McDonald's - Absolutely sick - Burgers Near Me - Vienna, Georgia

Ohh, I see.They already have a bad review.Rating, so probably it's not necessary to write another bad review.But alas, I feel compelled to share with people who read this, that I waited in mcdonald's for thirty minutes to get a double quarter pounder with no cheese and no ketchup!! Everyone in the mcdonald's working seem to be oblivious as to what their job entailed. However, in their defense, I guess they are thinking.It's just a job, take it or leave it. It is so sad that nowadays. Most people's opinion is if i'm not getting paid.A lot of money then I will not even attempt to do a good job because they are not paying me enough to drop fries and sling hamburgers. I guess I'm showing my age because how I grew up. If I was empty in trash as a job, I wanted to be the best trash emptier that ever walked the planet, just meaning I took pride in everything I did, regardless to what it was or how much I got paid. Because it was my view and still is that I should be judged by what I do and how I do it Not by what I do. Look like or who I am.Let my actions speak for me. I would say everyone in this McDonald's needs to be fired. And they need to just revamp and hire all new people. Way to slow and my food was all messed up and didn't get half the stuff I wanted and had to wait 30 min for barely any food

They open at 5 AM. It is now 7 AM. They are not open. Placed a mobile order. Had to knock on the drive-through window to get someone and was told oh well sorry about your luck.WTF!!! as an over the road driver we have to be selective on where we can stop. I don't write many 1-star reviews. But this McDonald's doesn't even deserve that one star. The service was inexplicably slow. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my hamburger Happy Meal, and had to ask for my cup when my food was finally ready. Yes, they were busy, but literally every customer used the ordering kiosks & lots of employees were in the kitchen area so they didn't seem short-staffed. Also, in spite of an employee wiping down the beverage station, several sodas were out, and everything was just wet. And interestingly, the straw dispenser was on the top of the soda fountains, where I could barely reach. Once I opened my hamburger (I always reposition the burger & tear off the extra bread), I noticed the patty seemed extra small & thin, as well as mangled, almost pieced together. Though it tasted fine, maybe a bit overcooked, I was creeped out by thoughts of what could have happened to that burger patty to put holes in it so I couldn't finish it. I'll note that I didn't get sick later so I guess it was actually *fresh* enough to eat. I wish I'd gotten a picture but by the time I'd noticed how sparse the patty was, I'd already started ripping off the excess bun. On the positive side, their fries were actually really tasty. Also, my order was accurate (my friend's was not). And the dining area inside was clean & comfortable. Located inside a Pilot truck stop, my first clue should have been the lack of signage on how to enter the parking lot. It's a weird turn onto an access road from the top of the overpass; we missed it and were disappointed to find no driveway from the semi-truck parking through to the small-vehicle side of the building. But that's not McDonald's fault... I mention it to hopefully save someone else the hassle. Also, the bathroom facilities are plentiful, functioning & stocked, but not especially clean nor tidy. read more

The facility in Vienna, Georgia is operated by degrading, disrespectful individual. One manager in particular needs to be reevaluated concerning proper technique in the industry. Something as simple as answering a phone,1st you introduced yourself, 2nd you listen to the customer, 3rd hanging up the phone when all the customer did was introduced themselves. Worst McDonald's ever is this one at 29 Victory Lane, Vienna, Georgia next to Pilot at Exit 109 I-75. Was there Sunday, February 13, 2022 mid-afternoon. Worst because: 1. Unsafe; 2. Gang activity in parking lot; 3. Employees running in and out of store shouting and threatening people in parked cars; 4. employees not caring about Orders and leaving items out of Orders. Not sure who is responsible McDonald's corp. or Pilot corp. Need full time cops at this location. read more

Eager for a quick bio break & breakfast at the McDonald's part of this truck stop. We pull in the marked entrance after exiting from the highway I-75 based on all the highway exit constuction only to find out that they also have a paving project underway and EVERY entrance between the truck gas section and the entrance to car gas section and McDonald's was blocked by yellow tape and orange cones. We decided to park along side the sidewalk next to the McDonald's out door eating area. As soon as I exit the car, a trash attendant starts yelling at me..."YOU CAN'T PARK THERE!" I try to explain we cant find the entrance to the other side, its all blocked. I ask how are we supposed to get there? Over and over. ..CAN'T PARK THERE! GO BACK OUT TO THE HIGHWAY AND GO TO THE OTHER ENTRANCE. What other entrance? I guess you can see the entrance going toward the highway, just not exiting the highway because of the construction cones. So we went to the next exit and went chick fila instead. I'm glad Pilot hires this mentally challenged elder man, gave him a bright orange vest and two responsibilities: keep the trash picked up and don't let any cars park on the truck side of the complex. He does that job well even if he was rude as hell. read more

This place is disgusting as hell. I waited 30 mins for a large fry and a double cheeseburger. When I did get my food it was cold. There are FLIES in the cookie and dessert case. No one was wearing gloves or hair nets. Touching their faces and other nasty surfaces. They were rude as hell! If you are traveling I hope that you see this before you stop... it's really sad and disappointing that I wasted my time traveling home to stop at this McDonald's. They gave a really bad name to the whole company and I doubt I'll go to another or allow my family to. I will let everyone I know, know about this mess. I wish I could give no stars. read more

After explaining how to make a McDouble like a Mac with no pickle and paying an extra 75 cents to have it done I got a McDouble made like a McDouble with a dap of Mac sauce and shredded lettuce. I would prefer to give 0 or negative 2 stars. we pulled into the mcdonald's drive thru waiting for 14 minutes with no response. I thought they may be busy inside.. (they were not, the employees were just chitchatting and sitting at tables with the gas station employees, only a few employees were actually working and helping costumers) so we went in to use the restroom ( the bathroom was fairly clean), an employee with a plastic bag wrapped around his head was all over the place going on about the water being bad and how the owners won't fix it. we went out to get our gas. plastic bag was outside catcalling a girl getting into her car. before pulling off i suggested trying McDonalds one more time, it took a while for them to respond to us pulling up to the box. however they finally did and with attitude. the girl who gave us our food was actually surprisingly nice and asked if everything was okay. she had pink hair. her and the bathroom were the only positives. aside from that I probably will avoid stopping here ever again. read more

Terrible service . Took thirty minutes to get a sundae, ice cream cone, and a smoothie . The sunday was ALMOST half way full with few drops of chocolate fudge on it.
