Ordered a value meal - wish they didn't show a picture of the large red french fries box when you purchase the 'large fries', then only give you a smaller version with "large fries" printed on the white paper pouch. Kinda deceptive. Also, ordered a double fish fillet and there was hardly any tartar sauce. Trying to get anyone to help since it's so automated was impossible, so food was cold by the time we got someone's attention and they gave us some tartar sauce. But the food hit the spot, even cold. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this McDonald's. I work graveyard shifts and often stop by during my break on my motorcycle to grab food. In the past, I have used the drive-thru on my motorcycle and received my order without any issues. Today, I placed my order through the app and rode over to pick it up, only to be turned away and told they do not serve customers on motorcycles. This made absolutely no sense, especially considering I have been served here before and have never encountered this rule at any other McDonald's. What made the situation even worse was the way Cynthia spoke to me. Her attitude was completely disrespectful and made me feel like I was some kind of criminal who was about to rob the place rather than a paying customer simply trying to pick up a mobile order during a work shift. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no effort to explain the situation respectfully. If this is truly a policy, it should be clearly posted and applied consistently. Instead, I wasted my time, interrupted my work shift, and was treated with suspicion and disrespect for no reason. Never have I ever been to a McDonald's that runs out of coffee cups but here we are. A McDonald's that is open 24 hours a day should be fully stocked. No excuses. The Employee at a 5:30 AM drive through shift gave me a lame excuse that they can't order too much because then they'll have too much on hand. So that tells me that they'd rather not have what the customer wants, not make the customer happy just so they can save space and keep costs low on paper?!?! Makes no sense since they know by now their regulars like me who always order a large coffee. It's interesting how they dim the lights in the dining area to have the appearance that they are not open when they are. Probably because they run a skeleton crew in the early hours and late nights and the employees don't want to help people. I can't tell you how much longer it takes when one person is handling it all on their own. From accepting the payment at the first window to handing you your order at the second window. It's not a good experience when your supposed "Fast Food" is slow. But makes matters worse is not having everything offered on your menu. We did not get our food we we're there for 30min and there was no one there. Also out good was not cook well.

I have been going to some Mc Donald for some time now, lately the service has been not so good. When I order from the kiosk, and get a number, so them can bring me my food. They just call my number so I can pick it up myself. I listen to my music and didn't hear them, by the time I figured it was taking to long for my lunch, when I saw it was in the pick up corner. My food was cold. If they can't deliver food to the tables any more, the should get rid of the numbers . I have experienced this at different Restaurants! read more

Quick stop in before our basketball game we saw the containers for the ice cream including the lids fall on the ground 12-3-2025 around 4pm the manager or lead lady with glasses walked over picked them up and put them back on top and the side of the machine I tossed away maybe 3 lids that fell more towards the register she then made herself some ice cream turned around and licked her hand then sat down to eat it. Food is usually so so. The McChicken patties are usually old and dry, the beef patties are pretty dry and tasteless most of the time too. Once on a while you will get hot and fresh food, but I think they leave the meats on the warmers to long, past their expiration time and they are gross. Their customer service is 3 star, not the best, cleanliness is 4 stars, but the lobby smells like ass sometimes. Some days they are fast, but most days slow as heck. Usually I have better things then to leave reviews but this one actually pissed me off. There is a mobile deal where when you spend 15 dollars or more, you get 25% off. Something always goes wrong every time we are here. The play place is CONSTANTLY closed and it's the only one left in the area so it's the only draw to go to this one and it's never ever open. Always 'closed for maintenance' but it's really because they don't wanna ever clean it. The food is made wing half the time too. The kiosks break, etc. avoid this place. read more

Extremely slow service, took over 15 minutes for cold French fries. Had to use the touch screen kiosk because no one is at the cash registers. Ordered French fries and a chocolate shake. Paid cash so had to go up to the cash register. Took an employee about 5 minutes to mosey on up to take my cash. They looked at the order but didn't mention the shake machine was broken. When the fries showed up the another employee handed them to me. I asked about the milk shake, the employee got the manager. The manger asked the employee who took my cash why they sold me a milk shake when the machine was down all day. The employee said that I ordered off the kiosk that's why they sold me a shake. We have tried this McDonald's 3 or 4 times as it is conveniently located for an occasional fast food stop. It is always a disappointment. We have walked in and used the drive thru and they never have gotten our order right, leaving out part of the order every single time. Tonight went through the drive thru with 6 cars ahead of me. Took 30 minutes. The guy taking order was very nice. Received the food, started to drive, and decided to check. Sure enough, the quarter pounder was missing, so parked and went in. Received the missing sandwich. Got home, bit into it and the entire paper that separates the cheese or the patty prior to cooking was cooked with the burger. (Between the cheese and the patty with the edges clearly larger than the patty but covered by the bun.) Truly disgusting and shows the quality and pride of work these folks have. Who is training them? Who owns or manages this place? The final blow is that I immediately called the number listed for the restaurant. It rang many times, went to a voicemail that was not identified as McDonalds, and an automated voice said it was not set up for messages. Classy, professional, and oozing with customer service. Over the last year have been to this location several times. Ordered through the app for curbside delivery and half the time the order is not correct. The quality control is lacking. Until today it was missing items or wrong items. We have gotten into the habit of opening the bag to check that everything is there. When it's obvious, we have to direct the Server to the printed out tag on the bag. You'd think they would look at the tag to ensure what they are carrying out is actually on the tray, but it is called fast food for a reason. When it's not obvious and we go inside to have the order corrected there is always some confusion. Several People have to come look at the tag and ponder the mistake (not very fast food). Today was one that made us all laugh. There was no bottom bun. The Person assembling the burger tossed it in the box with no bottom bun (must have been a very fast food day - so fast that they forgot to look at what they were assembling). Is McDonalds now offering "animal style" burgers ala In and Out? Now in addition to opening up the bag we will have to open up all of the containers to check if the food was properly assembled. read more

2/22/23 at around 7:30pm I came into the establishment with my family hoping to have a celebratory desert. First thing I did is go to the restroom, an employee as I can asume because of his headset and uniform was using a urinal so I used the regular toilet. I heard the employee promptly flush the urinal and leave the restroom without WASHING HIS HANDS. When I washed my hands I confirmed that I should have heard the sink in this tiny restroom, but I also confirmed there was no soap in the soap dispenser with was not a surprise as the restroom inspection sheet hung on the back of the door was absolutely empty.
