The most amazing experience just happened. We went to the drive through and the order was easy they got got it right the first time and the service was fast. We ordered breakfast sandwiches both special and both were just right and the bacon was perfect and hash browns crispy without too much grease. They were friendly and told me to have a good day. I do not recommend this McDonald's, or any at all! The food was cold, it was just thrown in without a care. I should have expected this, I worked at this mcdonalds before for 4 months. They are messy, unclean, putting food randomly or just throwing it into bags because they want to be 'the best of the best' as there is a computer showing other McDonald's for competition in who serves the fastest. I suggest Culver's, they may take a long time, but at least you get your order AND the food being cooked fully. The few times I have ordered meals, something is always messed up or missing. The manager is fairly flat an unapologetic about their constant mistakes. Please do not order from this location without a thorough inspection of your bag. I guarantee that if you don't check you will get someone else's bag or will have something missing from your bag. Also don't order any special drink. I like Coke Zero with orange and to order this through the drive-thru, well you either get rude questions, confusion, or just plain old Diet Coke. Anyone else notice that for some reason Diet Coke from McDonald's tastes especially toxic. Anyway, simple orders here are best. This restaurant consistently provides the worst service of any McDonalds I've ever been to, anywhere. They consistently get our order wrong, provide incorrect items, forget to include items, or provide ice cold food. As it is the closest restaurant to us, we frequently visit on the way home from activities. Never again. Three times ago, they forgot my daughter's value meal. They gave us the drink, but not the fries or the cheeseburgers. Two times ago, they forgot a Big Mac, a cheeseburger, and a fry. They also gave my daughter 4 chicken nuggets in her mighty kids meal instead of the 6 it's supposed to come with. Tonight, we ordered a mighty kids meal, a 10 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard, and a crispy chicken southwest salad. We got 4 nuggets in the might kids meal (were charged the mighty kids meal 6 piece price), a 10 piece with cold nuggets with 3 honey mustard (instead of the sweet and sour and hot mustard we asked for), and the salad. The half full (if that) salad. This restaurant charged me $5 for half a salad at best. To top it off, we had to wait in front of the restaurant for 10 minutes after going through the drive thru. We were given no reason or no estimate of time. Just told to pull forward and wait. With the extra time your staff took to compile our meal, I would have hoped that it would have at least been correct. These are just the times I remember. There is literally something wrong with our order every time we come through. It's become a bit of a joke now. We have to walk in every time we go to this restaurant because this staff got our order wrong YET AGAIN. The manager should be proud. He is currently managing the worst McDonalds in Utah. Consistently disappointed with this location. Dining room is always a mess and gross. Today my friend and I ordered a pumpkin spice late and a hot cocoa. The hot cocoa was lukewarm and had little chocolate flavor. It mostly tasted like warm milk with half a tablespoon of Nesquik powder. The PSL was made as an iced latte. We told them we asked for it to be hot. They then heated it and put it back in the same ice drink cup. The temp was again lukewarm, and it also lacked flavor. It severely lacked both pumpkin and spice leaving only a shitty latte. The only good part of this visit was a surprisingly clean restroom. I can only vouch for the drive thru at night, but I haven't had any problems. Haven't had an other that was messed up (yet) and little things like asking for no pickles, they always remember. The food is fresh, not soggy or overcooked. The cashiers listen very well, and are prompt and have a good attitude. We walked up to order and one employee walked over to take our order, clearly annoyed that we weren't using the kiosk to order.
