Don't come here! There's barely any space inside, and lowk dirty. I waited 25 mins for 3 meals. For the food to not even be that good, fries were brown af, probably got refried more than twice. And just for the food to still be cold af. Some of the workers were nice, but some other got shitty as attitude. Avoid it if you can. read more

Food good mi kids love it I just to not happy for there service and the way they take orders many off there customers left because the way you take orders on computers monitor its just not good time wasting. Slow. Simple burger took an unusually long time. Many staff wandering around. Manager didn't look like she could control the few people here for food. So the lady that not so much was helpful was rude and did not take the time to listen to my needs. She blow me off a few times when she realized she ignored me a few times.. SO UNPROFESSIONAL I want to say her name was Kim and she might've been a manager. But not sure. She also was rude to one of her employees.. now that was not professional what's so ever. What a difference a few hours into California makes. Stopped at this McDonald's for coffee, McCafe and bathroom break. This place was clean and staff was friendly and courteous. My drink was prepared in a timely manner and handed to me with a smile. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Made for the perfect pit stop! First time at a McDonalds since the minimum wage hike to $20. I walk in and a very pushy girl wants me to use a kiosk. I said no thank you. It ALWAYS takes me forever. I ordered two hamburger happy meals, one with ketchup only. It took 14 minutes for my order. There were plenty of employees and they were moving like sloths. Laughing and no hurry at all. It was the most insane thing I have seen. I will not be going to McDonalds again. Honestly you can get the 3 for 10 at Chilis and it is far better quality AND I am not pushed to order from a kiosk. read more

I have never had a bad experience with this place although they do mess up the order and they are always unorganized I wish Gordon Ramsey would pay them a visit but so far 4 out of 5 times I've had good experiences here somewhat slow and long wait times Food is average sometimes my meat on my Mc Chicken would be hard as a rock as if they would over cook it I did order door dash this morning I didn't know It was from this location or I wouldn't have ordered I was missing my frappe last time during breakfast time and they didn't replace it or anything let's see how this goes read more

Had a miss understanding with my order in which I still think I'm right lol. But rather then argue the manager made it right even though she said I was mistaken. All fairness she handled the situation as it should've been handled and for that I give her her the necessary ratings based on my opinion. The employees were nice and they tried but they had some dirty customers. When I say dirty I mean nasty classless personalities. The line took forever because a girl got her order went to the car and came back complaining her order was wrong. They gave her her order she looked in the bag and asked for grape jelly. When they told her they only had strawberry she took it with an attitude. Went back to her car came back with a lighter bag claiming stuff was missing and demanding free stuff for her troubles. A guy two people ahead of me was trying to short change the cashier and I'm pretty sure he got him for a few bucks wanting to pay with change a few bills and on credit card too and requested change back. The cashier and him were goin back and forth for several minutes which seemed like forever when this was the only register open. I finally get up to the cashier and I order things as easy as I can because I can see the cashier was stressed out. So in process of doing this way I forget an item! So I go to the kiosk because I didn't want to wait in line again. Guess what happened?? NO PAPER FOR RECEIPTS! So I don't know my number!So there I go standing in line again to find out my number!!! Finally get my food and it was wonderful! Yeah right. It was cold as my drinks! I don't know if they were short handed but today was a really bad experience. read more

No air conditioning in dining area when its 107 out today at 5pm. As per Roxanne it's not hot enough to turn it on. Your customers and employee should be the most important. It was only turned on in the work areas after the fact. These are dangerous working conditions. OSHA needs to visit this place...Da da da da daa! read more

I don't know how this location has so many poor reviews cause I honestly go out of my way just to come to this location. I usually only come for breakfast & I always go threw the drive thru, even when there is long lines they still get everyone done quick. My food was wrong I believe once. Every time I come to this McDonald's I receive poor customer service. I ordered to happy meals & #6 with no salt on the fries thinking my fries be fresh and hot. So not the case, the kids toys were missing and the fries old and brown. I called up there and the way Angela/Angie answered the phone I thought I called her house "Hello"! I was actually so excited to try it, I mean I drove 45 minutes to get here, I was very surprised with the type of service at this establishment, the drinks might be ok, but unfortunately this experience would not make me come back here and rather take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, today's experience fell well below the level of service and attention to detail I have come to expect from this establishment. While placing my order, the younger employee repeatedly asked me to repeat myself. I specifically requested boba in all three drinks. One of the drinks was a Thai tea, for which I also requested no ice because I intended to refrigerate it and enjoy it later. Given the difficulty communicating my order, I chose not to leave a tip today, despite regularly leaving a 15% tip for the service I receive. Before my order was completed, I noticed that a customer who ordered after me received his three drinks before mine. At that point, the employee looked at me and then appeared to only be beginning the third drink of my order. When I finally received my drinks, only one--the chamango--had been prepared as requested. The mango-pineapple smoothie was missing the requested boba, although thankfully I was not charged for it. The Thai tea did have boba and no ice as requested; however, it was noticeably underfilled compared with the other drinks and was not satisfactory. I therefore respectfully requested a refund for that drink. The older Asian woman who appeared to be overseeing the establishment seemed surprised by my request. I calmly explained what was incorrect and why I was dissatisfied with that Thai tea drink. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, and offering a simple resolution, she remained silent and unapologetic. That response was particularly disappointing because I would expect someone in a management or leadership position to take ownership when an order is not fulfilled correctly. I work in customer service myself, and I understand how important communication, attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism are. If I or one of my employees makes a mistake, I believe the appropriate response is to acknowledge it, apologize, and promptly make it right. Customers should receive exactly what they ordered--not a partial fulfillment of their order. I am posting this primarily as constructive feedback and, hopefully, as an opportunity for management to use this experience for future training. Every customer should receive the same level of respect, courtesy, and attention regardless of whether they choose to leave a tip. There should never be any form of retaliation, whether through the handling of an order, the order's place in line, or the quality of service provided. I will give the business account holder an opportunity to respond before deciding whether my family and I will continue bringing our business here. I sincerely hope this can be addressed professionally and constructively.

The bbq pork tasted exactly like teriyaki beef jerky. The Bhan mi had so much mayo, it was oozing out the edges of the bread. I didn't get to try any drinks but did notice many people order them.
