My server was incredibly friendly and definitely added to my overall experience. Her name slips me, but she came to Troy from Wisconsin to play volleyball and attend college. I ended up going with one of their burgers with tater tots. The burger was very good, but the tater tots were pretty amazing. Even more amazing when my server said they were not made in house, but sourced. I really enjoyed my meal. Tied the whole plate together. Then I got the PIM burger. Spicy pimento cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and bacon jam. Sounds like a lot going on, but they balanced it right. Every bite was solid.
