Often forgetting to add flavor to latte even after watching them plug it in on the computer or making a to stay latte in a to-go cup. Hope to see less mistakes in the future as it is great coffee when it comes out right.

This is a nice quaint little art shop, and there's plenty of things here you can buy if you just need that something extra in your life. It is a Filipino shop with plenty to check out if art shops are your thing. I personally get bored with them pretty easily if I'm not fully invested in what art places have to offer, but that's nothing against this place as that is just a personal preference. So what you see on my pictures here is what I had: the Ube cheesecake and the Ube Affogato. Believe it or not this is not my first experience with affogato as there used to be an affogato place on the way to/from work I would stop by for. It's ice cream and espresso, and let me tell you that if you haven't had a good affogato before, you're missing out! In fact, I even once met a cast of actual Netflix actors and actresses at that old affogato shop, and there was one person in the cast that remarked that I could have fit in right with the cast. So by getting the Ube affogato here, it was like taking a trip down memory lane. It WAS however my first experience with ube, so it was a taste of old times and new memories all-in-one. Both things I had were really delicious! If I have more Ube things in the future and they're this good, I might have a new contender for a new favorite flavor of food! The customer service was really nice too. The lady working there you can tell puts a lot of care into what she does. A nice little tidbit I like is that when I asked for a spoon for my cheesecake, she shared that Filipinos tend to eat cheesecake that way as well. I thought that was some really cool knowledge. And the ambiance is very homestyle that sometimes you can't tell it's actually a shop. This will make for a great morning stop if you're ever in the area. Maybe you could stop by here, kick it slow a bit before catching a train to NYC, or even Sleepy Hollow. This place gets both my thumbs way, WAY up!

I was so hungry and it looked so good I scarfed it down and only as I was wiping the crumbs out of my mustache did I realize I didn't get any photos. I guess I'm a bad Yelper. I have been a loyal customer of McDonald's for years, but I feel compelled to formally address a recurring issue at your restaurant. Despite my patience and attempts to refrain from escalating the matter, the service during my most recent visit was utterly unacceptable and demands immediate attention. Approximately 20 minutes before closing time, staff informed a full drive-thru line that they had shut off their grills and were no longer serving any meat products. The only items being offered were two varieties of snack wraps and fries. This is completely unacceptable. The grills should not be shut down until closing time--not when it's convenient for the staff. By refusing to serve standard menu items while the restaurant is still open, employees are not only providing poor customer service but are also costing McDonald's potential revenue. This behavior is, in essence, stealing time and money from the company. In addition to this, the staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional--not only during this visit but in several of my past experiences as well. There is a clear pattern of indifference and hostility from the employees at this location. Furthermore, each time I have visited, my orders have been incomplete, and when I attempted to address these mistakes either by phone or in person, I was met with refusal to refund or replace the missing items. If these employees are unhappy with their positions, they should not take it out on customers. This ongoing negligence and attitude is unacceptable for any business, especially a brand as reputable as McDonald's. Moving forward, I will be documenting all interactions at this location, as I believe these incidents reflect a serious lapse in management and corporate standards. I request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate corrective actions be taken to ensure customers are treated with respect and provided the service McDonald's promises. read more

Since when is an oreo McFlury, a cup of vanilla ice cream with a spoon full of oreo topping put on top to hide solid white ice cream. The manager ESPERANZA is a LIAR. When i brought it to her attention she said it was supposed to have been made on the McFlury machine. I should mention that i watched her make it the first time! I pay for extra toppings and unless i complain and give it back to them, I get ripped off. I have completed 6 online surveys advising of this. What the hell is the big deal with using the proper machine to make a menu item? If i wanted ice-cream in a cup with oreo toppings I would go to Carvel. I think that they don't want to have to clean the machine after using it. Who is the owner and how could they let employees rip off the customers. This is not a one time thing.
