As I was enjoying my mid day feast, I reached for the straw in my ample sized iced tea and proceeded to tip the glass into my waiting lap. The entire staff jumped to my aid, moving me immediately to a different table and insisting on cleaning up the entire mess. They couldn't have been nicer or kinder about the entire event. Cudos to you for excellent service in the face of difficulties. I can assure you this was no small dribble, it was the entire 16 oz glass. I enjoyed my meal and I'll be back, but next time, I promise not to spill.

She offered to take it back and bring me a different item off of the menu, but refused to make the Apache burger without adding the jam on top.
