Well started back ordering from jets on oil wells and they have a new delivery guys and I must say wasn't missing anything and my order was hot and he was very funny and nice maybe some of them to take notes but what I really appreciated was never heard of this but he even had a couple of dog treats for my fur babies and I thought was very thoughtful. Service was terrible! Ordered online. Got there to pick it up. When I walked in, guy bringing order to table saw me come in. However, it was five minutes before anyone came to counter. I travel A LOT for work and typically have something delivered to the hotel the night I get in town. Tried Chinese and Mexican food but both places were too close to closing for delivery. I called Jet's and a pleasant voice answered and was SUPER helpful. Delivery was quick and painless, with the delivery guy wearing a mask. My pepperoni and jalapeño pizza was terrific! The los pizza was still hot, cheese was super melty and there were extra pepperonis!!! They added extra plates, chili peppers and parmesan cheese packets without me even asking for them. When I come back through Jackson, this is where I'm getting my pizza. read more

Its the nearest pizza restaurant to our house. We pickup @ 1 a week. It is a little pricier than most. It does deliver the pizza hot. Jet, Dominos and Little Caesar's can deliver hot but some (John's, Hut, Marcos) have not been able to do that. Delivery is prompt and hot except on busy nights and when the local ball fields are packed. There is a delivery fee over and above the cost of the pizza similar to dominos. The pizza is the best in the area. I usually get the Jet 10. The wings are the largest in the area (very similar to the major wing restaurants). The wings are very large and the flavors are better than most I usually get the sweet heat Asian like chili. The salads are outstanding. Be warned the large is huge. They have the best ranch dressing and a unique (for the area) Mediterranean dressing. I was told they use Hidden Valley Ranch dressing by a worker. It is actually the best dressing out there. You can buy ranch in a large (like a ketchup type) squeeze bottle at 4.00 to 4.50, ant it is worth every penny to have really good dressing for your homemade salads too! Their interesting gimic is flavored pizza crust. I usually get the buttered flavor. However, I also like the combo of flavors called the "turbo crust". There is a self service sit-in area if you want to eat there, but I would check. The latest Pandemic COVID-19 has stopped sit in areas. They supply plates and utensil plus packets of pepper and cheese are there upon request. read more

Something has happened to Jet's on Oil Well. Neither the pizza nor the service are what they used to be. Yesterday, I tried to pick up my pizza, but their card reader wasn't working. I'm a regular customer and they can even pull up my orders on their computer. But because of their problem, they wouldn't let me take my pizza with the promise of coming back later to pay. So, instead of taking a chance that I might not pay,they ended up throwing my pizza away, losing a customer, and losing the money anyway? What kind of business sense does that make? Very poor service and cold food. Placed an order for delivery on a Wednesday at 4:46pm, pizza FINALLY arrived at 6:22pm. Our apartment is 0.5 miles from the restaurant. I was put on hold and disconnected by the person answering the phone twice. When the pizza and wings we ordered arrived they were cold even though drived assured the "should" be warm and the wings were BURNED. If I wanted a pizza and wings I had to heat, I would have gone to Kroger and paid less for the same quality food. Very poor experience, do not recommend. read more

I loved it with the old ownership but now.... I had forgot why I had not been back for so long but was reminded when for the second time in a row my Greek salad had no beets on it. And when that's about the only thing it comes with I believe you should tell the customer that YOU ARE OUT OF FREAKING BEETS! Now I'm afraid to order a cheese pizza because I might get home with just a crust and pizza sauce (with No CHEESE!) or just some crust and cheese with no pizza sauce or I might get home with a pepperoni pizza without pepperoni's. But to just blow me off and tell me you're out of beets after the fact! Beets are not a fresh produce that can go bad and you have delivery problems with. You could keep a warehouse full of beets in your shop. Don't let the good review fool you. Always have issues trying to order from the app. Today, won't take the same credit card always used. Same results online as well. Actually called the store, person that answered the phone was barely audible, obviously did not care about my (the customer) problem, then WOULD NOT take my order, told me to call another location. I ordered there the 1st week they were open, and my payment was butchered badly. When I brought this to their attn, no one there knew how to perform a refund. OK. They said they will make special note of it on my receipt and make sure I have an $8 credit on my next order. Cool. So I decide to cash in that credit tonight, the guys name was J!*. Well, he proceded to mock me and ask why I am just now "cashing in" a credit given to me 3 months ago. OK. I ordered one of their "boats" delivery and it was cold in the middle. I called to complain and was called a liar. I decided to give them another chance a week later because they do have good food, I just figured I'd stay away from the boats. I order and sub delivery and when it got to me, there was a huge black hair in the sub that was actually bitten in to. When I called to complain this time I spoke with the owner. Again I was called a liar. He was rude and unwilling to work with me. He had a very smug attitude. After going by there twice to try to talk to him (which I never did because kept avoiding me) and posting my story on Facebook, he called the police on me. They served me with a no trespassing order and said that I was slandering online. All I wanted was my food remade and he refused. Didn't know there was a jets in Jackson. Then one night an hour and 5 minutes after my Pizza Hut online order, I called Pizza Hut .25 mile away from my hotel. They claimed they knocked on my hotel door 3 times and called me and then left (I had no missed calls and never left my room....I was starving and literally sitting on the bed waiting for my pizza). I called jets told them what happened and they had a pizza at my door in 17 minutes. A much better pizza I might add. Also I'm uncertain of the guys name who delivered it, but he was a spectacular employee and showed super customer service. He made a delivery to the Comfort Suites at 7:30 pm on November 8, 2018. Totally un-trust worthy company. Very poor service- misleading pricing. I could not get the pizza ordered online because it had it 1/2 and 1/2, so I called and ordered the pizza. I was told my total was $20 and some change but when they went to pick it up the cost was $27 and some change. I called the manager and was told the online orders have nothing to do with them. I would have probably been charged more if I could have ordered it online. Let me tell you I will never pay $27 for 2 small pizza's (8 slices total) for any pizza!! I will not be back. read more

My experience here has been all over the map. Lately it has become unacceptable. Two weeks ago I placed a phone order, showed up to pick it up. No pizza. They said they could see where I called but nobody put in the order. Really? Unacceptable. Today I went in for a couple pepperoni slices and a drink. They said they would have to make it. That's fine, but take down the flashing neon on the door saying "slices". This location has become a real disappointment. Placed a delivery order over the phone at 4pm on a Thursday. Was told a 45 minutes before order would be delivered. After and hour and 20 minutes, the delivery man called me acting as if he couldn't find my address-- it was not pulling up on his map he said to me. I live in a neighborhood that has been here since the 80s, don't lie. He acted like it "came up" while on the phone. He never apologized for the delay. Ever. I love this place! I'm a fan of thin pizza, so it's right up my alley. It's always ready on time, they always get my order exactly right and it's always delicious! I do wish they offered a smaller salad, but the salads they do have are always fresh. They have lunch specials which makes it even more affordable. The staff is always nice and helpful , and one of the owners is always there. Their deep dish is what they are known for and it is GREAT !!!! My husband loves their wings ! On two different occasions my order has been delivered wrong. After calling to have my order replaced, they insisted that they would send the corrected order. I never received a correct order....either time. I suggest NOT ordering from this restaurant. This is the second time they have messed up this order at the same address and I have wasted my money.
