The drive thru has two lanes. I waited in my lane while no one took my order. There were fives orders taken from the other lane and still NOTHING for me. I drove around the McDonald's to get in the lane where they were taking orders. When I got to the window I explained what happened and was told the camera for that lane is broken so the staff doesn't know if a car is there. Well, there are common sense options....1. Fix the camera. 2. Say may I take your order in case there is a car waiting. 3. Put a cone there to close that lane. Next, my order was wrong when she read it back to me. Then, I drove forward to pick up my order which was also wrong. The young lady seemed to have an attitude, but they were wrong. Good help is hard to find. If I could give this 0 stars I would! Starting this off to say this is NOT my dashers fault. I am writing this due to me ordering from the app for Mcdelivery. l am an employee at a different McDonalds so I know when you are bagging any type of delivery order all drinks and any food items belong INSIDE of the bag for safety reasons. When my order was delivered the bag was heavy, assuming everything was in it, but upon opening the bag there was no smores McFlurry in the bag in the drink holder where its supposed to go. I can understand that not all McDonalds have the smores McFlurry yet but whats completely unacceptable is the fact they completely didnt substitute it for anything at all by asking the dasher to call the customer in which they are supposed to do. I also ordered a big breakfast and a frappe from this location this morning and they completely shoved my big breakfast plate in SIDEWAYS causing all the food to be mushed together, anyone with common sense would put this laid FLAT so this does not happen. This same location has always just been rude to customers, nobody up front to talk to and always messes up my orders or forgets things 99 percent of the time. DISGUSTING! The first issue when I got to area to place my order, I saw three other cars on the other side orders were taken before mine and I was there first and that made me angry. I went to pay for my stuff, and I told he lady and she said sarcastically "I'm sorry". I don't go to McDonald's often but when I do, this is the most convenient. I wanted a simple fish sandwich. I went to the drive thru to grab one real quick & was happy there was no long line. I reach the intercom and got no greeting for about 5 minutes. I then say "hello?" and a young girl says "We're not taking orders". I drive out immediately frustrated and notice 2 cars waiting at the window for their orders. What really ticked me off was apparently this girl was just going to leave me in limbo...waiting at the intercom with no acknowledgment. Okay so I was actually going to start an entire website for this McDonald's because I have been coming here for the better part of the last 15 years. Rather then waste cycles on starting a website I'll just keep a log here on Yelp. I normally only do breakfast here as it's on the way to work. They screw up the order almost every time, I would give them a 89% change of messing up any given order. The two girls they have working the drive through in the morning need to be fired, they spend more time chatting with each other then taking orders. So here's today's trip. Pull up to the ordering screes, crickets for about a minute. I say "hello?" I get back "hey" and then nothing. I said "Hello" again I get back "Hey" and nothing else. Finally I said are you rady to take my order and she said "Uh huh". Okay so ordered: Sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with a bottle of water. Also a bacon egg and cheese Mc'Griddle with a hash brown. What I got: Biscuit with cheese and egg (yup forgot the sausage). Hash Brown were completely over cooked to the point of being chewy. Same thing with the Mc'Griddle, no bacon on the bacon egg and cheese Mc'Griddle. This place need to be bulldozed and a forest planted in its place, then the forest needs to be burned down so that people remember the forest fire and not the McDonald's. read more

It's a McDonald's. What can I say? No better or worse than any other McDonald's. They have a playground. I generally prefer to go a little farther down 301 to the Wendy's. When I have gone here, I've noticed that parking, walking in, and waiting in line is faster than the Drive-Thru, plus it saves gas. They also have parking spots that are reserved for Drive-Thru customers. What's up with that? read more

I always give a business more than one chance, but this location has me never wanting to return. One thing that will turn me away from a business is when i get my food or drink and i smell perfume or cologne on the cup or wrapper. My tea lid smelled of perfume or body oil. First I pull up to the speaker to order my salad and they tell me they only have crispy chicken so I could not get grilled then tell methey only have two dressings availble and I told them never mind I'll use what I have at home. Giving 2 stars because the food is always hot. Sometimes fries and sweet tea don't taste as fresh as they should. Expect long drive through lines during lunch and staff that are eager to move on to the next customer. The pumps for the sauces are always empty on the inside but service is what's to be expected of fast food restaurants when there's not much for competition around. read more

It's a 24 hour location.. it's only useful purpose is to serve food after the Wendy's down the street is closed for the night. Typical service speeds and service. The drive thru spaces are there for the times they need to come out to your cat, if they can't serve you fast enough in the drive thru. Oh yeah... MCD's is the only fast food location with a real value menu.. so only for that reason, would I recommend this over the nearby Wendy's. read more
