I was at the drive through in the afternoon today. After paying my order I drove up to the pick up window and there was a car in front of me at the last window picking up their order. Someone handed the bags from inside to the person in the car however the person's hands touched the window and the counter all 4 times his order was passed outside to him. The car pulled away and I saw the employee just turned around and walked away without wiping down the window and counter. The employee at the 1st pick up window advised I pulled up front to the next window where I saw all of this happening to the prior car so I told the employee that I refused to move to that window and preferred to wait there. I drove straight home after picking up our order with my kids. I know we're in the middle of a global pandemic and errors and delay of processing happens. But I feel this was deliberately done to me on purpose. The order was missing 4 sandwiches and the 2 large French fries contained amounts of salt that can end up very bad for someone like myself that has cancer and a failed heart. If it was an honest mistake, then please look into the issue addressed. read more

This poor place... never go through the drive-thru. They are not capable of getting your order correct. Also, they nearly always have to make you pull into a waiting area so they can bring you the wrong order and then make you go in to correct their mistake while they give you attitude about it. Second McDonald in a week where the service was poor. I ordered at the kiosk located inside. There were no number tents at the kiosk. I let one individual know and he walked off as if I said nothing. So I walked the counter to get a tent as I noticed they were ALL at the order counter. So I notified the cashier who was standing helping no one and was told that they need to stay at the counter. Hmm so when I am prompted to put a number in for a tent how would you suggest I let you know where we are to have our food brought to us? They continued to not do anything about it. Food was fast but employees were lacking customer service which is surprising to me for a McDonalds knowing how much they pay now a days. Bad Food + BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE = McDonald's If McDonald's thinks it can rely solely on their branding, then it's time to start calling them out on their terrible food and worse business practices. Once again, they failed to fill a simple order for an Uber Eats delivery. Also, failed to include the "swag" they offered. Their only solution was to come pick up the rest of the order. After anguish to arrange for the transportation to pick up the missing food (?), as my son was unable to drive due to injury and I am disabled, the manager, Jocelyn, not only didn't offer any type of compensation, she didn't even apologize or wasn't remotely nice about the whole transaction. I said she deserved a bad Yelp review and a complaint to corporate...her response was to "Go ahead and complain". A lot of people complain about this restaurant because 1. Most of the workers there are teenagers and it's there first job or there nervous and just because of that they get treated like sh*t. Been here twice and each time I wish I never came here. They take forever to give you your order thru the drive thru window and charge you for every little add-on you want to do (have gone to three other Mcd's and they don't charge for the add-on). First time (drive thru) I ordered 10 hamburgers with ketchup only and two large fries. I waited in a pickup spot for 10+ mins for this while watching 10 cars get there food and leaving. This was during the dinner time and you can not tell me that not one person did not order a hamburger. Why should the get here's first before me. I also asked for a add-on sauce to one of the burgers was charged for it. the amount I paid for it I would have expected it to be massive but it wasn't. it was the size of a doughnut hole. took the survey and noted this issue and said I wanted a call about it. Still waiting and it was over 1 month ago. Second time (drive thru) . Ordered 4 hamburgers with ketchup only and nuggets and tried again for the add on sauce to my burger and they wanted to charge me for it again and when I questioned it was told each one is different and they charge for it. I told them I did not want the add on and then I had to pull forward to the next window and had to wait there to get my food and only one car as behind me and then there was no one else. don't know why they could not wait a few seconds to get there food. They also treated me like I was a idiot (sounded like a older lady for not knowing that they always have the 20 for $5 nuggets (I don't eat her that often but my kids do and I am usally not the one that gets them there food). Worst in the city. I went through the drive thru. I only ordered 4 simple items. A cheeseburger., a mcdouble and two sausage mcmuffins. Simple and fast I thought. I paid for my items and the guy at the window told me to park in a space #2. Strange but ok I already paid. Car after car went through the drive thru as I sat in space #2. 15 minutes later a girl comes to my car with my difficult order. No explanation on why it took 15 minutes. No apology. Nothing. Yeah this place needs a lot of improvement. Staff are way too dependent on the machines to order, so going up to them to order takes forever. The machines never give you a receipt which means you either have to guess your order or go to the counter and ask for it. Drive thru speed is a massive issue here and you often may as well go inside and take it to go since that is many times, faster. The bathrooms are also locked and you need to ask for the key which requires a manager. So if you gotta go, well too bad, you gotta wait for a manager. Went to this Brand new McDonalds the other day on thursday. We loved it! we love the kiosks and the space and just about everything. Food was great! i love how they have the locators and you know when your food is done. I just love it! employees were awesome. I guess if there is something that wasn't perfect is that it did seem to take a tiny bit longer. but, i am sure over time all the quirks will get worked out. will definately visit again. read more

Just reopened after a complete rebuild and renovation. The only thing that is the same is the physical location and a few of the staff. It's brand new, super clean, and very efficient with self order kiosks, multiple drive through lines and more dining area space to accommodate more customers. Some may be disappointed by the lack of a play place, but I see it as a bonus plus this McDonald's needed the extra space for the customers. read more

I stood at an empty register for what had be at least 6 minutes and this was after the cashier asked me if she could take our orders, I asked question about the menu and she stepped away from the register, huddled up with the her co workers told them what I had asked and they proceed to laugh at my question making me feel stupid for going inside an trying to order my son a happy meal as he and I are both having a very hard time right now, you see we just had to say goodbye to my mother, his grandmother, he loves happy meals. I ordered thru DoorDash because I am a guard and cannot leave my post. When it arrived, my Caramel Latte didn't feel that full, so I popped the lid off and saw that it wasn't full. It looks like whoever made it left room to put whipped cream on top but then skipped out. Furthermore, the two McDoubles I ordered were not up to par. The meat was cold and the bread stale. The last few times I have come through the drive thru it has been extremely slow. It's not that busy when I pull up, but it takes about ten to fifteen minutes to get from ordering to receiving your food. I keep hoping it gets better but it still hasn't. I went to the drive through tonight. I ask the girl that was taking my order a question I ASK HER THREE TIMES AND HER RESPONSE WAS "WHAT ?" With no answer so I said hello, do you guys have jdjdjdjfjf ? She told me she's not taking my fucking Order because my response was hello do you guys have the fuckin jdjdjdjfjf? She started yelling at me giving me attitude telling me" I'm not fucking taking your order" I ask her to get me a supervisor "she told me she is not going to get me a fuckin manager." I did not know the McDonald's employee could talk to a customer like that so when I pulled up the girl in the first window did not know my order she then HAD TO PUT IT IN THE COMPUTER. The supervisor comes out of no where and it's staring at me and I ask if she was the supervisor she said "yes" I told her I would like to complaint about her. The 3500 South 3500 West McDonald's location is the WORST ever! They never say please, thank you, or you are welcome. You can deem yourself lucky if you get an uh huh from someone. My food is always luke warm at best. After the umpteenth time of their rude behavior I literally had my food thrown at me and the girl Blanca at the drive throw was openly hostile because I corrected the fact that I was given a medium drink when I ordered a large. I also wanted to know what Hello Kitty toy was available from the Happy Meal and she said "Hello Kitty" to me like I was a psycho. When I asked whether, it was plush, a watch, or made of plastic she just said ,"it's Hello Kitty". I called the manager to complain on the drive home. She couldn't care less, couldn't be troubled to give me her name, and offered no resolution. Her response? " I don't know what I can do with her, you're not the first customer to complain". Now I know where it comes from. They have the mentality that they serve billions and billions and your patronage doesn't matter because someone else will still buy from them.
