The staff at McDonalds are beyond compare. If you treat them with the respect any service employee deserves. I've seen people come in with an attitude toward an employee and treat the employee as if they are beneath them with unrealistic expectations. Many people forget they service a very busy drive up customer base. I've personally witnessed a customer accuse a trusted employee of spitting in their drink. What was behind that accusation? Did they expect a free meal? The crew at Tomahawk McDonalds are attentive, kind and ambitious. Three A's of business are Affibility, Availability, and Ability in that order. The crew in Tomahawk knocks it out of the park on all three. read more

If you are using Door dash for delivery McDonalds doesn't even make the attempt to find a dasher to deliver your food. The first time it happened was 2 months ago and they kept pushing up my delivery time. Three hours later I was still foodless. I cancelled it through Door Dash support. Last night I decided to give it another chance and the exact same thing happened. I only waited 2 hours and 15 minutes before I cancelled. My recommendation to the manager of this location would be to not offer Door Dash as they never are able to follow through and deliver. It is not good business to make customers angry. read more

Yesterday, 11/1/21, I saw a Vietnam vet (101st Airborne hat) and his wheelchair bound wife enter the gas station adjoining this McDonalds only to discover it was drive thru only. It was obvious this woman needed her husband's help to eat which is very difficult to do in a car. So they asked to sit at a table. The manager named Vaughn told them if he did that for them he'd have to do it for everyone so they'd have to eat outside. It was snowing at the time. I can't believe anyone would be so callous. I love a good McDonald's bacon chicken salad. Several times a week I eat here. But am very disappointed in the service. I was served a The whole wrong salad once. Many times beans are added. Another time wrong dressing. One time instead of bacon I was given chips on my salad..... The worst experience I had was the other night. I ordered 2 salads. Luckily I checked the bag, and had time to go back inside. I had no chicken on either salad. The one bowl looked so empty, I had to ask for lettuce too. I think I saw 4 crumbs of bacon..... Literally the weirdest tasting burger I ever had from a McDonald's. Took a lunch break and spend $32 on a double quarter pounder and many other items to split with my girlfriend and a co-worker. I was able to eat 2 bites before I lost my appetite. It was very bland but also watery. Imagine taking an unseasoned beef patty and microwaving it, but then dunking it into dishwater and placing it on the bun. I'll never go there again. read more

Wish I could give this place negative stars. Should be shut down! The bathrooms were the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. This next part I can't make up cause it's too crazy to believe. we were waiting in line to order and a McDonald's employee came in. He must have decided to get food before his shift or he was just getting off. Either way we were looking and the menu and the guy cut in front of us in line hahahahaha fucking unbelievable. The manager at this place made such a horrendous scene that I didn't even order food, I got my drink and left. She was so mean to one customer over some cheese on a cheeseburger that I couldn't believe no one stepped in!! I will NEVER go back here again - I usually go through the drive thru but NEVER that either. Shame on the manager - just shameful. read more

Been here several times with my mom on runs to Heritage for the car we drive around. Great food and service, only with a gas station too.

The restaurant had no access to outlets. What's the point of having McCafe if there is not outlets available to study while I enjoy my coffee. Quite disappointing, especially given that this place just remodeled. read more
