Food is always on point. Idk what it is but I somehow drink 4-5 cups of coffee. Such a smooth coffee. Customer service is solid. They treat you well and are genuine. Appreciate the home feel they provide. Always a must to visit when I go to Watsonville!

Some of the best breakfast I have had in a long time! Salmon and crab Benedict's were all so fresh and amazing! Fresh salsa, coffee was great, my son had the Mickey Mouse pancakes and loved it. Some of the best breakfast potatoes we have ever had. The service is top notch and everyone is super friendly! Couldn't be more satisfied!

Just around the corner from the Martinelli's Company Store, The Beach Street Cafe was highly rated by Yelp that we had to try it out. We were not disappointed! Place was packed but organized. We did not wait long to be seated, we opted the patio area since it was a sunny day. Lots of items to choose from, they do serve breakfast all day too. We opted for the Salmon Eggs Benedict, Chorizo Eggs Benedict, Calamari and Eggs, and a Beach Street Breakfast Burrito. Service was fast and we were very impressed how big the servings are. They had rave reviews of their pancakes that I had to get a side order which was enough to satisfy my craving. Although they have hash browns, I recommend getting their homemade potatoes which was very tasty. Highly recommend if ever you are in Watsonville, especially if visiting the Martinelli Company Store. Limited parking at the back of the store, but plenty of street parking.

Best breakfast burrito I've ever had! No lie. I got it with country style potatoes and jalapeño sausage. The burrito had so much flavor and it was a good size! They also had homemade salsa (mild and hot) that you can put on yourself. I tried the Mexican style coffee which is coffee with infused cinnamon/chocolate flavors (which was tasty). The cafe is quite small but I highly recommend you try this place if you are in the area. The food is worth it. Andrea, our server, had a great attitude even though the cafe was very busy with a long wait list. All the staff seemed to be helpful and courteous. Definitely a good vibe in there.

Hidden gem in Watsonville, you'd miss it if you were looking for it. Great breakfast and friendly staff. It's seems to always be busy when I'm there but I usually get seated pretty quickly.

I was on a road trip and decided I wanted breakfast and pancakes. Decided to take a risk and go out of my way to The Beach Street Cafe because of all the great ratings. Took a turn off the highway and went on an enjoyable http://scalarlight.com drive though agricultural fields during harvest of lettuce, strawberries, potatoes and more. It was worth it ! The cafe is clean, service is very good, the pancakes were spot on and I decided on a very reasonably priced senior breakfast that was delicious. Egg scrambled just right, a slice of crispy bacon and fresh brewed iced tea. I even had a little sample of an apple compote. It was busy but not super noisy. I definitely recommend going out of your way for a meal here too.

My family of 4 all enjoyed their meal, we went on Labor day and although it was very busy, they seemed to have a good system for seating and waiting customers. The wait was soo worth it! You can tell the food was made with love and we also had a very nice waitress. I highly recommend it here

Food was the bomb.com, kids loved the hot cocoa, great service, and the ambiance feels like you're eating at a family's spot.

I just had the BEST huevos rancheros of my life! The carne asada was seasoned well, the beans were so creamy, and the rice was so tasty. And I LOVE their fresh salsa. I wish I had the recipe! (Prettt please?) Two runny eggs, extra fresh avocado, and their flavorful rancheros sauce -- this breakfast was HUGE! Definitely enough for two meals. It's gonna be hard to order anything else knowing that this gem is on the menu. Service is warm and friendly. No wait if you sit at the counter. No frills, down-home ambience!

I tried this well known breakfast spot and i was not disappointed! The service was exceptional. Fast & friendly staff and the cutest hut inside where the tables hold local business cards which was fun to look at. The food was so good & fresh. Must try & must come back

What a hidden gem in Watsonville! We originally planned on going to Cowboys Corner Cafe as a party of 7 for brunch, and upon showing it, realized it was going to be a 45 min wait. While waiting, we saw this place nearby and the food looked just as good here. I decided to give a call to see how much of a wait it would be there. From the start, the staff was incredibly helpful on the phone. They helped get our group on the waitlist, and it would be about a 15 min wait. With that in mind, our group made it over and waited only a few minutes once we arrived to get seated. Definitely was a tremendous help there! The surrounding area doesn't do this brunch spot justice. Lots of industry spots up and down the street, which can make this spot easy to be missed. But don't let the surrounding area deceive you, this is The Spot to come for brunch. Absolutely delicious food, generous portions for the price, and incredibly helpful wait staff! I ordered the Chilaquiles Scramble, and it was jam packed full of flavor. The eggs were nice and fluffy, the hash browns had a nice crisp & not too oily, and the dish tasted fresh all around. There's so much food provided that even though I ate the whole thing for brunch, I was still feeling full to even eat dinner!

I was on a trip to visit family up north in Watsonville, we were up early morning driving looking for a place to have breakfast when i came across this gem! hole in the wall, vintage style diner and so glad I did! this place has amazing, service, amazing food, service was so fast I wish i could give it 10 stars instead of 5!! definately one of the highlights of my trip to Northern CA, I will come here again for sure. I was with a party of 5 in which 2 of my siblings are vegetarian but this place has so many options that was not an issue at all, full loaded menu with so much to choose from for everyone and every single one of us loved our selections!

The restaurant was empty when we arrived, the host seated us immediately (but had an attitude when I greeted her). The establishment is large, with plenty of booths and seating available. We were quickly greeted by a kind young man who took our drink orders and gave us a basket of complimentary bread with whipped butter and minced garlic!!! (As someone who LIVES for garlic, I would come back purely for this) What we ordered : Blueberry mule 8/10 - light, refreshing, but didn't really taste like blueberry Classic Margarita 10/10 - my boyfriend said it was one of the best margaritas he's ever had Sweet potato fries 10/10 - crispy, crunchy & great portion sizes!! Spicy spaghetti with chicken 10/10 - great flavor, evenly balanced Fettuccine Alfredo 9/10 - classic, well done Both pastas were served with a side of soup or salad. My boyfriend and I both picked the soup which was a delicious chicken minestrone. Pricing is reasonable, my bill came out of $116 excluding tip, but keep in mind the portion sizes are pretty big and dishes could easily be shared. What really stood out to me though was our server; a beautiful young woman named Katalina, she was an absolute GEM from start to finish!! With a warm welcoming smile she made my boyfriend and I feel so comfortable and really made our experience enjoyable!! She was extremely helpful, grabbing us whatever we needed and stayed attentive. When we come back, we will be requesting to have Katalina as our server & I recommend everyone else do the same!!
