I ordered a double cheeseburger to go. After getting home 30 minutes later I opened a mayonnaise & tomato double hamburger. It was too late to drive back and the restaurant would have closed before getting there. There was less than 10 people dining or waiting for their order so I wasn't busy. Bummer. Went in to get an online order. Got a text it was ready but when I told staff they said it wasn't ready. I proceeded to wait for about 15 minutes until a lady asked if I had an online order, I said yes and she gave me a bag that was sitting on the counter since I got there! Their burgers and sides are AMAZING! SO good! Love the ranch dressing, too. I have only 3 starts because I wanted to express how disappointed I was in the chocolate sundae. The soft serve had no flavor, it was more like ice than ice cream. Also the quality of everything else at The Habit is great, so why such a cheap sundae? Hershey syrup? How about some thicker fudge sauce and real vanilla ice cream? Sadly the best part of the sundae was the whipped cream and nuts on top. I won't be ordering this again. Greasy burger, chaep price. Ordered to go, they gave me a vibrating coaster pager so I would know when my order was ready. I sat with my drink watching the staff make food. when my order was ready it sat on the counter for about 5 minutes before my coaster alerted me. By the time I got back to my hotel (less than a mile down the road) the fries were cold. The burger wasn't that good, the fries were ok but soggy once I warmed them up in the microwave. They could do better. If I have a burger craving I'll go elsewhere next time. read more

My experience this time is a whole lot better than last. Customer service is great here, but they can do a little better with clearing tables and seats. I ordered the spicy tempura green beans and the charburger. Both were delicious of course. They gave me a house made ranch which is also delicious. Everything is made fresh here so you'll have to wait a few minutes before getting your food. Trust me, it's worth the wait. read more

I love the grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough bread. I enjoy the onion rings and my Oreo milk shakes was delicious. The Portabella Char is exquisite for its affordable price. I never get to experience the customer service since I ordered it through Doordash, however, the delivery is convenient. Just a little pricey. The first bite of the burger taste bomb! I love eating anything with mushrooms, burgers, and anything that has to do with white American cheese. Usually a good place in person, but my latest door dash order must have had an employee trying to get fired. The bag was sealed so it had to have happened at the restaurant. I ordered a Double char and fries/green beans... when it arrived the burger was no where to be found, just random loose ingredients in the bottom of the bag. I don't know why this would be acceptable. See photo . Very disappointing read more

I brought my daughter here for lunch today. The food was good! I got the Roasted Garlic Portabella Char and my daughter got the BBQ Bacon Charburger. We also shared cheese fries:) My only complaint was that my burger was a bit on the small side. You can settle for a average burger or a Habit burger! This place is one of the best when you want a good burger with all the fixings. Customer service is also just as good, had a new worker there today, JOE was his name Absolutely best interaction with customers, super friendly and professional. He seen I had crutches & asked about them. I just had knee replacement, and he was shared an experience with me. What an amazing young man he even opened the door for me and was willing to help me out. Now this is what will keep people coming back!!! Keep him around he is good for business. Only issue someone needs table duty, keep tables cleaned and sanitized. read more

Very impressed with owner/manager. After my less than memorable experience I was given vouchers to try them again. I opted for portobello burger. I also purchased onion rings and a Diet Coke. I would have liked a lemonade but it appeared they were out so I did not ask. The burger was a tad over cooked, I like mind juicy. My review here is overdue. I've come here several times over the years when I'm craving a burger. My personal favorite is the bbq bacon char. Extra crispy fries (you can request that if you didn't know). It's money every single time. Consistent. It's upkept well and the employees always seem talk slightly too fancy for a burger joint but it's okay. It makes me feel a little boujee. Business as usual. read more

This was my first time coming here. I clearly told the cashier that it was first time here. She came off so rude. She didn't explain the food didn't come in combos. As I continued to order a drink on another tab. They messed up my order. I ordered a double patty and I only had one. The cashier even checked herself and gave it back to the cook. The cook then yells across the room to me telling me the patty was there (holding it in his hand in the air) I may add. While I waited for my burger to be done at the counter, he turns around with the room full of people. "I am charring your bread, go sit down." So disrespectful! I give the customer service a zero! However the food was good. Sad to say my first experience here was awful! C'mon people be nicer!!! read more

I have had probably some of the worst customer service today. I work at the instacare and we called in our lunch order for pick up since we can't be away for too long. Once we arrived to pick up the food we waited 30 minutes!! We put our orders in ahead of time to avoid this. Anyways the workers their were not in the best spirits... Finally leaving and bringing the food back to our clinic.. one of our orders had a friend in the burger wrap. None of us ate the food after. Don't come here. Omg! I just had the most amazing burger! BBQ bacon char and my husband had the Santa Barbara style char & we are both won over by this place! We sat on the patio and they brought out each item as it was finished - which I liked because otherbwise it would've been a little cold if they waited for all of it. It's in a good location as well.
