I'm obsessed with anything mint! It's March at Mickey D's so, I know what that means.... Shamrock shake time. However, I noticed in the app there was an Oreo Shamrock McFlurry this time (maybe I'm late to the party here). I decided to give it a whirl and order a mini size. I was thrilled this size was offered as sometimes you don't want a large size, just a taste to fulfill your craving. Ordered via the app which was seamless process and quick. Arrived at the location and received a warm afternoon greeting by the gentleman working the drive thru. I let him know I had a mobile order to pick-up. He let me know to pull forward to the second window and my order would be ready. The lady working the second window was so friendly and upbeat. Very friendly staff at this location. Drive thru was busy, efficient, and signage was bright, and clear. Fast paced and efficient atmosphere. Order was accurate and Oreo shamrock McFlurry satisfied my mint craving. When I went to Mcdonalds today they messed up my order completely. The receipt was correct and they completely changed everything they gave us. We asked for ranch, and we got barbecue sauce. We asked for a quarter pounder with ketchup and mustard and got neither and instead spicy sauce. The employees were rude and dismmissive. Employees were talking to each other instead of even making eye contact with me. I always expect the bare minimum from Mcdonalds, but didn't even receive this. We got a messed up order and rude employees. Please just do your jobs and do the bare minimum of getting peoples orders that we pay for correct and make eye contact with us and be kind. Ordered drive through and was greeted right away. Staff was very friendly but since I had hold pickles and onions they had me pull ahead. The wait was not very long and headed home. Even for a motherfucking Mcdonalds you would expect even the slightest bit of proper food and professionalism. This place is the worst experience ordering food i have had. I ordered through doordash and i got extra pickles, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce on my two burger meal. The burgers were literally luke warm burger patty, cheese, and one pickle with a glob of mayo. I ate one bite and my stomach told me it will get a restraining order against me if i took another bite for abuse. Instant gastric distress. And my two mcflurries? They were less than half full, i got one for me and my spouse. They responded when they looked at it and said "This is robbery". As for my large fanta? Nowhere to be found. At first i got mad at the doordash guy but he was responsive and nice and notified me that the workers there were arguing when he arrived and they put stickers on the bags to close them and he couldnt look inside. I spent 30 minutes trying to call them from my and my spouse's numbers to try and figure this shit out and they refuse to pick up the phone, probably because they know they are disgusting crooks and dont want to take any accountability for their bullshit. I am sitting here now fuming i wasted 20 dollars of hard earned money and time out of my life on this bullshit. I want my refund and i want the people working here held accountable. Its funny because we had ordered our breakfast menu way before it was over, thru the mobile app. Then when we get there, the manager in the back is telling the employee to cancel our order because why? Placing an order 20 mins before, hshould have been made within the first 10 LOL. I get if your busy and have cars all the way thru but when the manager tells the employee that is at the speaker to cancel my order as i get there... it just doesn't make sense and its honestly rude when i have to hear you in the background, interrupting your employee's customer service. Tuesday, August 13th around 12:10 AM I placed an order for 3 chocolate chip cookies and a caramel sundae. After I finished placing my order I asked the female associate to ensure that my cookies were dropped freshly in the oven. Before I could verbally communicate what my request was, the female associate intercepted my request and said, "The cookies are always fresh." While I felt rushed and as if my request was looked over I proceeded to the first window and eventually the second window as instructed. When the Manager (who's name I later discovered was Keisha) handed my order to me I pulled the cookies out of the bag to check if they were fresh immediately. Unfortunately, the cookies were not fresh! I handed the cookies back to Keisha and informed her that my intentions were not to be difficult, I only wanted fresh cookies. When I extended the pouch of cookies to Keisha she attempted to argue with me as it related to the freshness of the cookies; I did not participate in debating if the cookies were fresh, because I know they simply were not! So, I waited and watched as Keisha walked my cookies to the back and prepare "fresh" ones. When Keisha came back to the second window to deliver my cookies I checked once more (of course) to see if they were fresh; again, the cookies were not fresh! I expressed my concerns to Keisha and handed her my cookies; Keisha aggressively snatched the cookies from my hand and stormed to the back of the restaurant mumbling words about how complicated I was to her colleagues. During this moment I realized that there was a problem with Keisha wanting to perform the necessary duties/tasks assigned to and expected of her. I felt disrespected and not valued as a customer, so consequently I requested a refund. Initially I was not going to write a review or complete a survey. However, as the horrible service continued I thought sharing my experience was imperative. Keisha was extremely rude and disrespectful, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. After reading multiple reviews speaking to the performance of various employees I hope this type of behavior is not the standard and is reprimanded. read more

This McDonald's is so shady that the last time I was there, a gentleman from Mexico, who wasn't even born here, suggested that I was receiving poor service and said that the poor reputation of this McDonald's precedes it. Today I took to asking if perhaps I was interrupting the gaggle of workers standing behind the counter while I languished alone at the register. I was told that things were "getting busy." Went through the drive-thru paid for my food, all was fine and dandy until I pulled up to the second window to receive my order, No "Hi or Hello" not even an acknowledgement, just a blank cold stare and the employee giving me my food without saying anything. The good news is that they're consistent. The bad news is that they're consistently bad. My dad likes quarter pounders, but he likes them without cheese. A simple request, but apparently not as simple as the employees who seem unable to read and execute this request. For a while, we kept track of how many quarter pounders with cheese that they'd had to throw out. After the first couple dozen, we lost track. Some of the ones who take the order input it as a quarter pound hamburger with no cheese. Others claim that they can't do that and put it in as a quarter pounder with cheese without cheese. Whatever the order, it seems not to matter as those making the food don't pay attention anyway. We no longer leave the window without checking. An apology of any sort is very rare and an angry glare and silence are more common. Especially from the manager. Now, it's bad enough to ignore the specifics of a customer's order when it's just a matter of personal preference. What about when it's a person with a food allergy or some other dietary requirement? You could make someone seriously ill or even kill them with this laziness. And responding rudely to customers when they politely point out your mistake and refrain from bringing up your complete incompetence? Inexcusable. And corporate is not much better. Have you ever gone to a restaurant only to be told that they cannot take your credit card because the system is not working? That scenario has happened to me several times at this McDonalds. The time was 3:00 a.m. at the drive thru while I was delivering newspapers, most recently on Saturday morning. I was really ticked and left to eat somewhere else. My feeling is if they can take credit cards during the day, they can take credit cards during the night. My card was cheerfully accepted at a competitor. Every time I go to this location I'm disappointed. Just the other day I stopped for lunch and the person that took my order couldn't hear what I was saying, and even though he confirmed the order my food was still wrong when I got it. Also, I've stopped several times to get breakfast in the morning around 4am on my way to work and they're not open.
