Worse McDonalds ever. We ordered our food and was told they would bring it out including drinks because the restaurant machine is down. The food did come out but no drinks The young lady said he would get them but didn't. After 10 minutes went up to the counter and asked for them. I was told they were working on it so I asked if they knew what I ordered 20 minutes ago. So she said, You will just have to wait. 5 minutes later still no drinks. Completely done with food. This was an interesting location... it was part of a gas station. There were two drive thru lanes, but everyone was just using none (even though both were open). We decided to be brave and join the lane that no one was using and noticed that one of the screen had been smashed/destroyed. Thankfully we had a mobile order so we didn't need to see that screen. The amount of time waiting for our receipt was pretty excessive... the girl was just taking orders without handing it over. The order was correct, but the amount of time waiting was a lot. read more

I came here yesterday for lunch. With all of the new COVID-19 rules placed into affect, there were actually more kinks to my visit then I would have hoped for as other fast food places I have been to have been able to deliver smoother service. I ordered my lunch on my phone as a pick up order. You actually can't do a pickup order at this location right now is the only problem. So I had to go through the drive thru instead. When I explained to the drive thru worker that I already ordered and paid on my phone, she had a hard time understanding what was going on. Finally when I get to the window to pick up my food, we were told our fries weren't ready. So the truck in front of me and I both had to pull over to the side to wait for our fries so other customers could get their orders in. When my fries were ready, they were steaming hot and almost burned my fingers/tongue. They were not salted yet either. I remember when ordering them I thought it was interesting you had to select whether you wanted them salted or not. I just went ahead and ordered them salted and since they were in a hungry, I believe they skipped that step. I also asked for both ketchup and mustard but was only given ketchup. I ordered the four count chicken McNuggets and chose their tangy bbq sauce to dip it in. The nuggets were so delicious and a lot better than I remember as a child. Or maybe I was just super hungry! The tangy bbq sauce I didn't like that much, so I probably would try a different sauce next time. Overall, I would give the food about 3-4 stars, and the service about 1-2. read more

I actually downloaded yelp to write this review! Okay so over the last 5 years this McDonald's has really upped their game! I visit periodically when I want their classic chicken nuggets and a sweet tea. I've never had them eff up an order or forget anything. The employees that have been working there for a while (Keke and the older man who lost his chihuahua once... idk his name!) are super nice and friendly! Once I accidentally ordered the wrong breakfast sandwich and I was able to go in and swap for what I actually wanted. Back in the day, like 2007 the employees who worked here were all rude high school students with big attitudes. Slowest fast food restaurant ive ever seen. They remodeled recently adding a 2nd lane to order and they dont even use it. They are truly hit and miss. If you're willing to take a chance, but I would recommend Hardee's. They are so lazy acting. They'll sell you those cold fries they should have thrown out hours ago, and put them right in your bag. And you could tell a manager, and they'll just put them in the microwave. The gentleman at the counter was very rude, the manager was slightly nicer. We ordered a McNugget meal because they were on sale today for $5, it rang up as $6.99. When we asked for a refund they said we should have told them that we wanted that specific McNugget meal with a medium instead of a large drink. I reminded them that all drinks were the same price and he said that didn't matter. I ordered a drink with my meal, when he didn't give me one I asked for it and he said that he read it back to me and I must not have been paying attention, but that's why he read it back to me. The food is bad & the service is even worse. Went to this location after a 1 year block thinking MAYBE they have changed...THEY HAVE NOT. My order was not correct nor was it complete. I ordered a #3 no ketchup & a kids meal cheeseburger ONLY ketchup. For starters with my sandwich, a blind person could have done a better job at putting it together & I had the core pieces of the onion on my burger they did not put the fries in my bag either. The kids meal was all wrong since it had everything on it instead of ONLY KETCHUP.
