Just go to the next McDonalds! I and others had ordered at the kiosk, there was no one at the counter. After I placed my order I and others waited about 25 minutes. 4:50-515. I understand things go wrong and take time but the drive through was moving quick at least 10 cars. And once I redivided my food/drink it was not good, fri not hot and had practically no salt, coffee had very little coffee all most all creamer. And there LOD I noticed, was rude to his staff in a not-so noticeable way, criticizing there actions intruping conversation to speak negatively about others interest. And acting like the girl next to him didnt even exist. I had a very negative experience here and not just because of the food,the wait. I mobil order my food and when we went inside and the employees were yelling at each other and the manager was tossing food at his employee. There was a customer next to us that had been waiting for a happy meal for almost a half our. As we sat inside waiting for our food they tried giving us the wrong order twice. when we finally got our food the frys were warm but no salt at all. The nuggets were bunt and on top of everything when we went to get our sodas the soda machine was out of ice. We watched the employees take a bunch of orders out side before even asking what we had. I came at night with my mom around 10:15pm. Only one person working, no one answered at the drive thru so we had to pull around again. When we got to the window the man working was complaining that he had no food made and that he couldn't wait till closing time when THATS HIS JOB. He was saying things like "that's going to be at least five minutes" and "your drinks are going to take extra long." The person behind us pulled out of the drive thru because no one was assisting them and the man at the window screamed and threw a cup at the ground. The worst. The guy working the window at 10:30pm on 6/9/18 was terrible. He wouldn't let you finish a sentence and he decided at the end of the order that the shake machine was broke. Then after he handed us our order we were double checking it, since he struggled to take in the first place, and he recited it back and yelled at us to leave. I waited at the order screen for 7 minutes today. While cars piled behind me. As no one came to take my order, i proceeded to the next window. Still, no one was there. I proceeded to the last window where a guy stood... he said "what did you order?!" I told him that i had a pick up order . He then said "we dont have any pick up orders!!" And began to talk to some other employee to say that i didnt stop at the order window and now theres 7 other orders ahead of me and ill have to wait extra long. I told him that i paid already, he said "i dont even know what you ordered!" I said "i did go to the order window" and he said "yeah thats because we stopped taking orders for a while, now you can wait extra long for your food" i kindly told him that its not my fault and could cancel my order if it was such a burden. My girlfriend stopped by this restaurant this Thursday on her way back from Madison for a to-go order. The associate at the counter never smiled and showed no friendly service. Worst of all, she found a piece of paper with words "cake..." in her sandwich after she got home. The paper was between the meat patty and the bread. I'd strongly recommend others to order dine in or check their food before leaving. Additionally, the manager needs to work on their customer service trainings. read more

Not deserving of one star. I am SO sick of taking a chance on this place seeing as it's 5 mins from me vs. (Watertown being 17) and time and time again they fail me! Night crew needs to be forced to eat the cold, hard, stale food they feed to their customers after 8pm!!! Daytime crew is always fine so far. I don't care if I roll in 2 minutes before close! Or if I come at a time when no one is in line...I want (and deserve) the fresh made to order food that others get during the day and pay the same price for! It's absolute BS that 5 out of the past 5 times they have failed to deliver anything edible! It always goes straight to the trash and I have to suck up yet ANOTHER $10 loss!!!!!! Even though Watertown MCD isn't much better, I bet my food is still fresher even after the 17 minute drive home vs the 5 minute drive home in town.
