On Friday, December 3, 2021 at approximately 9:00 PM I had a bad experience. I was using the McDonald's app and went to redeem a deal on the app "Buy one Happy Meal and get one free. The cashier entered the code in the cash register and the cash register read, " no terminal connection." The cashier stated, "after I complete entering your order, before the checkout I will contact my manager see if he can correct the problem." The cashier walked over to manager, spoke to him, returned and stated, " the manager said he can't do anything." The manager could not not walk over to me, make an attempt to fix or make an override, and later enter the code when the terminal was back online. He was just standing aroundhanding out completed orders for in store purchases. So I changed my order since my deal could not be accepted. read more

I drove through Turlock stopped at this McDonalds. I went through the drive thru and ordered an Ice Tea. After I was back on the road I took a drink of the ice tea and it was completely rotten and spoiled. I would never stop and buy anything from this location again. I've been to this McDonald's plenty of times. I can't remember one time anyone has been rude to me and 9/10 times I get everything I ordered. This place is clean and I will be back! Oh okay...so the reason for the 4 stars...you're "free WiFi" doesn't work!!! I just use my hotspot now. One other time you used a small lid on my daughters frappe and she spilled it all over her...it was full!! It all started when we went through the drive thru and they gave us the wrong drinks then we were told they are waiting on fries and asked us to park. 10 minutes later I went inside to check on our order and found it ready to deliver, however the food was cold and unacceptable. I took it back inside and asked to re-make our order. 10 minutes later we received our food and we moved on. The store was not busy so I can only imagine that the delay was caused by the staff. I come here a couple times a week every week since it's not too far from the college. The service is great, and my order has been accurate to the receipt. We did things better than most, including the company-owned stores of the time. This one is totally adequate, messy and unloved. Do not order extra on anything you buy from here, whether it's a frap or the hot fudge sundae. I have ordered multiple caramel frappes & always ask for extra caramel. Although they charge me for extra caramel, they do not give it to me! & if they do, it's on the outside of the cup. Not on the inside where I can actually drink it lmao. The is the worst run McDonald's franchise I've ever seen. They consistently refuse to accept coupons from the McDonald's App. Their prices are consistently higher than other MCD in same area. The girl at the first window waves me off when I ask her a question like, "not now, shut up" and continues her giggly conversation. I came to McDonald's with my family after being at the Stanislaus County Fair and we were treated VERY POORLY while ordering and when we got our food. The guy that took our order was rushing us and interrupting my fiancé as she was trying to order. We decided to brush it off thinking because they had a long line of cars in drive thru but as soon as we got to the window to get our food the worker was very rude as he was giving us our food and drinks. We asked him nicely if we could have BBQ he rolled his eyes. Another thing, we asked him if the condiments were in the bag like he told us from the start and he kept saying yes until we checked our bags and we were missing some. When we asked him nicely again he shoved our drinks to us and slammed the sliding window on us. This worker was wearing glasses with a high pitch voice. This restaurant, McDonald's, on Geer Road in Turlock always gets the order incorrect, always screws me on my order and then when you try to get it corrected, they either hang up on you or tell you to leave the store. I have called corporate and they are not helpful so I have decided that when I place an order for 20 nuggets and only receive 10; get two fillet a fish instead of my french fries or order french fries and not receive any, I have had it.
