The restrooms were disgusting... they very much needed some TLC and bleach! Service was sloooooow and there was a steady flow of customers - the young lady taking orders was doing her best. Kuddos to her! My food was freshly prepared . This was my first time trying the grilled chicken tenders. They were juicy and seasoned nicely. I love having a healthier option when getting "fast" food. The dining area didn't feel that clean but it wasn't horrible. Apparently, I haven't been to this location in a few years. The usual problem that I run into with Zaxbys is how salty their chicken tenders usually are, but it wasn't the case at this location. I always get wings and things (boneless) hot honey mustard. I do not believe that they were having a good night, but when do they have a good night? The young lady [saying that to show grace I was not given], behind the counter was beyond unreasonably nasty. She was angry there were customers. And made it obvious to each interaction she had. The order was much later than expected.... The shake was made at the time I was made to stand and wait .... And of course was completely melted by the time I received my food. To be fair this was better than the cups she slammed on the counter and told the young man to make his drinks himself. To say I was glad to leave is an understatement. But I do have a concern: what if I was unable to make it to the inside of the store as commanded. Possible because of an injury, age or something else potentially personal. Leading to the reason why a mobile order and a drive through? Would one have to be exposed to this horrible treatment? Just a thought for consideration of our challenged customers. I will have you know that I waited at the speaker for 5 and a half minutes, with cars stacking behind me, before I said "hello" into the speaker.
