Their burgers and sides are AMAZING! SO good! Love the ranch dressing, too. I have only 3 starts because I wanted to express how disappointed I was in the chocolate sundae. The soft serve had no flavor, it was more like ice than ice cream. Also the quality of everything else at The Habit is great, so why such a cheap sundae? Hershey syrup? How about some thicker fudge sauce and real vanilla ice cream? Sadly the best part of the sundae was the whipped cream and nuts on top. I won't be ordering this again. Greasy burger, chaep price. Ordered to go, they gave me a vibrating coaster pager so I would know when my order was ready. I sat with my drink watching the staff make food. when my order was ready it sat on the counter for about 5 minutes before my coaster alerted me. By the time I got back to my hotel (less than a mile down the road) the fries were cold. The burger wasn't that good, the fries were ok but soggy once I warmed them up in the microwave. The Portabella Char is exquisite for its affordable price. I never get to experience the customer service since I ordered it through Doordash, however, the delivery is convenient. Customer service is also just as good, had a new worker there today, JOE was his name Absolutely best interaction with customers, super friendly and professional. He seen I had crutches & asked about them. I just had knee replacement, and he was shared an experience with me. What an amazing young man he even opened the door for me and was willing to help me out. Now this is what will keep people coming back!!! Keep him around he is good for business.
