    Double cheeseburger and fries

Food was great our server was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed definitely the best burger that I have tried

Front of Pikeville Store & Grill. Swallows were flying so I took a shot from the side.

We heard about this country restaurant on tv a month ago. Pikeville Store & Grill is located 5 miles north of Scottsboro and dates back to 1907-1908. The quaint white cinder block building is out in the middle of nowhere. Walking inside the building I felt transported back in time. At first glance the inside is very clean. Two employees greeted us and they were very kind and helpful. We ordered their famous cheeseburgers with crinkle cut fries and onion rings. Hubs had the double cheeseburger, a half pound of meat, and I had the single cheeseburger, a quarter pound of meat. We ordered both with everything which includes lettuce, two tomato slices, onions and pickles. The food is not fast food. The ladies in the kitchen prepare foods as they are ordered. Good ole home cooking reminiscent of the Mayberry Diner where Andy, Helen, Barney and Thelma Lou stop by for supper. I could barely get my burger in my mouth as it was huge. Hubs had a time biting into his double. The patties were cooked perfectly and were nice and juicy. I cannot think of anything that I would change other than add more onions. :). The menu has many items including famous moon pie banana pudding, hand dipped ice cream and milkshakes. If you like a nice drive, please take a ride to try the tasty burgers. You will be glad you did.

Stick with the burgers and you will be well rewarded, stray and no promises . Our party the BLT and pizza grilled cheese was great . Chicken fingers and corn dog over cooked. Slaw dog was ok, dogs are not natural casing so no snap. Fries average. The burgers...juicey, thick and awesome with bacon, cheese and all the fixings. Yummy

Great burgers can't find another burger this good inside of 50 miles. Location is off the beaten path, but more than worth the trip.

Best hamburger around, hands down! Food wouldn't rate well according to weight watchers, but man it's good!

Great little place to eat. Very busy too. The burger was great. Probably one of the friendliest places I've eaten.

Hubs ordered the Goodfella Pizza, with a couple of deletions, and loved it. I chose the Elana Ruz sandwich and it was glorious! Not exaggerating, that sandwich was such a delicious combination of flavors. We were able to find seats inside while we waited, and then hubs found a table outside right before our food was ready. The weather was delightful so we enjoyed sitting outside. We loved the overall vibe, although inside was a little loud. Their decor everywhere was so much fun! We also appreciated the drink refills as we headed out. As we left, we saw tons of parking in an adjacent lot, which I've noted for future visits. Mountain Goat Market is now definitely a must-do on our next trip to The Caverns.

In a very large open room, I was reminded of a high school cafeteria. We were able to get a table right away. Order at the counter and seat yourself. We took turns ordering because our table was the last one and we didn't want to lose it. The meal took only a few minutes to prepare and we were eating by 12:55 The Reuben looked amazing as did the pizza. I was a little jealous. Especially since I ordered the fiesta burrito and found it to be mostly ... just.... okay. I was disappointed that the gift / souvenir shop was closed.
