Because 1 Star is low as I can go. Ordered curb side pick up. Heres what's wrong After waiting 20 minutes to go get it. Still waited 10 minutes there. Once Home Missing 4 Items 2 items wrong sizes I ordered 2 Large slushies. All large Diet Coke, Coke & Dr Pepper Once home all large Cokes. No diet, No Dr Pepper 2 slushies. 2 different sizes Called and manager said stop yelling, there only minors. Don't come here and yell at them either. I will call the cops . Only excuses. Not understanding customers point of frustration. Not able to eat my incorrect dinner I drove all the back there. She said you bic mac is right here. The drive thru line here was crazy! They have 2 lines, and I usually pick the wrong one. The car originally sitting next to me ended up right in front of me at the end, so I didn't do too badly. The ONLY reason I came here was to get the Oreo shamrock Mcflurry. I waited at least 5 minutes to get to order, and of course, they were out of them! I should have just left. I got a shamrock shake that I didn't really want. I'm vegetarian and McDonald's really doesn't have anything else to eat. It was ok, but not what I wanted, and I guess I just don't like them anymore. I did a mobile order today and it was very fast. I texted when I arrived and my order was out in 5 min! Young lady who brought my order to the car was really nice too. Went through the drive through for lunch from work today. I watched 3 cars on the other drive through go before my side as I sat at the speaker. The employee at the other end asked if I was using the app. I replied no but I have been here and three cars in the other lane passed through. The next I hear the other lane is asked what they want to order. After two more orders were placed in the other lane I was asked again if I was using the app. I again replied no but two more cars went through the other lane again. Again I heard the other lane speaker ask what yhey wanted. I decided to drive to the window to see what the issue was. Maybe a problem with the lane speaker. When I finally got to the first window the employee asked what my order was. I said there was no order because you didn't take my order. She then told me that she wasn't taking my order on the speaker because I argued with her! Then she closed the window and turned her back to me. As I mentioned before this was my lunch time from work so I had to leave after being there for 15 minutes already. I tried calling the manager immediately but nobody answered the phone. I have never been treated like that before. My advice to everyone is to stay as far away from this location unless you like being treated like crap. I wish there were negative numbers we can put on here as they deserve a -5! read more

I go to McDonald's much more than I would like to admit. I don't understand the low ratings for this location. This has been consistently the best location I go to. My order has never been wrong a single time. Making sure a kids order is correct is critical. One small issue and they refuse to eat. Thankfully it's never an issue at this location. The icecream machine has surprisingly never been broken which is a miracle in itself. Inside is clean. Bathrooms are clean. Touchscreen ordering works well. Mobile ordering works well. This location is busy. The two ordering screens in the drivethrough typically each have 5 or more cars waiting. Going inside or mobile ordering is so much faster. I think they need to add more mobile ordering spots. I've had to circle before waiting for one of the two to open. You need to be in a numbered spot for the process to work correctly. They sell ice here too. It's a generous bag for the price. read more

So tonight I went to the McDonalds drive-thru at the ridge road location in Webster.  I was there at 9:27pm. After 15 minutes of waiting, both lanes of customers were getting ready to leave because no one was answering on the speakers. It wasn't until everyone was getting ready to leave that we noticed this hand written note written in red crayon that said;   "Sorry we closed early for maintenance". Mind you this hand written note wasn't written in black so everyone could see it. We all thought it was some sort of prank having this crayon note. Just ridiculous.. Worst place you could ever go to. If I could give 0 stars I would Manager (Blonde) is completely ignorant, everyone there is actually. Ordered doordash from this place and received 4 sandwiches that I didn't even order. One of the sandwich's that was made correctly was PINK. It was raw!!! Called the store about 7 times with no answer at all. Went back to get my food and was met with a manager who didn't care. She said they couldn't give me a refund, which I knew already. They remade the food and in the process of doing so, her as well as the cooks were saying extremely inappropriate things. Claiming I was "bullshitting" and that I wasn't correct in the slightest. Upon walking in you are met with the dirtiest place you'll ever see. Nasty floors, tables are disgusting and never cleaned, drink station it completely disgusting. This place needs to be shut down at this point. Wait times are ridiculous, taking 45 minutes for them to complete an order. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Every employee was so rude and it started with the manager. I didn't see her name tag but she had green hair. Everyone was on their phone, the manager didn't care about customer service, and only two guys in the kitchen were actually working. My friend and I ordered our food and they gave us the plastic locators as McDonald's has for years. We didn't question it we sat down and placed our locators on the table. We waited about 10 minutes and when our food didn't come we started getting suspicious. But we know that fast food workers have a hard time at the lunch rush so we didn't push. Then a worker came up with our food and angrily told us "I've been calling your numbers like 10 times!" We were shocked because not only had we not heard our numbers, but our numbers were not on the pick up tv. She then said "we don't use the table locators anymore." Yet they were still out and handed to us. They didn't take the table locators away until after talking to us. HORRIBLE experience! I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered on app and chose curbside due to the order size. When we pulled up there was a handwritten sign on curbside and doors to restaurant that said to go to the drive thru. It took over 40 minutes from when we submitted our order to get to the drive thru window. The food they tried to give us was cold. We asked for new food or a refund. I bit into my sausage McMuffin with egg and was chewing on EGG SHELLS! I complained to the manager and all she said was "Oh, one of my workers must have cracked it wrong and not picked out the pieces, sorry about that. I'll train them better." This is the most unprofessional and frustrating McDonalds we have ever been to! I never would've gone out of my way to give such a poor rating to a fast food joint but they're truly that bad. I just moved here and within a week they've messed up on two of our orders and are not apologetic at all. First they forgot our kids' juices. Then later in the week they forgot two of our double quarter pounders. They demand a receipt but we didn't even receive one. I went through the drive-thru, and ordered a "Fillet O' Fish" with the tarter sauce on the side. When I arrived home, I see there is no tarter sauce.
