My husband is the only one who has had a bad experience at this particular McDonald's. And it was pretty bad. Otherwise, I have had great service and wonderful food every time. I use the app 90% of the time and rarely buy anything without it being discounted. This morning, Sunday, April 7, 2024, the girl at the window was dressed, professionally acted courteously, and had my order out extremely quickly. There was another employee cleaning the parking area, and from what I could see through the drive-through, the seating area looked clean, and orderly. I ordered the buy one, get one for a dollar breakfast sandwiches. Both were fresh, and my coffee was perfectly made. I understand not every visit is going to be five stars, especially the one my husband had while trying to order a shake. Hopefully I will be able to provide an update in the future as to the consistency of service. Overall, I am very happy with our McDonald's in Waycross, and there is no doubt I will be back soon if only for the amazing cup of coffee that puts Burger King to shame. read more

I sat in line for 43 minutes today for a kids meal with 6 chicken nuggets and medium diet coke. This is unacceptable for people who drive out there on their lunch break. I will NOT be visiting this location again ever. read more

I should have read the reviews before choosing this McDonald's. But how can you go wrong at McDonald's? This store is bad. We ordered on a screen. After placing my order I went to the rest room to wash my hands because of touching the order screen. Bathroom was nasty. Our order was delivered but no drink cup. Went to cashier area to get a cup but was not acknowledged by any staff and I walked behind the counter and got my own cup. French fries were hot so that's worth the one star. read more

I went into McDonald's bathroom and they didn't have any toilet paper. I used my phone to call them while sitting on the toilet and they wanted to argue with me saying toilet paper was in there. When they brought me toilet paper it was wadded up. Too lazy to bring me a roll. Then when I came out they still wanted to discuss the toilet paper. The strangest service I've ever seen. read more

The employees are rude and borderline disrespectful. This includes the managers. I watched them mess up a coffee order and forget a customers iced tea, and then they forgot our coffee. When we asked for it they responded with attitude like we had done something wrong. There was no greeting when we came in and nobody at the registers so we assumed we had to use the kiosk to order, but this was not clearly stated anywhere. Restrooms and lobby were clean and food came out decently fast and was surprisingly good. If we passed through again i might give them another shot just in case today's employees were just having a bad day, but it seems some training may be in order. read more

Don't go and think u are getting the bats meal. False advertising they didn't give us the meal. They gave us honey mustard for the meal. Don't answer phone to correct order. Ok, yes it's a McDonald's but dang! This is probably one of the best ones we've ever been in! Clean facilities, courteous staff, quick service and decent food. Stopped for a quick breakfast, with the family while on a road trip. We all ordered a sausage biscuit and oh my....these were NOT the normal biscuits we're accustomed to, they're huge! There was also a little sitting area to hang out at. Kudos to this franchise. read more

The food was standard McD's. But the entire floor had a film of grease on it that was ridiculous. They need a good old fashion cleaning.

Traveling through Waycross for work, stopped here for a late lunch, we both ordered smokehouse bacon burger, and chicken nuggets were ordered. The lady taking our order was extremely friendly. Food came out quickly and was brought to our table, however neither of our burgers HAD MEAT. Literally a burger with no patty. Also, no sauce was given although requested at time of order for chicken nuggets. The friendly one who took our order sighed in disbelief and went back and returned with two 1/4 patties individually wrapped in McDonald's wrap along with a free apple pie. I can't say it wasn't awkward unwrapping a beef patty from the paper and then placing it on my meatless burger. Questionable ethics all around. Awkward laugh.... thanks? read more

It's not the best, but it's cheap. The floor is usually sticky 99% of the time, and the drink machines always have mold on them.

Wish they had friendlier workers. If there's an option to have my food brought out to me after I order it on a kiosk, I don't want them to yell out some order number I don't have and let my food get cold on the counter. The tag they had clearly said "TAG NUMBER 40" and they didn't bring my food. When I went up to grab it no one gave me the cup I was supposed to receive. No service at all. read more

After that she didn't say a word so I ordered my coffee anyway!!!Once I was done she still wasn't speaking all she said was first window...the only way I new how much to pay was because I saw it on the screen. Once I pulled up the girl just threw a bag of food in my car and said bye...but the part that really made me made is when I checked the bag there was nothing my ketchup packetsso I told her that and she told me that they would bring it to me so just pull up to the parking lot.
