I went here thinking be like any other McDonald's pretty good usually but then in the food, I started eating stuff that tasted like it was made in 2010 if you told me it was I'd believe you 100% without a doubt SO STALE ,there were plastic in the chicken nuggets. I went to a different one and found out that there's plastic in all of the chicken nuggets, but food is disgusting. The only reason I didn't give this one star is because they're french fries save them all except for when they're cold that yeah they would've been at three stars but the service oh the service is bad it could be better and the vibe it's just like bad. read more

I don't usually stop at McDonald's to eat their "food" and this time I was asked to specifically stop here and get some food for a friend. I went through the drive thru and there was a long line as usually because I see it from the highway whenever I pass. The line moved slowly and I could hear customers in front of me having to repeat their orders and getting frustrated. When it was my time to order at the menu board, I wasn't greeted with a custom McDonald's greeting but a "yes, can I take your order". Quite honestly I wasn't expecting first class service when I heard this and when I placed my order, the employee was somewhat unprofessional and flippant. I did have to repeat my order several times and before leaving the menu board, I asked them to repeat my order and this seemed to annoy them. It's a good thing I did ask because they got the order wrong. When I got to the drive thru window, the cashier was going through the motions with no greeting and only waiting for my credit card. Once, I got my order, I checked to make sure everything was there and they forgot the fries. Honestly, how do you forget the fries??? Needless to say that this was my first and last trip to this McDonald's or any other if I can help it. When I explain the incident to my friend, they seemed shocked until they read the reviews. The reviews on this location are correct, on point and valid. This location is a pass for me! read more

I don't come to this one often I was down the street at the hospital and wanted to order my family a meal because it was to late to make one and I was very disturbed by the language that was used while I was placing my order because it was a large order the person receiving the order commented by saying this better not be a "BullShit " order and continued to laugh every time we added more things on the order. At the end she ended our order with a threat stating " I can see what your driving". I understand that "prank orders" are placed and they're doing there very best to avoid waste but the language that was used and the tone of our conversation was uncalled for. Any McDonald's I go to, I use the mobile app, I earn rewards and points and redeem them. I had the cashier scan my app and noticed in the receipt, the coupon never went through and I was charged full price for the item. 1. The strawberry milkshake I ordered... they told me there is now no strawberries. 2. I asked the manager in the second window. For a refund or to correct the price, she told me there is no time for that and walked away from me! Before I could answer! There was ZERO cars behind me..... then the girl who gave me my milkshake just giggled. 3. I get a different flavor milkshake that I didn't want and paid full price when I app gave me a promotional discount. I'm not mad about the discount. I'm mad about the customer service that came directly from the manager herself. Whoever worked Friday - 03/15/24 - @1:15pm. I worked at a fast food as a manager (chick fil a) for 7 years. She would not make any sweet tea and also tried to get ranch and she refused to give us any and we offered to pay for it she said no. I asked her name for the review and her comment was take it to HR because she did not care at all. She was very immature and rude. Also thought we almost lost our baby tonight and was just wanting something to eat after the long night. this most definitely did not help the night get any better. will not visit this location again unless she is fired. They are completely incompetent and can't seem to get even the basic things correct. Yet another horrible experience at this McDonald's. Ordered on the app drive to the store and checked in I pick up at counter. No me can find the order. After 10 minutes of looking around I suggest we just redo the order. So I pay again and then the manager says he can't do a refund you have to go to the app to request refund. I look in the app and see no place to submit a refund request. The app says talk to restaurant staff. Soooo ... I go back to Manager who says he can't do refund and it is in the app. I ask him to show me where I can request refund s respond is, and I quote "I don't know, I don't even have the app on my phone." Thanks a lot you are so helpful. Long story short I left the store out 5000 points and paying $10 for an order that was originally $2.17 using points. I have given this McDonald's chance after chance to regain my trust and they continue to disappoint time after time. Unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure of reading these reviews beforehand and went here to get a Shamrock Shake and Double Quarter Pound Cheeseburgers. I've had bad food, but never this bad. The meat in the burgers were burned, and tasted old and dry. Fries were oddly tasteless and soggy. The Shamrock Shake wasn't mixed well and had orange swirls near the bottom.
