Place has very cute vibes; great as a vibrant hangout that doesn't get too loud. Three pigs pizza-5/5 Thin crust pizza with a very nicely chewy and flavorful crust. Touch of arugula was nice to contrast the heartier flavors of the meats. Brussel sprouts -4/5 Only weak link in our spread. Underseasoned (needed more salt and some zest), but fresh veg and with a nice char. Loaded potato wedges -5/5 I needed these boys on my local menu yesterday! These beastly boys are humongous Spears of the softest potato with a delightfully crunchy batter and plenty of fixings to dress it up good. Honey mustard? Something. Spicy chicken slider - 5/5 Lightly spicy, but mostly sweet. Very well composed as a sandwich with just enough of everything for a tight bite. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and as we walked in, someone on their way out said something along the lines of "You came to the right place." He was right. The beef burger and sweet potato fries were really outstanding. My wife liked her pasta bolognese (I tried it and it seemed a little bland to me, but she liked it.) Our server was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful decor on the inside (and ceiling). If you're craving an epic burger, this place is worth a stop. read more

Great menu although pricey, cool atmosphere, excellent service from Shannon, disappointed with the food however. We were stopping through headed back downstate from a trip up north and thought we had been here before. We were excited to try some food items to share. We stopped in mid day on a Sunday, they wern't too busy and were seated right away. Shannon reviewed draft beer options and brought a few to taste. We decided on the Henhouse IPA, which was pretty tasty. Our food orders were in quickly: half and half margarita and fungi forage pizza, bison burger (medium well) with sweet potato fries. It didn't seem like the food took long to come out so were surprised the burger and fries were barely warm. Since we were splitting the burger and pizza, by the time I realized how undercooked the burger was my guy had eaten most of his. The burger came out more medium rare to medium then medium well. We both immediately noticed how dry, thin and overcooked the margarita pizza was. The fungi forage pizza was pretty good so we focused on that while we waited to tell Shannon how sad we were with the way the food was cooked. As Shannon listened she apologized and as we requested brought us extra sauce for our pizza. Since we already ate half the burger didn't expect a new one but did ask for fresh fries. Shannon brought the sauce and new fries out right away, and said she talked the cook, and would discount our meal which we don't usually expect but this time appreciated that. Shannon continued to check in and handled the situation perfectly, with a positive attitude and didn't make it awkward, which you don't always come by with food complaints. Although she handled it, we were a little surprised that a supervisor or manager didn't stop by to speak with us though am pretty sure we saw the guy pass by multiple times. All in all this place seems great on the surface, and Shannon went above expectations to make things right, but due to the general food quality we probably wouldn't come back. read more

They were offering a September featured local wine flight ($16), with the option to add a matching food flight ($16). Intrigued, I couldn't resist ordering both. Exceeded all expectations. Great food and great service! I was surprised by how tasty the mac and cheese is. A sure adult and kid favorite! I was shocked to experience (yes, experience) such elevated desserts. By way of the apple dessert was a white chocolate shell that looks like a green apple and it's filled with a crème and apple filling atop a toasted shell. You have to crack the shell of the faux apple to eat the dessert. This was completely unexpected from a brewery, but a pleasant surprise. I was impressed with the restaurant when I walked in, it felt spacious with a lot of warm colors. We were immediately seated, and we ordered a Pizza and fish tacos. I was surprised that the pizza came out before the fish tacos. We had finished most of the pizza when I finally flagged our server down to ask her about the Fish Tacos. She acted surprised that we hadn't received them and then disappeared. I made a comment about how it is a good thing we were sharing, one of us would be done with the meal with the other still waiting to get theirs. A different server brought the fish tacos over to the table and apologized, while saying that the kitchen was backed up. I thought the food was mediocre. I wouldn't order the fish tacos again and although the pizza was OK, I thought it lacked flavor. read more

This place was highly recommended by locals. It is situated in the middle of downtown ukiah. Plenty of street parking around. Super friendly people working here. Got seated right away. Atmosphere is cozy and very fitting for a brewing company. Ha I unfortunately don't handle beer well. Started off with a glass of brut and followed by a Pinot. Wines were great. I had a side Caesar salad. It was over dressed. They took it off my tab. I had the steak and fries. I ordered the steak to be medium. With a side of sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries were beautiful. Perfect crisp and flavor. The steak is more medium rare. I actually love it. I think there is horseradish in the sauce. It works so well together. Been here many times and the standout for me are the desserts. The chocolate peanut butter pyramid is bar none one of the best desserts I have had anywhere in the world, which says a lot. Peanut butter mousse that isn't overly sweet, with a nice base and chocolate on top. If you like reese peanut butter cups this is the next level. Burgers and pizza are solid. Lots of beer and drink options. Overall seems to be one of the better places to grab food and drinks in Ukiah and I go back for dessert whenever I am passing through town. read more

