I usually go to this place once a week, evergone is always great. last Saturday, went there about 10:30 am . I ordered a special sub with Steak and provolone cheese, nothing else but Mikes way with the sauce on the side. I didn't watch her make it but I've always done well there. Sara the manager put so much dressing on one side of the sub, that I could barely eat it. I was so upset I called back to the store and got Christian, I did tell him that she shouldn't be making subs, my opinion. i didn't want to go back I had just walked 3 miles , I'm 65=and I was exhausted. So they put me in the book for me to get another when I was back in. Got there about 11:15 am today Monday. And asked for my sub. Sara (the manager) started yelling at me that she didn't appreciate my telling her employe Christian, that she should make a sub. Half of my sub had so much dressing on it that all the bread on that half was gross, the other half had no dressing and was fine. And I got a side. When I came in today, she started yelling at me that she didn't appreciate me telling her employees that she shouldn't be making subs. Well, that was my opinion on the last sub she made for me, she told me over and over that she didn't make a mistake and I was wrong. I asked her to stop and explained cameras were recording this, and she kept yelling at me. I asked her to stop. I was shaking so badly, other customers were watching. My daughter passed tragically 4 years ago and I now take Prozac. I grew up in the 60's where the customer was always right. read more

My absolute favorite sub place I have been eating jersey mikes for about 5 yrs I eat it at least once a week.

Stopped here for lunch one afternoon. Sent the Boyfriend in while I waited outside. They were busy, most folks wore a mask, all good signs. Our food was ready quickly and was done properly, which made us all happy. The staff was excellent and the food tasted fresh and delicious. Anywhere I can go and get a fresh sub or salad I am in! I've always loved Jersey Mikes and was super excited they opened up a location in Tarpon Springs. Today I needed a quick bite for lunch and had to take some food home for the hubs. Craving their Roast Beef and provolone I decided Jersey Mikes was the way to go. The manager promptly greeted me upon entering! He had a few young employees working and seemed to be coaching them along the way! You could tell he took pride in his store and training. This was also the first time I opted for a "Bowl" instead of a sandwich. (Hubs and I are keto). I was surprised to see that all subs were offered as salads but there wasn't a price difference. However, when I did get my bowl I could see they definitely added more to make up for the lack of bread! The location is a bit tricky to get to, so follow the signs to get to the Mattress Store and you'll be okay. Oh, and hubs got the steak and cheese in a bowl! He ate it all before I could get a picture of it. To say the least, he enjoyed it very much! read more

Tom Terrific here with another honest restaurant review. i enjoyed a great ham and provolone sub at this Jersey Mike's in a small plaza near US 19 in Tarpon Springs. I was greeted upon entering and found the eatery to be nicely laid out. The employees were clean and attractive. As some of you know i was banned from Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater for giving a poor review mainly because their employees looked like panhandlers. I loved the white bread i got on this sandwich. it was firm on the outside and soft on the inside. The ham was as fresh tasting as you could get. I got the medium size, finished it and was full. Give this Jersey Mike's a try rather than Subway. It's a better sandwich here. read more

Damn the kids working in here are slower than molasses in the winter. Family of 3 in front of me getting 3 regular subs shut down the whole freaking operation. Didn't even have a chance to get food. Went in on July 14th at noon. They were super busy and the boss or manager was yelling at his employees basically belittleing them right in front of the customers. I would never support a business that treats there employees so bad. I felt so bad for them. No one should ever be treated with such disrespect. I didn't even order and I just walked out. read more

Let me preface this review, by stating that someone from the chain reached out to me. For my subpar experience, they offered me a replacement sub, at no cost to me to apologise for my inadequate sub. While this was very considerate & gracious, everyone in the store, knew I was in 'the book's & I tend to believe my sub Wes given special attention, as was I when I picked up the sub. I think it's responsible to follow reviews & fantastic to attempt to right inaccuracy or an off occasion. But, picking up a meal, when the entire staff of the store knows you had a poor experience, just puts every one on high alert & me quite uncomfortable. This Philly cheesesteak, Probabally had about a pound of beef, the veggies were not raw & it Certainally was enough for 2 meals. I love the fact they offer, at least a choice between white & wheat subs. For some reason mine are not as pretty as the other photo's, lol. Meat was tender & flavorful, though too light on salt. Veggies were more caramelized than raw, but sparse. If this was the first sub I had gotten, there would have been 4 stars. What's a girl to do? One with a pittance of meat & one overflowing with beef...what's the.real story, inquiring minds want to know? Fairly new place here in Tarpon Springs. Really tasty subs at prices that are a bit high. My husband and I have been here a couple of times. They prepared our philly steak subs while we waited and they were piping hot. We had two combo meals with the regular size subs, chips and drinks for $25. Very tasty, though. read more

Contrary to what one might think about a chain sandwich shop, the food is not always the same quality at all locations. The food at this Jersey Mike's location far surpasses any other location. This is thanks to the franchise owner/manager, Jason. When Jason is on the grill, the cheesesteaks are second to none. Better than I've ever had in my almost 40 years on this earth. I've experienced hiccups when Jason isn't there or is not on the grill, such as unmelted cheese, incorrect bread, or not adding bacon as I asked, but Jason is always spot on. Even when the place is absolutely crazy busy, which it usually is, he make sure everything is perfect and every customer is happy. Problem with fulfilling orders placed on line. I've ordered from them several times, always requesting 'wheat bread' for whatever sub (it's a 'no additional cost' option on their menu). On occasion and depending upon my order I also request additional bacon for my sub (a $1.50 upcharge). I've yet ever to enjoy a sub I've ordered from them on wheat bread, and yesterday was the third occasion when I've ordered extra bacon for a particular sub when it was charged but not included. Subs are good, but they have a little problem with their quality control when it comes to fulfilling instructions placed on line. read more

I first want to say wow. I walked into jersey mikes yesterday for the first time. The place was clean. I was greeted by 3 wonderful young ladies as soon as my husband and I walked in. Great experience there. I was helped by this amazing young lady with very short hair. She was absolutely the greatest. She was kind. This is a great sandwich shop. As far as chains go, I highly recommend this place over the Jimmy Johns across the street. The sandwiches here look full and stacked, not just a small slice of salami and mayo. The workers actually bag your sandwich with a smile, which I cannot say for the other sandwich shop.
