Better Greet when going inside and especially coming from the manager . I can't lie , I hate that I have to come to this staff . Came with family for quick drive thru breakfast. Orders were wrong. Meals didn't come with hash browns. One coffee didn't have the Splenda and creamer. I am a huge fan of McDonalds Southwest Chicken Salad (with grilled chicken). It is my GO TO place for a salad. This McDonalds presented me with probably the BEST salad I have ever had. Dark green leafy lettuce and spinach. The chicken was tasty and I just love the spice from the black beans and roasted corn. Yum !!! Went inside to order breakfast, I was the second in line. Ordered my food but it took over 20mns so I had to leave without my food. The 20mns I was in there, they only bought out one meal for someone. The workers didn't seem to care that there was people waiting over 20mns. I had the pleasure of listening to the staff cuss back and forth behind the counter at 7pm on a Tuesday. One of which wasn't even on the clock, bagging her own order up and disrupting the other workers. In the mean time, I waited more than ten minutes for "fast food" before checking in. I was told my order had been made and picked up. Despite the kiosk prompting me to take a tent card to the table to wait for a staff member to deliver the food. I was told "we don't deliver the food to the table". At this point I asked for a refund. I was refunded for the food I never got, but not the drinks because we were sipping on them while we waited. I'll never stop at this McDonalds ever again. I was passing through while traveling for work and decided to get two fruit and yogurt parfaits. Simple, right? I thought it'd be quick and simple; they'd just grab them out of the fridge (just like they've done at every other McDonalds I've ever been to) and I'd be on my way. WRONG. I got a bad feeling initially when I stood at the register and waited for someone to take my order, and I was ignored by each and every employee who walked by, probably about half a dozen at least. I should have took that as a sign and just left, but against my better judgement, I went to the self-serve kiosk and ordered and paid there, since nobody would take my order at the register. From that point on, it was over TEN MINUTES before I received my yogurt parfaits. They said they had to get them out of the freezer. Where exactly is the freezer?! Customer service is definitely not a priority at this location. That much is obvious, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out seething. So apparently this location can change their hours when they feel like it. We were staying at a near by hotel and wanted something to eat. Now all of the signage says the restaurant dining area does not close till 12 midnight and we've been in the dining area past 11pm BUT the manager on duty (Mario L) claims that they closed at 11 tonight because they only have three people working. I informed him that we didn't have a vehicle to go through and he didn't seem to care nor was he accomadating?!? This is by far one of the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to. The bathrooms are super clean and the dining area is the same. I will definitely eat here again when I'm traveling through here. This place puts most coffee shops to shame. read more

When the hotel next door failed miserably to produce an edible breakfast, it was an easy walk to the nearby Golden Arches. On two separate visits, I ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese biscuit (perfect), a Sausage Burrito (average), and a Sausage McMuffin (very good). Their iced tea was fresh and very tasty. But the best part of my visit was the friendly and responsive nature of the employees. It's early morning, and we've all been to that fast food joint where the workers just don't care. These folks care, they really do. They were all so friendly and welcoming, and everyone worked like a well-tuned team. I truly enjoyed my breakfast at this McDonalds, and there aren't many I can say that about. Nine reviews and 3.5 stars doesn't represent the morning crew at all. read more

I am a former employee there, I was recently fired bc they had me scheduled to close and I didn't get off until 1am, then they wanted me to come back in at 7am that next day after I closed. If your looking for a fast food job to work I wouldn't choose McDonald's in Warsaw NC due to the lack of management, they also don't have workers and when I stayed to help the store manager would complain about me coming in late the next day bc they had me working 10/11 hours and want me to come back the next morning by 7am. Also there kitchen staff is really nasty and disrespectful I witnessed them drop buns on the floor and use them to make a sandwich and send them up front to get bagged. Also they would touch raw food with no gloves and then make food with no gloves on and they wouldn't wash they hands. Also as a former employee there when I was helping in the kitchen when that wasn't my position that day they would try to make me do everything for them, while I'm working they just be sitting back on there phones or standing around talking. Also while it's busy they would walk out the kitchen and leave me by myself sometimes. As I stated before I wouldn't choose to work here or eat her either. Before our old store manager left everything was perfect we was always in first or second place now they be in 20th place or worse. Let me not forget the other day we had a customer come through that didn't speak English so we had to get the store managers son to take the order and after he took the order he walked past me and said we need to take Spanish classes so we don't have to ask him to take orders for us anymore I felt that was a racist comment he made. If zero stars were an option, I would've picked it. Every time we have been through the drive-thru they tell us to pull up and wait an extra 5 minutes. They usually don't give us the correct order but at that point we are just happy to have something to eat. I would recommend the Bojangles a little further do. read more

This was the worst McDonalds experience of my life. If I could give zero stars I would. Started out going to the bathroom which was covered in diarrhea. While I was in the bathroom my husband ordered. 20 minutes later we still had not received our food. My husband asked about it and was told they forgot. My husband finally received our food but it was the wrong food. At this point we did not have time to wait for the correct food as it had been 40 minutes since we originally ordered. After realizing the food was incorrect we could not even call to complain or comment on our experience because staff had taken our receipt. read more

Stopped through on a road trip. Will never stop here again. Orders took 30 minutes to all come out. Only one family here other than our group of 5. Nothing was correct. Fries were cold, burgers mostly raw, charged and gave everyone large even if they'd asked for small or medium. One of ours, super shy, asked for a shake, the girl at the counter came up and shoved a shake in her face. She timidly told them it was wrong, counter girl huffed and took it back. My family and I don't usually eat at McDonalds but we stopped by for a quick breakfast on our way to the beach. The staff was very pleasant and polite. They delivered our food to our table, checked on us after we got our food and even put our trash in the can. The gentleman at the door even wished us a nice day and safe travels as we left. This place has such great deals that they must sell food like HOTCAKES! My family and I stopped by here and the line was crrraaaaazzzzzyyyy, obviously a sign of great food if people are willing to wait. I ordered the sausage egg mcgriddle combo for $3, the sweetness of the hotcakes perfectly balanced the salty flavor of the sausage patty. I wolfed mine down as fast as possible before moving onto my hash brown (CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP). The hash brown was fried to perfection and had a nice golden color to it and tasted as good as it looked. My sister got the egg and cheese mcmuffin and her fiancé got an egg and cheese biscuit. The cashier looked at him like he was crazy for not getting a drink (Guuuuuurrrrrllll not all of us like coffee). However, I think he missed out because my coffee was deeeeeelicious, better watch out Starbucks cause McDonald's is coming for ya. Needless to say I'm surprised this McDonald's hasn't been awarded a Michelin star but they can get FIVE STARS from me. read more
