The hiring manager is horrendous, unorganized and unapologetic and should be fired from his job. I was given an interview by the hiring manager, he conducted the interview and also MADE SURE they were looking for people and drove 40 minutes there just to be told "Were not hiring currently, we have enough people working here." This place is such a inconvenience for people who are looking for jobs, and I will not be giving them my business. Plus, the floors were an absolute mess, people don't do their jobs correctly here and it just shows. I would recommend not coming here period. read more

I have never been a big fan of most of the Chain restaurants but the other night I wanted to order out and I wanted something a little more substantial. So I ordered the steak with broccoli, mushrooms, and onions. I was pleasantly surprised when the steak was exactly how I asked it to be cooked, even though it was delivered, I really expected it to be overdone. This steak was so perfect, I have never gone to stake this perfect at any other Applebee's when I've been sitting at a table let alone 20 miles away. read more

The hostess was not very well trained. Four groups of two showed up ( I was in 1 group). She was totally flustered. Never asked for names, just kept asking who came in first, second etc. just wrote down number in party but no names I ordered 1/2 slab ribs. Yuck! Dry, overcooked. , very very little meat on them!!! Waitress was great though. The manager asked how we were but did not really care. I was going to tell her about my food but she disappeared off the floor. Two stars is a service to all Applebee's! Had to wait in a 3/4 empty restaurant due ti no staff. When we did get seated, the waiter was running everywhere, and wasn't able to really focus on the tables. We were lucky enough to sit close to the kitchen and hear the yelling back and forth. Over all I would say it's a good experience. Very friendly waiters and waitresses and all our food came out on time we did not have to wait long and they got good prices. I always like to Applebee's and they have not disappointed this place has great customer service a great atmosphere for families. Also for people who are single they have an open bar with flatscreen TVs and a good liquor selection such as they have a one dollar drink of the month if you're on a budget and then the two for 20 or two for 28 but they have many more go check this place out overall will go again happy with the experience. read more

This location is hit or miss, sometimes great food and service, other times not. Matt was our server, and he was sloppy, slow and shouldn't work in food. It took him over ten minutes to come take our drink order, his clothing was filthy (and they were all black). Food was ok, nothing special but they did have a $1.00 strawberry margarita, not the best but for a buck you can't go wrong. One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The restaurant area was almost completely empty; but we were still seated at table tightly next to another family with our chairs virtually touching. The waitress never came around to refill our drinks, we had to hunt her down every time. When she delivered our food, she put her bare armpit on my straw, to which she laughed. Never was I offered a new drink or another straw. She was cleaning the area and asked us to move our legs so she could sweep under our table. The appetizers were acceptable, but the meals were horrible at best. I have had better with microwave meals. We had to wave our waitress down to get our check. For the longest time she was just chatting it up at the bar with staff; arms folded and almost laying on the bartop. We have enjoyed Applebee's many time before. We were shocked at the horrible quality of the food and the lackluster service. We paid $60, for a Birthday night out, which could have been used for a weeks worth of groceries for our family. But I had a business meeting yesterday evening and was given the option of dining at the local greasy spoon and eating a plate of slimy, artery clogging vomit or eating at Applebee's, I voted for Applebee's. Everyone in my party was pleased with their choices. In particular, the salads got high praise. My friend and I opted for the 2 for $20 deal, which is two entrees (each with their own side) and one app to split. We chose the artichoke and spinach dip and chips to share. The portion was larger than I've had it the past. It was enough for the entire table to nibble on. I got the Fiesta Lime chicken which was much better prepared than the last time I got it. It was cooked perfectly, moist and tender. The rice had some of that crunchy "pegao", which I enjoyed, but most diners probably would have complained. Our server was prompt, but our food was not and I was a little concerned we would all be late the meeting we were prepping for. Our server didn't hover, but was prompt with the check. Stopped by for lunch with my wife, we often come here and have a quick lunch or dinner. They added some new burgers and whatnot and one of my favorite items sweet potato fries. I decided on their new Triple Bacon Burger with sweet potato fries. I would have to say to my surprise that this was without a doubt the best burger I've ever gotten from Applebee's. Cooked properly, seasoned well and the bacon was crispy. The cheddar and the BBQ sauce accompanied the rest of the burger well. The fries were also very good, crispy on the outside and nice a soft on the inside. Our waitress Jen was on point and was a pleasure to be severed by. I would say however that if this experience didn't go so good I would have only given them 3 stars beings we have had some issues before this visit, but sense this visit was right on point and pleasurable...... 4 stars it is. read more

This is a sad review for me to write as I frequent here a lot and have not had an issue up until tonight. Now, with that said this is not a review on the entire establishment rather the late night Saturday bar crew. As I do always, we sat at the bar and had a few drinks and order happy hour appetizers. Well, after a shared couple of apps we were still hungry and ordered some spinach and artichoke dip. On a regular day this would be no issue and the order would have sufficed our appetites, but on this occasion the order was delivered to a few guests down the bar who happily and disrespectfully accepted whole heartedly knowing it was not theirs. From their mouths directly "whatever, it looks good". Now you are probably thinking... this isn't the full fault of the resturant as the guests should have never accepted... correct, however the staff responded with a .... "oh those weren't for you" and allowed them to enjoy them at no cost with a smile and fake scold. They then turn to us and said "a new order will be out shortly". (The other guests laughed at us btw, and didn't offer any apology.) Well you would think the story ends here... wrong... the bartender returned shortly after with an over cooked dip and stale crumbled chips. (60% unable to be used in dip without sticking half your arm into the bowl) A large chunk frozen together like a rock! Many of you would have just said take it back but the bartender avoided us like the plague until a credit card was sitting on the bar ready to pay. The short of the story... I had to pay for crappy service and food while other guests enjoyed free food and attention... Congrats Applebees you win the customer appreciation award of the month! read more

I love their artichoke spinach dip, no matter how bad all that salt is for me. I don't love getting a glass of water after ordering iced tea, or getting regular fries after ordering sweet potato fries. I also don't like not being offered the option for a "pink" burger rather than "no pink" when it states those options are available on the menu, or being ignored when I request it, even if the burger is great. (My table mates had to insist on it for me.) The guys didn't have a single problem with their orders. read more
