oh boy did she sigh again? When I approached the first window to pay, I ask Sabrina the name of the employee who took my order because Sabrina's voice sounded different. After a big hesitation she said, it might have been Joy! My experience at this McDonalds was so unpleasant that I will not coming back and I will drive further to get to a different one if I ever find myself in the same area. It kills me that business like this don't take into consideration that customer service is everything. I can get a good cup of coffee at anywhere, and nobody deserves the feeling of being rushed or that they are doing you a favor by serving you. Point blank, I try not to eat fast foods! I did happen to need to stop here for a quick bite, ordered one small breakfast roll up or burrito or soft taco, can't remember, and it didn't kill me! I have held my self from giving this type of review because I support local businesses, but this was the final straw. I have worked in the service industry most of my life. Really nice for a McDonald's. Very stylish and clean. Large booths, large play area. Got the bogo burger/fish sandwich with lg fries and lg drink to share for under $10. McDonald's has the best fish sandwich with wild Alaskan Pollack. So good! No outdoor seating though. Service seems good. read more

The food was cold and disgusting I ordered a crispy chicken w/ cheese meal. The fries were not eatable they were like rubber, the chicken sandwich had nothing on it except something that looked and tasted like it was from the trash. I also ordered chicken nuggets my dog would not even eat them and the double cheese burgers tasted like they were yesterday's. The employees here are just not able to provide customer service. I asked for two turtle sundaes and they had no idea what to do. They had none premade so they were not sure what to do. After finally making one the girl on register said she wanted two. The person, I'm assuming a bit higher up by her different uniform, shrugged her shoulders as if to say oh well. Oh well?!?! Keep the extra I don't want it now. Takes forever and shouldn't.
