My mother lives at the care center across the street and was craving a cheeseburger, fries and diet coke. I ran over to this location and went thru the drive-thru. The food was sub-par. Fries were overcooked, cold, and tasteless. The cheeseburger was also cold, bun was hard, overall tasteless. We don't eat at McDonalds very often, really only when the kid wants to play at a McDonalds that has an inside playground. But we were going to be on the road for a long time over lunch time so we decided to carb up for the trip. This review is not so much about this particular restaurant since they are all basically the same, as is the food. The kid had a Happy Meal and I had a quarter pounder. It was, as my mother in law likes to say, food. "It's just food." I am sure they do the best they can, but at the end of the day I feel guilty after I eat at McDonalds. My quarter pounder was not seasoned and lacked any real flavor. Th kid ate half her burger and would not have touched it had we not bought fresh pickles at the grocery store before going to McDonalds. Service was helpful when the ordering stations did not operate correctly. My real purpose of this review is to ask: what in the world happened to McDonalds? When I was growing up, McDonalds was synonymous with family, fun, and people. Now, this McDonalds, and not only this one, are sterile. This one was just a concrete block. Nothing on the walls. No place to get straws, napkins, or ketchup. No Ronald. Nothing for kids to relate to or to make a family feel like they are having fun. You order at a machine and a person brings your food to you. Minimal interaction with actual people. It used to be "Hello, welcome to McDonalds, how can I help you?" I understand that this new business model may be more "efficient" but I wonder at what cost. I placed a mobile order and drove 10 minutes to the McDonald's. It then took another 20 minutes to complete my order of a 20 piece chicken McNuggets and a happy meal. This restaurant has the slowest service I have ever seen. I told them I waited 30 minutes and they didn't believe me so I showed them the online receipt. Very poorly run restaurant. I decided to get something else and used the kiosk. No paper in the kiosk machine so no order number or receipt. read more

It's a bummer to see so many complaints because this was the best Mc'y D's out of probably a hundred in my lifetime I've ever had. Even delivered! because we all know how that can go downhill fast. I got my food quick and the quality control here was excellent. All of our food looked like those tantalizing commercials. It was hot and made well even with a few special requests perfectly executed. Whatever staff was working on that day, you should set up a company wide zoom call to show the rest of the McDonald's how it's done. I had one of the worst big Macs I've ever had in 40 years. When did they change their buns? They are absolutely gross and don't taste good. the texture is atrocious. Online it states they are open until midnight but i arrived at 9:20 to be greeted with an empty parking lot followed by cones in the driveway and an empty business. I highly recommend updating this in the future before you lose a long term customer. read more

I came by here for a quick order on the way home - 3 fish sandwiches and a large fry. The quick order and payment was the only thing that went right. I was informed that I'd have to pull around because the sandwiches would be a few minutes. No problem. I'm patient. 5 minutes go by. In that time I see a couple of orders come out for people that were there before me. 10 minutes go by. In that time I see a couple of orders come out for people that were there after me. Hey, maybe they ordered stuff that was faster to prep. 15 minutes go by. In that time I see a couple of people that walked in and got their orders long after I had been waiting. At the 20 minute mark I finally walked in. I was informed that there were THREE employees that came out and couldn't find me. That's an outright lie. I parked and didn't move, for one. I also didn't see a single employee come out and not deliver orders to waiting customers. The staff was far from courteous as I asked about my order that had been forgotten. One thing that I was particularly insulted by was the person at the register allowed one of their friends to interrupt my inquiry as they asked for a large cup. They didn't pay for the soda that they filled the cup with. Meanwhile I'm standing there overhearing loud personal conversations from several of the employees while waiting for my forgotten order. This was one of the quieter conversations I overheard. Overall I spent nearly thirty minutes waiting for three fish sandwiches and a large fry. When I finally got the order I paid nearly half an hour prior, you know what I didn't get? Any kind of apology whatsoever for the absurd delay. This experience was completely unacceptable in nearly every way. You remember how I talked about the drive thru experience that I mentioned a long time ago? This location is in the best McDonald's out there, however it is close to my work. I came in to try the new spicy chicken nuggets. They were quite tasty although a little dry. I also tried the new mighty hot sauce which I believe is great. The nuggets do you have a spice to them but adding the sauce really kicks it up a notch. I would recommend getting the hot sauce. When you order French fries make sure to ask for them well done otherwise they are Soggy and cold. read more

She clearly treats the white employees very differently she is very patient with them but very rude to brown skins. Maybe you should send your managers to ethics training and learn how to treat people of color equally. Your managers are a strong representation of your company. This is the worst McDonalds! Your food is hardly ever ready in the drive through so you have to pull up, park and wait. AND THEY NEVER FILL UP THE FRIES!! (See pic). I've even mentioned this to 2 Managers and showed them pics of the half full fries when I got home.
