My pumpkin spice latte came in a dirty cup. The sandwiches were very bad built and the fries were cold. June 16: 9 out of 10 times we visit order is incorrect. Yesterday they forgot 3 burritos and the sausage on one biscuit sausage sandwich. Last month they forgot the fries and filet patty on filet sandwich. They need more training on accuracy when looking at the order/receipt. June 23: Yet another visit with errors. I think I need to review every time we go to this McDonald's. This time they forgot the sauce for nuggets...bbq, sweet n sour and hot mustard. Receipt was correct. So, this is a long story. I think it's a great! Story. The secret part to the story is, "Do I look like a homeless person?" So I just walked in and sat at a table in a totally empty room, minding my own business. But, No, I didn't even buy a cup of coffee. Which I normally would. Well, I was there for a good while; working on my computer. (Wouldn't that be a sign that I'm not a homeless guy? ...maybe not....) I just wanted to use the internet and get out of there. There I was in the back of the room in a far away table, yea, still in an empty room. Maybe it was a half hour later.... Over walks the manage, "I'm sorry; you're not allowed to loiter. You'll have to leave." I pack up my stuff and leave. I was done surfing the net anyways. So, here's the amazing part of the story. I don't look like a homeless person. I look like an average Joe; well, 6' 300# average Joe. And I was treated just like anyone would be treated; whether I was homeless or if I was wearing a suit and tie. I was kicked out of McDonald's just because I was loitering. Not because of how I looked. And there are plenty homeless around this McDonald's. I've seen them sitting outside. Not causing a problem. I haven't asked them, but I'm going to guess, they're traded with as much respect as I was. That's nice, isn't it! I'm exhausted, I'm the only member of my family without Covid. I need to pick up meds from Target. I did curbside and they delivered to my trunk. I had my wife do a mobile order for this McDonalds. Big mistake. The app uses the phone I'd so it did not accept I was there. I put my mask on and showed code so they could build the order. I asked if they would deliver to my car while I wait. They said ok. They come out and tell me the ice cream machine is down so no sundaes or shakes. That I have to get my refund from the app. I have them put food in trunk. I leave and call wife to ask for refund. She finds out the app doesn't do refunds and have to go to store. I'm still in parking lot so turnaround and head to store. I get out with receipt and am told no I need to go to app, I show the screen shot saying to go to store. The manager is called over who pulls out cash from her pants with the refund already done. She claims she came out but I had left. I ask why her staff doesn't know that app doesn't give refunds? Her employee tells me that I got my refund so what is my problem. That it was all my fault because I did something wrong in ordering. They are scamming people. Don't give product refer to app, most people drive off and they keep difference in their pocket. This place sucks! It's not even worth the one star I'm giving it. I'm not kidding when I say almost every time I have gone to this location, they have messed up my order in one way or another. Fries are cold, barely warm, hamburgers are over-cooked, items missing, etc. And my family isn't small either. I know I spend about $30 easy at every trip. Reading this is seems like we eat here often, to which we don't. But on our take our night of the week, this is our usual go to since it's right down the street. However, since this "convenient" location really isn't convenient I guess we'll be making the distance elsewhere. After a long drive from Stockton, the kids were hungry so we stopped at McD's. We pull up to the drive-thru and the first thing I see is a sign that says "Sorry - no carbonated drinks". WTF?? Drive thru was horrible. We ordered 6 meals and 20 piece nuggets and none of the orders were right. Took forever for them to figure it out. We left and still was missing 3 fries. I called and told them that we were missing 3 fries and they said to come back to get the fries. We drove back to go and pick up the fries and the manager (Anna i believe her name was) just argued with my husband that he was wrong. Tip for Ana: when someone orders over 34.00 worth of food you dont give the CUSTOMER a hard time over 3 fries that they are owed. If anything you should've 1. Apologized for the inconvenience it may have caused the customer 2. Bumped up medium fries to large or throw in a dessert. We come here a lot for baseball tournaments and have to feed a lot of kids. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, don't get me wrong, the place is new so it looks decent enough, but the people working there have the worst attitude of ANY restaurant I've ever been to. So I ordered a burger with no buns and when I got the food, it was like a salad, imposible to grab like a burger so I got up and went to the counter up to a woman who seemed to be some sort of manager and asked for a fork, up until then I was happy with my decision to stop and eat here...the woman looked at me and with the worst attitude possible she said "we don't have forks", I was shocked so I asked again, "you don't have plastic forks?" And she's like "NO" looking at me like I was a begger asking for money while carrying a baby and a dog with a sign that says "I need money for beer". I'm a normal clean cut guy but even if I was homeless they shouldn't treat people like that you rude mofos. I emailed the owner and never received a response, I guess she's too busy selling homes and counting her money to care about how her businesses are run...I'm telling everyone I know about the experience and I swear I'll never ever eat at McDonald's again in my life...go across the street to Burger King, they have way better food, better prices and they do treat you like a king. read more

What to touch on first...how about parking? Parking is horrible since the drive-thru blocks all the free spots. Plus, if you're trying to get out no one has manners. Which is fitting for the staff, which i'll get to later. lets try walking in and order. The entire place is a mess. they have a mop, broom, and other cleaning supplies that never seem to have been touched. You must then wait 14 minutes for the staff to stop messing around with each other. I watched as the full front staff (cashiers) spoke in spanish and laughed and hoarsed around with each other while there was a line out the door. Management didnt care because they were the centre of the hoarsing around. When you finally get waited on, you have to repeat your order 3 times because the cashier is busy messing around or "he's new". Upon placing your order and receiving it, you'll find out that the cashier got your order so wrong, its feels like you went to a different dimension where you had ordered the wrong food. My order has been incorrect for the past 10 days i've visited there. Coming from someone whose worked restaurants both fast and fancy, I'd say you would be better off going into the kitchen making the food yourself. No one will stop you as they love playing more than working. Or you can wait until McDonald's outsources ALL their jobs to technology. read more
