I frequent the Tega Cay location and normally have a good experience. I recently ordered the chicken salad sandwich after seeing it's great reviews. My sandwich had so little chicken salad on it, It looked more like a condiment. A lot of my bread had no chicken salad at all. I went back and looked at the reviews and how much chicken salad was on those sandwiches. No comparison to what I received. I contacted the store and told them of my experience. Micaela Cutro responded and told me "We apologize that your recent order did not meet your expectations." Completely gas lighting me that I did not get what I paid for. No offer to make it right. Bill and his staff have been very professional and accommodating to our group. With over 140 golfers, our guests were very pleased with the quality and freshness of the sub sandwiches. Fresh delicious for lunch meat was very, very, very sliced thin it was not very it was not salty at all. There's nothing worse than a fresh sub that salty meat. Pretty fast service but order not correct. Pics are of a regular #7 turkey sandwich (the large sandwich) & a regular #16 no onions, extra meat, add lettuce (small sandwich). You would think the Extra meat, add lettuce sandwich (that costs slot more) would be larger than the regular Turkey sandwich. If workers are too busy to take the order, write it down correctly & make it properly, there is a breakdown somewhere. Maybe there needs to be less people standing at the register. I ordered 3 Giant Subs at 4 pm for them to ready at 6. I got to the store and my order was sitting there but had not been started. The employee who began to work on my order proceeded to cut the bread. Typically sub bread is cut somewhere near the middle. Best sub spot in the south. The choice of sub size is awesome, the breads are fresh and the veggies are crisp. Two things that keep me from a 5* review... 1. The turkey looks so unappetizing. Granted, it's tastes fine but it looks like raw turkey spam. I'd love to see something a little less meat brick. 2. Sometimes, the oil and vinegar are layered in a different way and the bread gets soggy quickly or somehow it slides off the veggies. I'm no sandwich aficionado but there has to be a better way. Food is pretty good. What I don't like and why I will never go back is because of the strong-arming for a tip. First, I have to get my cup for a drink, fill it with ice, fill the cup up from the dispenser, put on a lid, find a straw and open it and insert it and then grab some napkins from the napkin dispenser. Then I have to walk over to a rack and pick out my chips and bring them back to the counter. By this time my sandwich is ready. Where does a tip come in, for taking 60 seconds at most to slap a sandwich together? I didn't see any need for a tip, except to subsidize the owner's payroll, so I tapped none on the card reader. What I got in return was the smarmiest response I've ever heard, "Thaaank you siiiir. You have a great day now" and a look that could kill. Don't tell me that they don't get paid enough and need tips. That's the owner's responsibility, not mine. Pay them a decent wage and take that tip begging option off the card reader. read more

My family started frequenting this Jersey Mike's location as an alternative to Subway, but our experiences have forced us to find an alternative to Jersey Mike's. I don't mind paying a premium price for quality, but every time I've visited this particular JM, I always end up disappointed. For example, next time you get cheese on your sandwich take notice of how thinly the cheese is sliced. It is sliced so thin that you can actually see through it. The chicken Caesar wrap is also a huge disappointment. It's a load of lettuce with a very small amount of chicken. For $8.00+, the price/quality/value ratio is way off. We've found a better local option for sandwiches and will no longer frequent this Jersey Mike's location. read more

For the same amount of money, you're better off going to Harris Teeter and getting double the amount of sub that taste about the same. read more

I love Jersey mikes but this location leaves a bit to be desired. The staff is not exactly friendly... they have an undertone of a bad attitude especially after you hit the "no tip" button at the register. I disagree with being asked to tip in a fast food restaurant as a general rule but especially in an establishment where I consistently have to ask for more meat on my sub and have to deal with nasty attitudes from the 2 Guys that are usually making the subs. They've been there a while so perhaps they are burned out but they need not take that out on the customers.They are nice to some people... (who they seem to be familiar with on some level or probably feel the need to tip to get their own chips and drink) but otherwise beware of a side of attitude and rudeness to go with your sub. read more

Going to assume that the time I came in was not ideal for the employees. I get it it's 8 pm on a Sunday and your not trying to be at work. However you are at work.
