Did McDonald's change their serving size of fries? I ordered a small fries from the drive-through and I received 20 fries. Yep, I counted. I couldn't take a picture bc I was driving but below is a picture of the bag. It looks like a child's portion. I'm continually displeased with the customer service here and the quality of the food. It tastes like its been sitting forever. Not only that 99% of the time my order is wrong. Its right next to my work so its convenient but I am tired of getting to work and having to make a phone call because yet again the order is incorrect or I'm missing half of it. Tried again...A Wendy's was opened last year in front of Osprey Walmart & I pass another Wendy's & Burger King to get to this location while a block away is also an Arby's and Taco Bell so there are options if you want to go elsewhere. I went in to place a simple order at the kiosk as it allowed me to copy it from a previous order so it was quick. No receipt printed though, to pay at the counter. At the time I was placing my order there was a family of 4 placing an order at another kiosk and 1 person ordering at the register in front of me. The cashier had an issue and called over a manager to finish that transaction. The manager walked over finished the transaction and walked back to the grill area with no acknowledgment to me standing in line with a baby. I waited about 4 minutes before someone finally came back and I gave them the number from memory to pay for it. Some acknowledgement would help like only 3 orders were being placed inside and everyone seemed to be focused on drive through. When I pulled up there was only 2 cars in drive through and I get that can change quickly especially with the two lanes. A simple I'll be right with you helps. read more

Rated 1 star because there was nothing lower. Stopped in today at 11:15am...had a taste for a Big Mac which I haven't had in over 10 years. Thought this would be the perfect time to get a fresh off the grill Big Mac. Boy was I mistaken. I ordered my Big Mac along with a large Diet Coke and the bill came to $6.49. I thought...wow that seems quit high since the Coke was a little over a dollar. My order was called out within 2 minutes of placing. Now is when my disappointment really kicks in. Two very small, room temperature, dry beef patties with cold cheese on top of a sesame seed bun. All I could taste was bread, cold cheese, special sauce, pickle on a sesame seed bun. My craving for a Big Mac was shattered...never again....not in another 10 years. read more

A good visit I was drawn to the golden arches for breakfast and stopped in. One couple ahead of me, struggling to decide. When it was my turn, I knew exactly what I wanted, Hotcakes & Sausage, with 2 syrups. That is my usual breakfast order when I visit a McDonald's. Ready in just a couple of minutes, it looked and tasted exactly as I expected. The pancakes were not rubbery and were good syrup sponges, the sausage patty a greasy and flavorful treat. I like McDonald's food and I like the consistency between restaurants. The place was relatively clean, some trash on the floor was spotted and picked up by a McDonald's member just a few minutes after I spotted it. They misheard a coffee order from another customer and gave him the wrong drink. When the customer came back to the counter to complain, McDonald's quickly apologized a few times and redid the coffee. I thought that was good customer service, not messing up part but not trying to defend themselves but to go right to the solution. All in all, it was a good visit for some good food. read more

Hey it was 9:45 PM on January 11, 2022. Their drive through only had one other vehicle in line. Customer service was AWESOME (Sidal was my server) and the food (double cheeseburger meal) was prepared fast. It tasted fine. This is definitely a fast food place I would grab a meal at again, in the future. Management - pat this team on the back, they were on top of their game. read more

The worst customer service I have ever seen! We went through the drive thru & the lady was extremely rude to us. Kept telling us to slow down or hang on while we were ordering. She was clearly being a bitch. The lady in front of us was yelling at the staff because her fries were cold. Instead of being nice about it, the worker at the window decided to scream back at the lady & slam the window in her face. Once we got to the window, she didn't say a single word. Threw the food in our faces & slammed the window. We stood in the line for a few seconds just to check to see if they had everything & she opened the window & said "are you guys gonna leave or what?" Absolutely terrible service & a terrible worker. If I could go back I would punch whoever that was in the face next time. Worst McDonald's this planet has ever seen. One night I came at 1 AM, they were supposed to be 24 hours, and I drove around the building three times before giving up. No one except dirty mops in the window to greet. Tonight, two customers that arrived AFTER me were handled at the closer drive through box before someone finally responded to me at the further out window, in an agitated voice to top it off. When I finally pulled up a grand total of 3 inches to pay, I stopped at a huge line of people just waiting, agitated. Not a fan of this location! I tried to add a simple cheeseburger to my order at the window but was told I could not do so that I would hv to go back around thru the line!? It's a cheeseburger you hv them already made. That's not the worst part! I was handed a happy meal box that seriously looked like it had come out of the trash can or out of the floor! It was all ripped up and crumpled looked used so I ask for the manager to ask why I would be given such a thing. I ask that the open fries be replaced n the rest of the meal in a new clean box. She put it all in a new box but didn't do what I ask about the fries. Her attitude was not the best and acted like I was asking for to much to ask. Won't return. Terrible customer service, I was missing a coffe on my order of 5 meals. I showed them my receipt and I was not mad in fact I had told her to have a nice day. The lady then grabbed my receipt then just let go of my receipt to fall on the floor and gave me a coffe agitated and without saying anything. On top of that with no creamer or sugar even when I had told her. I told her to have a nice day again,which she again did not respond to, then realized she had not put any sugar or creamer. I try to ask her for some but she walks away so I have to wait for another person to come to the window. I think it was the manager and I just ask her for the creamer/sugar and she handed it to me. Normally when I come here it's fine. But tonight was terrible. No one else in line and the drive thru girl tells me to hold (rudely). Then after a decent amount of time waiting she asks for my order. I tell her all I want is a small vanilla milkshake, very easy to do. She says they aren't doing ice cream right now, which is code for she's too lazy to pull a lever. This McDonald's has a terrible night staff (with the exception of the night manager, don't know his name). Management really needs to re-access who they allow to deal with customers and which employees should be scraping gum off the pavement in the drive thru for employment, sort of like the girl I dealt with tonight. Fast food is supposed to be fast and this McDonalds has that formula right down to a tee. I've frequented the drive-thru several times, mostly breakfast and they handle lines with ease. I thought I'd regret getting in a line with 4-5 cars in front of me but this McDonalds handles it quite professionally I must say. Plus, this location is open 24 hours. read more