So the bison burger was my next choice. It was fine. We also had the caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes. The tomatoes were a little tough. A band was setting up and would start at 7:00. I went to this restaurant with friends last night. The waitress was very friendly as well as the other staff members. They were a little slow getting the silverware to the table after the food arrived, but we were waiting for other people's food so that wasn't a big deal The big deal was what I chose was a waste of money. It looked like they put scraps on my salad to create a Cobb salad. It's one of my favorite choices when I go to a restaurant. Corn, black beans, I guess it was a Mexican version or everything left from the back of the house. You probably wonder why didn't I complain? I'm with the group of friends. I'm not gonna embarrass them with my opinion. Where were the cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese very confusing! You should've called it a Mexican Cobb salad would've made more sense. We stopped in for a drink and dessert and were reminded of how amazing the staff was. This is one of the few breweries that are welcoming to such a diverse customer basis. The staff are dedicated to making this environment welcoming from checking in with their guests and getting a table clean as soon as it's available so you don't have to wait in line. On this particular Thursday we had the added benefit of live music performed by Wolf Tree. This made our drinks and out-of-this-world desserts even more enjoyable. If in the area this is a must-visit location not for the drinks or food but just a welcoming staff. I would even dare to say if you are outside of Ukiah it's worth the travel to stop at least once in a lifetime. read more

Stopped in from out of town and had the bison burger along with the macaroni and cheese and I got to say both were a phenomenal!! The service was amazing. The scenery was dope & this place overall has a great vibe. I'm more of a whiskey drinker so I didn't try any other IPAs or beer on tap, but I'm sure it's good based on how good everything else was. My partner ordered the falafel sliders, and I ordered the bison burger which was very good and cooked to perfection. We ordered the fried pickles and they were battered and seasoned perfectly. We stopped here for lunch on my husband's 50th birthday ago and it was the best meal of our road trip/ getaway weekend. Our server was great- efficent and personable. My husband loved the steak sandwich fulfilling his "steak on my birthday" ritual. I enjoyed my pesto chicken sourdough pizza and the kiddo liked her BLT. To top it all off we got a delicious (and free!) birthday desert that we all enjoyed. Hopefully we can get up through Mendocino again soon and we will definitely stop here again. read more

Everything was excellent. Our service was not only fabulous, but our server was lovey too. The entire meal from start to finish was elevated pub food. To the left of the front door was a fun filled pastry case with dessert worthy of a CIA graduate. My husband's Cuban was made with gorgeous sliced pork and crispy bacon. My falafel sliders were served on fluffy brioche, with pickled onions. The star were the fries, both the sweet and russets were crispy and unique. Even the to go container was a cut above. I was on a work trip and decided to eat at this restaurant. I came into the restaurant and was helped immediately. I was seated immediately and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the bison burger which came with bacon jam, tomato, lettuce, pickle, onion, white cheddar sauce, budha sauce wrapped in lettuce with sweet potato fries. The burger was phenomenal and the sweet potato fries were delicious too. The ambience is customer service friendly and plenty of parking. This place was a lot larger than I thought it was going to be from outside looking in and I was a little nervous due to location and in the 2nd floor window is a big Trump sign... but walking in seemed a complete contrast looking at patrons and staff so I'm not really sure what to make of this atmosphere. Food was decent, especially for a brew house and bar food. It was pretty superb in that context. We did have a pesky fly trying to dance with our food for the whole meal which was being annoying but other than that things were smooth enough. Friendly and fast service. Food and drinks. We recently found ourselves in the area on a Saturday and popped in for lunch. The space itself has some charm and was really unexpected. We sat outside along the street because it was a nice day. I ordered the BLT and my friend the fried chicken sandwich. Both were really good and substantial in serving size. The fried chicken sandwich was massive and while it looked very messy to eat my friend said it was excellent. The servers were lovely and very sweet. They had forgotten about us initially, which happens, but they went above and beyond apologizing throughout our meal which we appreciated. I ordered the week's drink special Lemongrass Kisses - it was refreshing, light and just a little tart - perfect!! We saved room for desert so no appy tonight. Hubby ordered the Three Pigs pizza on sourdough with a side of marinara. He subbed green onion for the arugula - excellent choice! The pizza came hot and DELISH! Thin crust, our favorite. Loaded with pepperonis, bacon and sausage, a crowd pleaser. I had the pesto pasta and added shrimp, perfectly prepared. We devoured our meals and taking desert to the hotel. Was not expecting much for food in this little town. I was here kind of randomly for work and was looking for a place to watch the Thursday night football game. They didn't have the game because it was on Amazon but I was able to sit at the bar and watch on my phone. They had a live band that was really good and the sound was good too (not too loud so you could still tal). The seasonal salad was one of the better salads I've had in recent memory. Everything was super fresh, big portion, perfect ingredient ratios, and not overly dressed. I got the beer battered local rock cod on the side and it was excellent as well. Really fresh, good fish prepared perfectly and a really tasty tartar with dill instead of pickle relish. I had their house made Pilsner which was really tasty. I also noticed they had a wide selection of uncommon spirits. If I was spending the night in town I would have tried some for sure. The service was also very good. Lovely stop in Ukiah! Pleasant outdoor seating (recommend sitting on the sidewalk on the north side of the building for shade). They have mobile ordering through Toast, which was super convenient. Boyfriend and I wanted multiple substitutions, and the waitresses were nice enough to handle it. I had the Caesar Salad with fried chicken, which was excellent. BF had the Chicken Sandwich with Grilled chicken. He said he didn't really like it. The sweet potato fries were good though! Nice and crispy and I love the waffle shape. UBC is a favorite of ours. The food is consistently well-prepared and delicious, and I appreciate how easy it is to find good gluten-free options on the menu. All of the servers are great, especially Bryce, who seems to have a keen sense of awareness and aptitude, leading to an exceptional dining experience.
