It was not fried either; just a soggy freaking mess. Looked like they dipped, but didn't bother to fry it. If you are fulfilling an order for delivery, WHY wouldn't you fry it and use two tortillas? Simple common sense. The street corn was bland. My drink was missing. The churros were good. Will not order from here again.
