I was so disappointed in this place today after 25 years of visiting here my family members working here while finishing college today I was disappointed to bad. I placed a order and called ahead of time waiting in the drivethru so a worker would not have to walk outside in the night the manager told me "oh your order expires at 12am " I told her I called then I got attitude and shut window down thank you to the manger you know who you are !!! Oh and due to COVID and myself being blessed I always tip all workers behind the window cooking to keep business around my house keep going. The manager lost a 20$ dollar tip which might help people, but Carl's Jr. guys got it and they made up for the bs from McDonald's. One of the worst mcdonald's i have been to. First they forget my sauce i drive back to get my sweet and sour sauce for my mcnuggets not one apology. Secondly the cookies i got were old and dry like rocks i choked on it and my tooth almost chipped and i asked for a refund and explained the situation and Romona told me that they cannot refund the cookies if there not there, excuse me am i gonna dig cookies out of the trash can for you to refund. The amount of attitude she was giving me was on a new level and plus they made me wait 10 mins before someone even helped me inside. They take so long i wait in line over 30 minutes just to pick up food and then they will send me through the drive through multiple time because food isn't ready. This McDonald's just happens to be the closest one to my house. Anyway went to order on app the app was glitchy not letting me use my promo coupon so I had to do the drive thru with scan option. Ordered went to window the register guy said ya we've had issues with this promotion it doesn't want to scan. So I can give you the nuggets 10.00 and the medium fries 2 for 4.00 promotion it's cheeper. Well it's not really cheeper I'm down sizing the fries for 1.00 less. Why can't you just price override on the promotion? Made no sense and to top it off the manager was standing right there and offered no help, support or options. I am usually happy with this location, but today, waited for 10 minutes, and I am ok with that, cause stuff happens. But, they gave me a Sausage McMuffin instead of my Bacon McGriddle. When I called they said I had to come in today to get a replacement and since I was already on way out of town, I could not. Stop by after work today and pick one up they said...... I was not coming back that way today, I asked if I could get it tomorrow morning, and was told it had to be today and she was rude about it. At first I thought it was pretty clean until I saw the tables at the kids section. They had ketchup splattered all over there was food on the floor, it was really dirty.The tables were so dirty that I had to clean them myself. And once an employee saw me cleaning the table she walked over and told me that I shouldn't be using the alcohol wipes.
