Popped through here off the Hi-Way to grab the kiddos Happy Meals while on our journey up the Pacific Coast. Food came as ordered and there were no concerns. Out of the two McDonald's in town, this one is the quickest & cleanest (but also the less popular, seemingly, since a lot of those without homes stay near the other one). I'm traveling from out of town, and I was able to stay in my car here for WiFi & to catch some rest without any complaints or being bothered at all. The staff is super friendly, especially the morning manager, and the coffee I got this morning was honestly the best I've ever had from a McDonald's. Normally, they skimp a bit on the cream & sugar (because I'm like a child & love my coffee with a lot of both.. lol) and I've just grown accustomed to that, so I don't expect much, but the lady here gave me exactly what I asked for, and I'm so thankful I decided to stop at this location for this visit. read more

got a big mac there yesterday mainly because they are having a special on them, I guess trying to re-kindle interest. well, never again. The 2 burger patties were cold and dried out like they were leftover from the day before. Each one was less than 1/4 inch thick, about the same size as the McDouble. Only thing different from the McDouble was the extra piece of bread between the patties, and the couple handfuls of shredded lettuce and onions and some slapped-on bit of mayo instead of ketchup mustard and pickles. So, me and my husband went out craving some yummy, we went to Mc Donalds in Ukiah CA for a Caramel frappe and something sweet. I processed to order and asked for the fifth time that came by for strawberry cream pies and the answer is the always the same "yes but you have to wait 15 MINUTES!!!" Seriously? No way how come they never have their products ready for the costumers when this restaurants are recognized by "fast and ready" food service! So, then when I had to pay for my caramel frappe, I asked by the window if the pies were frozen and if the were, I wanted it like that anyways please, so the young man said ok perfect so he charges me the pies and I was happy by then, when he turned his head to the woman on the back to order my frozen pies she said NOOO that she can't sell the pies frozen ever, but the absurd fact to make this more bizarre is that the kid told her that he didn't know but he saw the same woman selling frozen burritos to someone else so that is why he thought he can do it too!!! I am new to the area and have been to this McDonalds before and gotten friendly service. Nice employees. This time I walked up to the counter to order my fillet o fish meal and the counter person walked me over to the kiosk to enter my own order. I refuse to go to the McDonalds in south Ukiah because they did this to me there and I walked out. At least this tie when I walked out I was just across the street from IN n OUT and a smiling person behind the counter to take my order. When I can, I typically go to the other McDonald's in town. There's nothing really wrong with this one, it just seems a little more... sketchy. Though they did recently remodel, so that helps a bit. I tried visiting here for lunch recently but there was nowhere to sit! I would guess they have maybe 5 or 6 tables. I literally drove to the other McDonalds just for the seating. WOW, I didn't know courteous and McDonalds went together but in regards to this McDonalds it does. Going through the drive-thru to get coffee and tea for the morning we were greeted with a pleasant personality and employees that were accommodating offering to put the sugar and cream in the coffee and asking if we wanted them to put the tea bag in the cup or if we wanted them to do it.
