My friend that brought me here comes here often and one reason is the pleasant staff. The place was very clean, both inside and out. Someone was always wiping tables. I like that you can get the onions cooked here. I also liked the sauce they put on the burger. There was a decent slice of tomato too. The fries were just okay. The shake was smooth and not too much chocolate. The menu here is small...burgers, fries drinks (self serve) and shakes. Great half way point when heading out for camping up north from the Bay Area. It is about 2 hours out from the East Bay. Service was nice, surprisingly not too crowded even on the holiday Labor Day weekend. We stopped at the Ukiah Costco to gas up while in town and pickup supplies at the local Walmart. A typical stop on any road trip.. This is the only location for mailes, especially when traveling north to south. We actually saw a bunch of cars that we had previously seen on the freeway and passed, stop here also for a quick bite. We got out and stretched our legs. I ordered inside. Service was quick and efficient. I appreciated the staff member repeating my order back to me to make sure the order was correct. Line was short. Wait for food was about 8-10 minutes. Not bad by typical In-n-out standards. We got the #1 - double double combo and then an extra hamburger and a animal style fries. Got out of there for just a bit over twenty bucks. The double double combo is now $10.99, which was a bit surprising to me at first. I don't think any of the combos used to all be less than ten bucks. But inflation.... The regular fries are $2 and a regular hamburger is $2.50. Food here is consistent with all In-N-Outs. The building is new so it's in good shape and still pretty clean. Good location and ample room for the drive though line. For fast food and quality the food is very well priced. Only downfall is the speed is much slower than other In-N-Outs and the employees are not very friendly and a few are downright rude. I'd still recommend over any other fast food in town. If you haven't tried a grilled cheese I urge you to do so, very good. read more
