Tried this place for the first time. We had a TMobile coupon for a chicken sandwich. When we asked the girl as the register, she said she didn't know anything about that (even after I suggested maybe she could get a manager and ask about it). Regardless, we figured out how to use on the app instead. Talk about working your way out of a job. Though it was "fast food" it took 17 minutes to get our simple order of two sandwiches and fries. Nonetheless, it was a tasty sandwich, and the fries were decent (we could tell they weren't super fresh, but they were at least warm). Maybe we'll give them another shot, maybe we'll just try another spot next time. 50/50 read more

I went into the dining room at night to order and it was like a wild circus in there. The employee, Dennis, was not doing his job, he was goofing off and messing with other employees, I even witnessed the manager to tell him to do his work MULTIPLE times but instead he would mouth off to her and continue to do what he wanted to do but work. He didn't do anything while I was in there eating. Wendy's please take accountability and talk with this disrespectful employee, Dennis I believe was his name and have him work on his customer service as well as his anger issues, and doing what he's told AND payed to do, thank you. read more

Normally, I would've gave the spot five stars but after my most recent interaction, I'll definitely have to lower that. Everything was cold almost hard and what was the point of me pulling up if the fries were still cold it's like they took them out the bag frozen. Their QR scanner never works because they don't wanna put nobody in the first one up they're making everybody pull to the second so you can't even take advantage of your coupons. Tonight I begrudgingly opted for french fries...which were delivered luke- warm. I also paid $4.59 for a single cheeseburger with NOTHING on it....something I could have got at any OTHER fast food burger joint for under two bucks! Shame on me. When I rolled up to the pay window, there was nobody there- so I pulled forward and was chastised for "forgetting" to pay. I had every intention of paying....a human being! They were running 5 minutes behind on their biscuits coming out of the oven so they offered me a free drink I asked for an orange juice and they gave me an orange juice at no charge since I had to wait. Employees are rude, the floor is filthy and the owner doesn't like to give condiments. I went here twice first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I asked for two ketchups and two sour creams for my fries and baked potato and i received one sour cream in the bag and no ketchup. I went back through the window a second time to get my other sour cream and ketchup and the employee who gave me them had an attitude very rude. The second time I went I got a baconator and salad. Not only did I pay for extra bacon but I paid for extra sauce on my burger assuming I would at least have a proper amount of condiments. I paid for extra and recieved the normal amount. After several bad experience at the Wendys in New Port Richey, on 19, near 54, the manager contacted me. I have gone to this store, due to close proximity. It has gone from fair to terrible & now, unetable. On more than one occasion, I have ordered full dinners for 4, totaling over $40+, only to have little eaten & a hangry crew! Then I have to run to store or go spend more money on dinner, definitely not fair or ethical. Finally the manager contacted me. She explained temporary staffing problems at the NPR store & suggested I go to the Tarpon store, when I'm the area & order what I usually do, on her, to give Wendys another chance at my business. I agreed, thinking this might just change my mind about Wendys. This afternoon I explained the situation, in the drive thru line, as I did not feel it was appropriate for other customers to hear the story. What a joke 15 minutes of my time & you would think I was trying to rob the store. After the drive thru line, got way backed up & everyone was staring at me, I was dismissed. The man I assume was the manager told me the store in NPR, which is so bad I will not return to, would have to make good on my order, as per the General Manager! How humiliatingly, I wasted my time, made people in line angry & the employees think I am a liar & trying to get a free meal. Trust me if I wanted a free meal, it would not be from Wendy's!! I tried to give this chain another chance, one I must certainly say they did not deserve. I can confidently say Wendys overall does not deserve my money, business or time. What's a girl to do? The lady in the drive-thru was vulgar and insulting when I tried to make my order. I told her how she sounded, and she said she could refuse to take my order. I even completed my order, went to the window, and asked for the manager, but guess what? She was the manager. Another employee (who looked sweaty, in "crack" or something), very mad, yelled at me the B word, the FU, and the threat to call the police if I didn't pay. This Wendy's is absolutely horrendous , I came after going