Food use to be good but last two times it has been rough. Burger smelled like gas on Saturday and we were afraid to eat it.

There weren't any workers in sight when we got there, not even behind the counter. After we waited a minute we shouted "Hello, anybody there?". All workers were in the back and left the front unattended. Not good. Their burgers, etc are way overpriced for what you get. The buns fell apart before we were even halfway through our burgers. They use the "fake" highly processed shiny cheese that never melts! Small portion of fries (regular $6 fries in a small cup). We ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger $13, regular hamburger $11, regular fries $6 and 1 soda $36+ total. We won't be going back. read more

I finally figured the secret to a great burger at the best value. My husband and I ordered a double cheeseburger + added a patty for $2.50 and it was perfect! Ok so we used to love this location because it's the closest to us and it's, well, five guys. But...... I have noticed the last three times that they stop hooking up the fries. This is a special shout out to the manager and staff on duty tonight who handled an obnoxious and RUDE couple with sheer grace, class, and professionalism. It was less than 10 minutes before closing when this hammered couple came in and trashed the cleaned floor they were standing on as they inhaled their food at the counter. I mean this guy had mayo dripping down his face from both sides of his mouth and food scraps were pooling at his feet. They had no regard for anyone but themselves. I'm still in awe at the example the manager set despite the customers' behavior and disrespect. The team did not deserve that. Overall, a great-tasting burger and exceptional customer service. I went in to order two meals for my wife and I. First off two burgers, fries and two large drinks came out to 55.00 that's unheard of. The fries were extremely salty and the soda was flat. It's amazing how you can literally walk into one restaurant that has the same amount of employees, getting the same wage, more or less, and be treated so poorly and then, to walk into this establishment and be treated with respect, and urgency. These "Guys" don't play. They communicate thoroughly, fast, direct and to the point. They can be slammed busy and still execute orders without complaining. I haven't been to Five Guys in several years and was quickly reminded how delectable and juicy these burgers are. I love being able to pick all and any toppings you want for one price. They always load up on fries which is a plus. I got a chocolate milkshake too which was great. You can either order inside or ahead of time for pick up which is great. There was ample space inside to spread out and social distance at this location while waiting for your order and all the employees were super nice and following COVID guidelines. read more

I ordered a small French fry and It literally had 20 fries in the cup, I was shocked as I have always had fries overflowing into the paper bag. Five guys is normally a reputable and dependable burger joint, and it doesn't matter in which area of the country you're always guaranteed a great burger, clean establishment, and tremendous service. That is definitely not the case with this particular franchise. After receiving my burgers for myself and my family we all noticed that they had given us burnt burgers, slapped together with with the most minimal vegetables and condiments. When I approached management they literally pawned the problem on to night shift and refused to believe they had done anything wrong. My experience with customer service, regardless of who's wrong, is to make the customer happy. After all they are in the business of customer service. Because that was their stance on the situation, I will no longer visit or allow any of my friends and family to visit. The staff is so friendly here! All 7 of them stop what they are doing to greet each guest as they enter. Made us feel so important! You can tell that this location is brand new. The place was so clean and well lit. They have those really cool soda machines with the touch screen that my little sister went crazy over. They have about every soda flavor that you can think of. Great burger!!! Although the place is located in this almost surreal mock colonial town doubling as a newly constructed shopping center, this joint is as authentic as it gets. Despite its pseudo hollywood backlot surroundings, this place puts out some very tasty burger and fries. Forget about any pretentious menus. This place is hard core. It serves only burger and fries (and hot dogs) with multiple classic toppings. But its done right. It's cooked perfectly and the patty is BIG. Not that crappy fast food stuff where the buns outweigh the meat. This is a patty you would make in your own backyard. The fries are also fresh and cooked just to crispy nirvana. Its counter service efficiency and fantastic staff allow for rapid delivery of their delectable burgers. Best of all, while you are waiting for your cooked to order burger, they have free shelled peanuts for you to snack on. I don't normally eat at hamburger joints all the time, but if I do, I always go to a Five Guys Burger and Fries. I have been to their other locations, and I have noticed that they are consistent in all of their locations when it comes to their food, service and friendliness. Their burgers are juicy and delicious. The buns held the patties and condiments pretty good, all the way to the last bite. It did not break apart at all. They are very generous when it comes to their french fries, they pile up an extra serving on top of the full container of fries. You have an extensive selection of beverages at this hi tech contraption of theirs which is easy to operate. They are quick to clean up the vacated tables, and maintain a clean establishment. This establishment is pricing itself out of business. Guess this is a precuser of what you can expect to pay at McD's when they raise the min. wage to $15/hr. Way too much for a couple of small burnt burgers and a fry. Offer smaller portion fries for one thing and bring little burger pricing in the $3 range, and it will fly. You should not have to spend more than $10 for a couple of burgers (plain) and small fry. I predict them closing in one year. I have been uncanningly accurate about which joints are going to stay and which ones close.
