I wish I could leave less than a one but that's not a choice. Don't waste your time the customer service is horrible and they are not trained to reply when a customer asks a question or is talking to them. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this is warranted. I asked twice if they remembered our bottle water with no response and turned his back and walked away. Pulled up then no water, 2 small cokes and one was supposed to be large Dr Pepper, no straws, no sauce for nuggets even though they asked what kind twice. Horrible read more

Absolute horrible service. I have been hollared at by the GM Travis and followed to my car threatened by him. I order 5+ times a week due to my child only eats certain things and to be treated that way all because we are tired of the poor service food is left out every week and we have to call and complain then we go back to get the food that was left out and get called "cheap" for wanting what we paid for . Excellent food and service during my visit this evening! Sometimes you need a Big Mac! Only issue was store couldn't change the TV from Fox News! There has to be a better station to view than this. They need to do a deep cleaning, especially the drive through. Degrease the grime and wash the windows.

i ordered on the app at 10 before they quit breakfast and i got to mcdonald's at 10:35 and they did not make my two breakfast sandwiches. I then got 2 large french vanilla iced coffees, they charged me twice then didn't give me my coffees until 11. They tasted like melted ice cream and where white :) 1/10 read more

This place is a sh*t box, got bubba gumps sister up front on the register with her mustache she is laying all over the counter while taking your order , finger f*cks the cup with her nasty ass finger nails just after biting her nails . Food was completely incomplete and not the right stuff . Sadly disappointed in the crew at McDonald's there in Trenton! Customer service has really gone downhill. You are no longer greeted or told "Have a nice day!" Basically, your cash or card is snatched from your hand at one window and you are tossed a bag from the next window. Always check your food! I haven't been one time in the last 6 months without having something missing or wrong. Overall, the food is what you would expect. If you want fine dining, go somewhere else. There's always several employees working but that does not speed up the process. Most are usually busy on their phones, talking with other employees, or staring blankly into space. read more

This is the slowest, worst customer service fast food place in town! Food is ok, I mean it's a McDonald's they all tastes them same as long as you special order something so it will be hot and fresh. I was in there the other day around 4pm looked like they had to working up front, one holds a finger up to the guy in front of me in line, like wait a minute, while she was putting something in a sack for the drive thru. The other is wondering around in and out from behind the counter, then asks the customer - Have you been waited on? Customer says no and then worker just keeps walking! Finally comes back to take both our orders. Then last night I left PHS at 10 til 11pm by my clock in my truck which by the way is actually about 3 minutes fast, got to the drive thru and see a car at the pick up window but as I come around was told to hold on a minute. Waited like 3, started saying Hello! Hello! Hello! No response other than the lights shut off! I drive around to the window, a guy looks up and says we're closed! I look at my phone and by this time it is 3 minutes til 11! I say when is your closing time, he looks at the clock and says 11. I say it not 11 yet and by the way I was told to hang on a minute like 5 minutes ago! He just shrugs his shoulders, and starts sweeping. I understand it was late but if you are a "Fast" food place that closes at 11 you shouldn't tell someone in the drive thru to hang on a minute, when it's 10 til closing time! Mr. Sells, I hope you see this and do something about it, cause from now on I'll do my very best to never eat McDonald's in Trenton again! read more
