My total bill was $70. I redeemed my $25 Toast birthday credit to my bill so my net cost was reduced from $70 down to $45. What surprised me most was that, despite all of these issues, a manager never once stopped by our table to check on us or acknowledge that things weren't going well. A simple visit to apologize, explain the delays, or offer assistance would have gone a long way. It seemed like there was something off with the system or process being used to manage tables, food timing, and communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. The good news is that this feels fixable. Better coordination, communication, and support for the serving staff--and more visible involvement from management when problems arise--would likely prevent many of the issues we experienced and make for a much better customer experience.
