This place has really gone down hill in the past 2-3 years. There is no sense of urgency or willingness to offer at least ok customer service by the workers. They were out of eggs?? the other day and offered no explanation as to why. Lots of people with bad attitudes standing around expecting 15$ and hour before they want to do a good job. Food is almost always cold and stale, which is NOT what I paid for. The store is run by a bunch of teenagers which is not a problem or wouldn't be if they knew what they were doing and had drive but they don't. Have had my food spit in here before. Do not recommend. read more

This McDonald's is a disorganized, dumpy mess. The staff were extremely rude and making fun of us in the open. I get that you are a teenage girl and full of angst because you work at McDonald's, but really, check the obnoxious attitude, stop the eye rolling and do your job. It took over 10 minutes for two people in our four person group to even get their food. I thought it was fast food? The famous McDonald's fries that are usually delicious were soggy and oily. If I were the manager, I would re-train these employees because they clearly don't know what they are doing and have an entitled, snotty attitude. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. read more

Just stay hungry and drive on. Flys everywhere, very Un kept restrooms, at least 10 workers behind the counter going on about personal issues, maybe 2 of them have any idea what's going on. Almost 10 minute wait for the food ( dine in) and ended up with two extra kids fries, and a quarter pounder that was cold and the bun could have sanded the hull of a boat. Waited almost ANOTHER 10 minutes for a replacement burger, by that time the fries where cold. Unorganized, far too much BS happening behind the counter, kid running register was clueless, I won't return to this location until I hear it has improved a lot. The lady sweeping the floor is literal under my feet as I type this and sweeping hard enough that partials are flying through the air NOT acceptable. They hand out vouchers for free desserts like it's supposed to make everything ok. Best part, they aren't slammed busy right now. I can't imagine if they were swamped. read more

Cold mcgriddles and stale hash browns. I believe the woman at the drive thru handing out food must not speak English other than to say Hi and Have a nice day. I said good morning how are you and was greeted with a blank stare. I feel bad for the locals as this is the only fast food place around and it's terrible. The service here is insanely slow. They never have all the items I want. The food is greasy and soggy. They are rude every time I come. Yes, I know it's fast food, but at least be nice. I'd rather go to a Wawa if one were nearby. You'd think being so close to the interstate business would be better, but it's not. My order for a two cheeseburger meal with coffee and two apple pies ended up with apple pies out of stock, nasty order taker, and just plan crappy. At least Angela at second window was nice, the only positive...I could hear that they messed up the order in front of us too. The lobby smells like puke. There is mold around the drink machine. The person on the register was more interested in the conversation her cursing co-workers were having then taking my order. I have always went through the drive thru at this McDonald's. Now it makes me wonder if the lobby is that unclean I can imagine what the kitchen is like. read more

It's a slightly below average McDonald's close to a touristy area. It is not the cleanest dining area as described by others but the bathroom was cleaner than many I've been in. The staff was courteous and personable. My hashbrown could have been cooked longer but that a person preference. read more

I live a mile away and decided to stop there on my way home. It took 10-15 minutes to get to order in the drive thru. Then when I order 3 apple pies, the lady says "Okay I'll tell you your total at the last window." What??? Then I get up there, she takes my money without telling me my total then hands me the change and bag. I get home and each box says "ENJOY BY 9:21AM ON 4/11/2019" It is 9:00pm at night. I tried calling up there, no answer. Then I go up there and they say "Oh sorry. Do you want it cash or card?" They knew they were wrong. Just got renovated and it still sucks! read more

On our drive from NC to Williamsburg - Aug. 30, 2015 - we stopped here for a bite. If we had not been so hungry, we would never have swallowed anything from this place. It was filthy, littered with garbage and spilled food and drink - inside and out. The trash can at the door was overflowing. Drink or milkshake splattered all over the sidewalk and door. Inside smelled awful. I couldn't place it - didn't smell like garbage or bathroom, but it was gross. Mops and other cleaning supplies were leaning against the wall behind the service counter. (Never used??) In the kitchen area, every horizontal space was piled with "stuff" - boxes, bags, etc. This place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for many months. The woman that waited on us was rude and unfriendly. I don't know what the restaurant inspections are like in VA, but I wonder what their rating is? I hope they haven't poisoned anyone. How can McDonald's corporation allow this place to stay open?? read more

Previously a 1 star rating I've seen a great improvement in this fast food restaurant... they have made some staffing changes and the quality of the food is now excellent... not just one Ce but the last 6 or 7 times I've been there. Great job owners, this is something you can be proud to put your name on!....the following was my previous review but things have really turned around -This place continues to outdo it self when it comes to bad service. Whether it's the bad attitude of the workers that make you feel like you just inconvenience them by showing up and patronizing their establishment or consistently getting your order wrong. All this in addition to low food quality. My 11-year-old says they act like Squidward on SpongeBob, which is pretty accurate. read more
