You don't need any sauce with it. It is perfect as is! The Italian Sausage was very flavorful with the smokey flavor and seasonings in the meat. I added sauerkraut to mine to offset some of the saltiness of the meat. He doesn't cut up the sausage until you order. Then he grills it a little extra before he packs it into a bun for you. Both items come in a standard hotdog bun. At $3, these hot and fast meals are a real win. Regular hotdog is just $1. His hours are usually around 10:30am-5:30pm but vary a bit depending on when he drives over. He also sometimes takes a while to setup.

Overall the experience was Ok. Not bad, but If I had to choose between here and five guys I'd probably go with 5 guys.