to Fred Howard beach with a couple of my friends and the lady taking our order was super rude. They were rushing us to take our order even though we were the only ones in drive through. And to top it off my lemonade was WARMMM!!! Even with ice, it tasted like it sat in the sun for an hour! Went here and waited 30 minutes in line before placing my order. I was listening in to the car in-front of me ordering, she was super nice and the worker just gave attitude back. Once I got to the window I was not acknowledged or even told they would be with me in a few minutes. Once I started to place my order i was told there frosty machine was broken.... But the car in-front of me ordered 4 with no issue. I've been told by many people that work in fast food that they normally say that when they don't want to make something! I figured they were short staffed but when I finally got to a window there were 4 workers, one of which was taking orders and the others were just standing around staring at each other. Id also like to add that the fries where hard as a rock. drive thru at 10:15pm, pull up to order and manger promptly states we are out of French fries, have no tomatoes, no cheese sauce, no potatoes. So I ordered a single meal with chili in substitute for fries asked for cheese to be added I received onions and no cheese. They screw up order every time I order here. Ordered two "Biggie" bags from here yesterday for my husband and me. The only decent things were the frosty's and the bacon on the burgers. All the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp for too long. When I placed my order I specifically asked for fresh fries. I was told they were just dropped. My order is never right. Usually when I ask for no mayo. But someone's they don't put the fries in, or forget a burger, or even give me the wrong drink. Customer service is very poor, and the wait time is really long for Bing fast food. Often times I will be waiting at the counter to have my order taken and the people behind the counter don't even acknowledge that I am waiting. Tonight in particular, I went through the drive through. I placed my order, I was very clear on the "no mayo" part. Which was also on the screen. When I paid for my food I was not given a receipt, he handed me my food and did not say anything. I had to ask if that was it or if I was waiting on anything else and he just kind of motioned for me to drive off. The food and drinks are never marked. This is consistently the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. Common issues would be: Hard, stale, and crusty spots along the edge of the bottom buns. Old fries. Cold fries. We haven't changed the oil in weeks, fries. Bitter burgers. Yes. Bitter. I don't eat fast food, I just try to avoid it... but I REALLY wanted a burger late on a Sunday. I asked my friends what local fast food place had the best burgers and it was unanimously Wendy's. The newly built store is very clean and modern and made eating fast food feel not dirty to me . Employees were super nice, I know and they added it last minute and brought it out to the parking lot for me... food was hot, fast, and yummy. Took in a Wendy's coupon for BOGO Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but in a box in the upper right hand corner were further qualifications, "buy ANY large chicken sandwich and get one free". The order taker gentleman studied the coupon, then asked, "where'd you get this" (?????); "It says it's good for only a spicy chicken sandwich", & last "what's the expiration date on this thing?". Really In any event, we got a large grilled chicken sandwich and a homestyle (breaded). The latter had the breast meat texture of an artificially, man-made product, no taste either. Our free Junior Chocolate Frostees were typically delicious though...I bought the $2.00 key tags last fall & we've been enjoying free Frostees perhaps 3 times per week. I'll stick with my Crispy Chicken Sandwich with lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato, onion, & mustard for $1.39. It's just a very large chicken nugget in a bun but it TASTE better than their $5.13 chicken filet. read more

There is about 3 folks in the restaurant and it's 1108PM on a Saturday. What in the hell was the point of remodeling this restaurant just to have shitty service? It is not the employees fault but whomever decides how many folks should be on at a time. This restaurant is going to be close by the end of the year of this keeps up. This is the 2nd time I've been here since it's been revised. 1st time was through the drive thru that went fine . This time I had a bday coupon so I went inside, one problem this place has is there is really no where to stand after you order. There is now a friendship table in the way (because every fast food restaurant needs those these days). The lady Pythias that took my order needed help with the coupon but she did a pretty good job of it. Finally when I was receiving my receipt the manager or someone came over to question her if she did it right. A little to late if you ask me, had the baconator burger meal.
