Not sure if it was the lack of McDonald's, or my hunger, but the food actually tasted pretty decent this time around. For the first time in I don't know how long, everything came out hot and correct. I think there may have even been an extra sauce! Service was super fast, food wasn't all smashed down to the size of a pancake, and there wasn't ketchup & mustard on everything except the burgers. Not sure when McDonald's got even more wicked expensive, but it needs to stop! $50 for a family of 3 at McDonald's is wild! I'm not even sitting down and having a waiter bring me my food after I finish unlimited salad and breadsticks. I can go to Applebees and choke down a "2 can dine for $19.99" special anymore. In all honesty, you would need to pay me to eat at Applebees, but that's beyond the point. Whoever is making the food at McDonald's on Thursday, keep up the good work. I didn't plan on spending Christmas Eve writing a negative Yelp review but here we are. 'Twas the night before Christmas and I hadn't eaten at a McDonald's for over six months so I decided to indulge in a little fast food. I don't go into any McDonald's restaurant expecting fine cuisine or impeccable customer service but this particular location failed to meet my lowered expectations. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with extra mayo, French fries, and a Coca-Cola. I also ordered one additional crispy chicken sandwich. I originally wanted a vanilla milkshake to go along with my meal but the milkshake machine was out of order. After filling my medium sized paper cup at the soda fountain and picking up my tray of food from the counter I noticed the lack of ketchup pumps or packets. Such condiments are usually available next to the napkin dispenser, but #notthismcdonalds By now the line at the front counter was terribly long. I wasn't going to wait an extra ten minutes just so I could ask for some measly ketchup packets. I ate my dry French fries and first crispy chicken sandwich that was made without the extra mayo I was charged an additional thirty cents for. I wonder how much I could have paid just to get some ketchup? My second crispy chicken sandwich wasn't even crispy chicken at all. It was one of their grilled Artisan chicken sandwiches. I use the word "chicken" in only the loosest sense. The meat had the appearance and texture of a dog's chew toy; I half expected it to squeak each time I took a bite. I thought about buying an iced coffee on my way out but couldn't justify giving this place any more of my money. read more

Sat in the parking lot & ordered on the app. Should take no more than 10 minutes. An employee walked out to the car asked if what she had in the bag was our order. It was not. She went back in waited 10 more minutes before my husband went inside. He came out with our order as it wasn't ready, his sandwich order was wrong. He said the kitchen area was a joke. They were moving in slow motion busy talking and not paying attention. He took his sandwich back in got a refund. He took s drink of what was supposed to be sweet tea. Was unsweet tea. There's nothing great about this McDonald's other than it is not the Millville location, which is unacceptable. This location used to have poor service. One used to have to wait forever, even with little business, to make it through the drive thru. Happily, over the years, this has improved greatly. We now usually drive the extra few miles to come here when we decide we want Happy Meals. read more

My husband and i went through the drive through at this Mcdonalds on 10/20/2014.We started to eat our food and both of us taking a bite to realize it tasted and smelled like cleaning products horrendously and there was a piece of plastic on one of the burgers.I took one of the burgers inside to show the Manager whom was very rude and arrogant and told him that both of our burgers are contaminated with cleaning products,The manager then turns around and says to the cooks "I told you guys over and over to change your gloves after you clean...and another employee says to the manager"Oh this is not the first complaint today about the taste of the food"...I demanded a refund for both burgers and he would only give me a refund for one burger ,i kept the other burger to have it analyzed.I called McDonalds corporate and their response was we use sanatizing cleaning products that are not harmful to ingest.Please be carefull eating at this location. read more
