Service is always friendly, sometimes it's even fast. But they ALWAYS mess up my order. Today's debacle was me ordering a 30 count chicken nugget and when I get home I open it up and discovered they give me grilled nuggets instead of regular ones. Nobody asked if I wanted grilled, they just made the assumption. When I returned I said, "Hi, my orders incorrect --I wanted regular chicken nuggets." The customer service worker in the vest didn't say a word to me, just took my bag, spoke to the manager, made me wait 10 minutes, and then brought me back a new bag. I got no apology, and they didn't even offer a soda or anything as a courtesy. This place sucks and the managers obviously don't care about customer satisfaction. I waited 35 minutes because I made the mistake of going inside this place, which is about my entire lunch break! First, the inside was not clean, and the side where they keep all the napkins and straws was almost empty. People waited while two managers stood behind the counter running amok, and six employees tended the drive-thru. I watched as the long line at the drive-thru cleared out, while those of us inside were cramped, waiting for food. When they finally got to me, the manager with the finger-wave hairstyle looked at me like I was crazy. I told her it was ridiculous to have folks waiting on food that long and to take my order. She looked at me and said, "Well, it's only me working, so...." I told her it was poor management and that they needed to split duties. It went from two managers at the cash register to one at the register and the other working the overflow of DoorDash orders. Somehow, the drive-thru won, but they always seem to get the orders wrong, too! I will never go to this place again. I knew better! Last time, I had the wrong order and no flavoring in the soda. When I came out there were 4 ladies waiting on orders(same 4 when I entered) . I went to get in line to order my food(waited 5 mins and no one was ahead of me) then a young lady come out "Christina" and say "we are closed in the inside and not taking any more orders so you need to leave and go through the drive thru. I have mold in my sandwich bread! This is unexceptionable! My son ate his by the time I realized it and when i got to check the other 3 sandwiches they were nasty and moldy. Welp, I've found it: The location that could make you dislike Chik-Fil-A. I'm guessing it's a PG county thang. And I suspect the local expectations are so low that they'll tolerate the bad service. The drive-thru lane(s) seemed normal in length but didn't operate as quick as you'd expect for this brand. Matter of fact, they operate slower than you can image. And of course, a fight almost broke out next to me as the lone server took the order from three cars that were "technically" after them. My order was correct but seemed to have been sitting out waiting on me to arrive. The bun was stale and crumbly. The fries seemed to lack salt (a problem I've NEVER experienced at C-F-A. This location is right off of 495 in Largo. They are doing an excellent job with enforcing COVID restrictions and social distancing. The drive thru has been modified to provide a tent for two lanes of cars. There is also the ability to utilize curb-side pickup with various reserved parking spaces. The food is delicious and the customer service is superb per usual. Overall great location. read more

Oh hey hey hey! This place stays packed! I mean packed! Like sardines packed! But, the customer service is so amazing!!!! You'd think they were having a grand opening! La Keisha was our cashier and she was polite and super sweet. I asked for honey roasted bbq and when I asked to change to the packets she did it without any question. My voice is so low that I always feel bad when I have to change things at a restaurant but she was nice! I don't have to rate the food... Chick-Fil-A is always on point with their consistency and product. Kudos to them! I would like to shout out the nice manager who was bringing out the food to people. We left out forgetting our drink. When my son came in to get it someone had taken it. The sweet girl gave my kid a brand new one. He came back and said, "Mom the nice lady said she didn't see our drink but she gave me another one. If I could give no stars I would. This location has the worse cashiers, cumbersome parking lot/drive thru line and they simply do not do refunds. I placed a mobile order this morning and when I got to the window i realized i placed a double order for one of my items. I asked to have it removed as it was mistake on my end and I was met with nothing but reprimands.. "well you placed the order.." "we didn't place it". I was then told I could receive a gift card for a biscuit or come back another day to get the biscuit. Like huh? That doesn't even make sense what type of establishment doesn't simply refund or put the balance on a gift card..i didn't even order a biscuit it wouldn't have been of equal value as i added bacon, etc. Anyway, avoid this location at all costs. Do NOT go to this location! It is very bad! For some reason, after not going to this location in 1 year, I decided to visit. After excercising at a nearby track at PG Community College, I decided to get a bag of ice from Chick-fil-A in Largo. This area has been rapidly changing in the last 2 years, with the destruction of the old mini mall here and hasty building of the new hospital. In addition, other nearby restaurants in this location (TGI Fridays, etc.) have also declined in service. Nonetheless, I went today, due to how close it was. This was a terrible mistake! When I arrived, I saw there were at least 50 cars in line (bad sign, already), so I decided to go inside for service. When I went inside, I was able to order my food at the counter with a young lady who seemed anxious to get off work (another bad sign). She gestured me to wait in the side area. Fine. I waited, and 5 minutes passed by. I saw about 10 other people waiting near me get their food. They all looked like they were frustrated (of course, another bad sign). In addition, I saw each patron check their bag for missing items (common sign of poor service) before they left. Another 5 minutes passed. Then I saw a boy get a milkshake delivered to him BEFORE me! This is when my patience started running out. It was at the 15 minute mark. Another man next to me saw I was waiting for ice and teasingly remarked how it was always a long wait -- even for ice. This was my tipping point! At the 18 minute mark, I flagged down a staff member and asked them for the bag of ice. They looked confused. I showed them my reciept and they went in the back, saying they would get it. They emerged with another co-worker, telling jokes to each other. After 1 more minute, she went in the back and got the ice, begrudingly telling me to "have a nice day, my pleasure". I was SO angry inside. You could have cooked pancakes on my forehead -- that's how angry I was. I went outside and almost screamed at the air. Next, I ran to my car, as to not let myself lose control and get irate. As a fellow business owner, I am appalled by the lack of service. Mr. Singletary, you have a problem with your systems and the people you hired. I won't return to this Chick-fil-a and I will tell all my friends in Bowie to avoid it! If I invest in the stock, I would sell my stock in Chick-fil-a today. I've visited this location on a few occasions when I've had work in PG County. Like any other CFA, the sandwiches are great, the waffle fries are yummy, and occasionally, when healthy, the salads are good. And of course, the service is excellent. The most memorable time at this CFA was in summer 2016. While I was waiting in line, one of the cashiers sang happy birthday to a customer. His voice was amazing. When I came up to him (As I recall, his name was Wesley [since I worked with a Wesley, it resonated with me.]), I told him we were looking for more people for our a cappella group. I gave him my business card. I went back to this CFA like 6 days later, but Wesley wasn't there. Then, I called, and the manager said that he didn't show up for work the last couple of days. I frequent this location often and like every Chic-Fil-A, the service is always superb. I just wanted to acknowledge an above and beyond customer service moment that occurred today. I recently ordered curbside pickup from here and realized when I got home that my order was incorrect. I went back to have this rectified and the manager replaced my order without needing the food back or too much of an explanation.
