This is honestly one of the worst locations I've been to. It's unbelievably slow and the staff always look miserable. I once waited at curbside for two sodas for 30 minutes and they never brought them out. I finally went inside and stood in line for another 10 minutes behind only two people. The person in front of me said nobody was helping the line and they had already been waiting 10 to 15 minutes. The drive up line also gets so backed up that it blocks people who are trying to leave. I actually go out of my way to visit a different McDonald's because this one is just that bad. Update: I returned again recently and unfortunately had the same issue. The drive-up lane was backed up four cars into the street, so I switched my already-placed order to curbside. That was a mistake. I waited about 20 minutes with no update before going inside, where I waited another 5 to 10 minutes and had to ask about my drinks. Only then were they prepared and given to me. Curbside clearly isn't being monitored, and if I hadn't gone inside to ask, my order wouldn't have been addressed at all. This just confirms the ongoing issues I mentioned in my original review. While I was waiting, there were two other cars parked as well. One was a drive-thru order that had been asked to pull forward shortly after we arrived, and they were still waiting when we left. read more

We took to long to even order the food, open area tho, was empty and I can see why now, when we finally got the food, it was missing parts, so we had to wait even longer, some of the stuff we didn't even order and when we asked the people what's going on, they said, "Oh, I'm new" when the manager was there and sent them home saying they ain't. I swear we come here because there's really only a few drive thrus open in the middle of the night and this location happens to be close to my home at the time. I don't know what it is - either people don't like their job or they are set on being as basic as possible. I am either missing something from my order, they heard the order wrong and the screen isn't working when i'm there or they make it incorrect. Using the app at this location is a hit or miss for me - either the employee doesn't know how to scan the app for the deal/reward or they're on top of it. 1 star is literally for convenience and the employees who actually try at the job they are getting paid for. Definitely don't expect the sun, moon and stars - just the items I pay for and for them to learn to use the app as their company pushes for. read more

I've gone here for as long as I can remember, but these past few years, their customer service has gone downhill. They are only ever consistent with messing up orders. I once ordered a cheeseburger and they somehow messed it up‍ its a skill, really! The employees are always rude and take FOREVER. Ask for your missing food and they will roll their eyes and take an extra 15 minutes on it. The only employee that is ever nice is a redhead girl on weekday mornings (I think she is the manager?). I went to this McDonald's location this morning even though people call it Mcghetto. Sure enough, really bad customer service! I went through the drive through the girl taking my order kept asking me to repeat my order (she seem bothered). Once I get to the window she asked for my payment, but before I gave her my credit card I asked her to repeat my order....she read out an incorrect order that wasn't mine. I told her that the order wasn't mine. She then with an attitude said then whats your order? Mind you I repeated my order like 3 times when I placed my order. Yknow, since moving to the area, this location was my favorite. But tonight really changed that. I went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order. The employee handed me my first drink, it was fine. Then he handed me my second drink and crushed the cup so soda spilled all over me and my car. I turned to him and said "the cup is shattered" and he handed me a new cup "to put the broken one in". When I said "so no replacement or anything" he didn't even say "sorry no" instead he just stared at me for several long moments and then told me to stop holding up the line. To top it off? After a long, tiring day at work, we went to McDonald's, exhausted and hungry, and ordered a lot of food. I got a Big Mac, but the sauce had some black stuff in it that definitely wasn't pepper. My dad's large vanilla shake had black spots in it, which weren't chocolate. Then, my Coke had red stuff in it, and my fries had hair in them and were so salty I had to spit them out. I would give negative stars if I could I can order 1 thing or a meal and I'm constantly told to pull to a waiting stall when cars behind are getting their food the min they pull up. The night staff is trash typically always on their personal cell phones they don't great you unless it's an older individual. McDonalds is McDonalds so I don't recommend any location.
